The Shadow Ball

This is the first chapter of the Shadow Ball...... It also contains Yaoi/Yuri relationships. This chapter contains a yaoi lemon and is clearly marked with a warning... as will all lemons in this series.

Yugi furiously slammed down his glass. Yami had been nagging for weeks over the tickets to the Ball, and it was less than three days way now. Everything had been taken care of, and Yugi knew just how things were going to go.

"Yami, there are no tickets... you'll find out what's going to happen."

"No tickets, Yugi, how will we get there, how do we get in?"

Yugi sighed again, fighting the urge to chuck the glass at Yami's head. He bit his lip, and drew a deep breath.

"You will see soon enough, now PLEASE stop bugging me about it."

Yami opened his mouth to ask again, and Yugi threatened to throw the heavy glass at him. Yugi slammed the glass on the counter and stormed out of the kitchen. Yami could his angry footsteps stomping down the stairs.

Yami met Yugi in the game shop, and took the angry boy in his arms.

"I'm sorry baby, I know you have so much stress on you." He softly kissed Yugi's resisting lips. His hands slid down Yugi's back. "Do you forgive me?"

Large, luminous violet eyes bathed Yami with love, and Yugi streached up onto his tippie toes to kiss his lover back. Just as their lips touched, the door to the game shop opened, and they both sprang apart as if they had shocked each other.

A tall man in a official uniform regarded the two before speaking:

"Can you tell me where to findi Moi Moto?"
Yugi looked at Yami and winked. "I'm Yugi Moto."

The man pulled a pair of handcuffs from his belt and forced Yugi to turn around.

"You have the right to remain silent.. anything you say can and will be held against you in a court of love."

While he was being handcuffed, Yugi fought the desire to giggle. One look at Yami told Yugi that the other was dangerously close to sending this man to the shadow relm. After Yugi was handcuffed, the man handed Yami a slip of paper.

"Bring this to the Camalot Parkside Hotel at 8pm Friday night. This will ensure you get your lover back."

Yami watched helplessly as Yugi was led out of the shop and into loaded into a van. The van vanished into trafic, breaking the line of sight he had on his lover.


Yugi walked into the spa, smiling to himself. He looked around, seeing Jonouchi's sister, but he forgot her name.... she was sitting in the hot tub drinking iced tea with Mai. Yugi hurried to the changing room and changed into a robe and apron after quickly taking a shower. He hurried back to the hot tub. Mai saw him and waved.

"Over here Yugi, you can join us... I don't mind." She looked at Jou's sister. "I'm sorry, you told me your name, but I forgot it."

"It's Shizuka. I wonder who had me come here? I hope it's that Kaiba guy."

Mai scoffed and winked at Yugi as he eased into the tub.

"I used to think that your brother liked me, then I found someone who totally understands me. Besides, I know your brother is on the list to come here soon, and it's safe to say his boss is the one taking him to the ball."

"Kaiba likes my brother?" Shizuka laughed and smiled. 'So that leaves Honda to have asked me... I know Isis is taking Mai."

*** Friday Evening***

Yugi fidget with the violet robes while the mask was being placed over his spikey hair. A blindfold slipped over his eyes, obscuring his view and he was led to a car. After a short drive, he was led into a room where a cool hand took his.

/ Yami! We can't speak to each other!/

Warm lips pressed to Yugi's and he gave in to the deep kiss.

//Hey, we cant speak using our voice... no one said anything about Millenium Item holders not speaking.//

Yami swept his small robed lover onto the dance floor just as a soft country balled filled the room. It was rare to hear country music, but this song captivated the lone dancing couple. The song finished, but the couple continued to dance, ignoring the room rapidly filling around them. Yami held the robed body closer to him as yet another country balled filled the room, and Yami led Yugi to the garden door, all the away accross the dance floor from them. Never breaking a step, he deftly steered them both to the middle of the room just as the lyrics filled his ears.

Yami had led his robed lover nearly to the door, but he felt a soft tug backwards as he broke from the arms to lead him outside.

Yami felt Yugi sway to the music and took him back in his arms, holding him tightly as the chous swept over them.

Yami could stand it no longer, he pulled Yugi out into the gardens. Speakers played the music out over the gardens, and Yami found a very secluded bench and began to rip open the robes covering his lovers body.

Yami began to pull off the soft cotton pants his lover was wearing, and freed the straining member conceiled there. He took it in his mouth and began to suckle. Yami let out a sharp gasp, then locked eyes with Yugi. His normally unruly hair was plasterd to his head, damp with sweat and smelling of a soft herbal shampoo. He'd never gotten used to Yugi taking him, but as he felt Yugi thrusting into him, he slid his hand down to take his own member in his hand and pumped himself.

Yugi began to wimper loudly, a clear sigh that he was nearing his release. Yami began to stroke himself with quicker, rougher strokes. His own release took him off guard, and Yugi screamed his name loudly. Yami felt totally at peace, and deeply in love.

Yugi pulled out and collapsed on Yami's chest, panting. Yami pulled Yugi's face to his own, and kissed him deeply.

"Baby, I'm amazed" Yami started, and Yugi smiled and finished the line: "By you."
