The Scars of Love

Inside the Palace...

All of Egypt attended this spectacular event, bringing there gifts and greetings with them. Everyone greeted the Pharaoh and his Priests. Everyone even the young and the old gave him a gift. The Pharaoh smiled happily as he accepted each gift and greeted his people. Akeyana decided to hold his gift and give it to him sometime later, when everyone has left. There were a lot of people crowding around the handsome Pharaoh. Mostly women, who were groveling at his feet begging him to take them in and turn them into his servants.

Akeyana just shook her head. She walked around the palace for a while looking for Teania but, she was no where to be found. Even though she was still quite angry with her she also wanted to make sure that everything was okay. She walked past Priest Aknadean who eyed her suspiciously. "Diabound." He whispered under his breath. When Akeyana turned around the Priest was gone. She shrugged her shoulders and kept walking forward. Just then a tall heavyset man came up behind her and grabbed her behind. "Hey baby, what's your name? and do you want to fuck?" Akeyana twisted his hand back as he yelled in pain. "No, and my name is kick ass and that's just what I'm gonna do if you grab my butt again." She released the man's hand and kept walking.

The angry man rubbed his wrists and ran up behind Akeyana grabbing her shoulder and pulling her back. "Look bitch don't think just because you are a girl you can run things. Men run the show and you better remember that." Akeyana slapped the man across the face. "There's only one man running this show and that's the Pharaoh. If you ever touch me again I'll run you right into your grave." Akeyana turned around and walked away and the man's fist drove swiftly into her back causing her to fall down. Two guards came over and escorted the man out of the palace.

Akeyana was still on the floor holding onto her sides, because of the incredible force that hit her back. The guard pulled her off the floor but, she was still hurting. The two guards walked away and the heavyset man's friends, stared at her evilly. "Hey that bitch got our buddy kicked out of the palace." The long bearded man said. "Let's go get her then." The short man replied. "Alright guys let's go. Beating her down will be a piece of cake." said the tall man. They all got up and walked in unison over to Akeyana. Aria saw Akeyana and pushed through the crowd to get to her. "hey Akeyana you alright? What happened?" Aria kneeled down in front of her shaking her. "Some jackass hit me in the back really hard just because I didn't want to fuck him." Akeyana said in a heated tone. "Well, lets get out of this big crowd and find the Pharaoh." As the two girls were getting up, a group of 10 men came over. One of the men threw Aria onto the floor and he then grabbed Akeyana by the neck lifting her up off the ground. "I saw the guards kick my buddy out the palace because of you. Now your ass is gonna pay. Me and my buddies will have lots of fun with you." said the tall man. "You gotta fight me first." Akeyana said as she struggled for air.

"LET ME GO YOU SON OF A BITCH!!!" Akeyana yelled loudly as everyone turned her way. "And what the hell are you gonna do about it? I have you by your little neck and I can easily kill you with one twist of the hand." The tall man taunted. The other man began laughing viciously as the guards approached the rowdy men. "Let her go." The guard shouted. "Never, she needs to get what she deserves." The guard pulled out his sword. "I said let her go." The guard commanded in a furious tone. "I said never." The tall man refused. "If you try to free her, she will die." Akeyana began gasping for air as the man raised her up higher. The Pharaoh got off the throne and walked over to the psychotic man.

"Don't come aloseloser or she is toast." The tall man threatened. His other followers stood by ready to fight. A large crowd began to form and Bakura stood right in front calling out to Akeyana. "Use Diabound." He reached to her mind as she looked around and spotted Bakura. His eyes began to darken and she could tell that he was glowing with terror inside. "Use Diabound." He repeated. She shook her head and Bakura's eyes turned red. "If you want to live. Use Diabound." What other choice did she have. She could here the people in the background calling out to Akeyana ordering her to do something. She also could feel the Pharaoh's trembling eyes as he stared upon her watching in agony, as to whether she might die or not.

A tear fell down her eye as she watched Bakura's rage grow and grow. Priest Aknadean gave a nod and she finally got the urge to use it. Why he wanted her to use Diabound so badly was a mystery to her but she had no choice. The crowd immediately stopped screaming as the floor rumbled like a mild earthquake and a large shadow appeared from the darkness and into the well lit throne room. The people began screaming as the guards escorted them into the Grand hall. The tall man dropped Akeyana onto the floor and Diabound began ripping up the bodies of the 10 men that tried to attack her. Her hair blew rapidly in the wind, the statues and other objects were fallingn, an, and the people were also being blown away by this tremendous force. Bakura's eyes grew and grew as the awesome power of Diabound, destroyed the men and tore their bodies into pieces. "Yes, kill them Diabound. There souls will become apart of my collection of worthless slaves." Bakura said delightedly. He was smiling devilishly enjoying this detestable sight. The crowd watched on from The Grand Hall as this big dark God-like creature destroyed the remains of the attackers. "That's enough." Akeyana whispered to Diabound under her breath. Diabound disappeared with a large rumbling sound, and then the darkness cleared and nothing was left of the attackers.

Bakura's smile quickly faded as Akeyana collapsed onto the ground. The Priests were all stunned, the crowd was astounded, and Bakura just chuckled under his breath. "Diabound will be mine someday." Bakura pushed through the crowd and left the scene. "What must we do my Pharaoh?" Priest Karim said aggrieving. "Take her up to a room and let her rest. I don't want anyone else harming her." Aria watched as the guards carried Akeyana upstairs and into a room. "Let the feast continue." Priest Seto said aloud and everything went back to normal. Everyone was in the Grand Hall as the servants cleaned up the mess in the throne room. Even though everything was normal, everybody was still talking about it.

Aria, the elderly woman, Timaeus, and Helmos were all sitting at a table, appalled by what they have just witnessed. "I should be getting my children home now, I think their getting a little sleepy." Aria smiled as she rocked the little baby in her arms. "But, we have to see Akeyana." Adriana said tragically. "Adriana I'll check on Akeyana tomorrow but, I'm sure the Pharaoh has it under control and we should start heading home." Aria patted her on the head. "Okay." Adriana groaned. "By the way has anyone seen Teania lately. I thought she was bringing Asenia to the party?" They all shook their heads for only Asenia knew what had happened to Teania. "I'll just go by her house before I head home." The gang got up and left the palace.

Inside the Village...

As they were walking home Helmos tripped and fell onto the ground. "Oww, what the hell was that?" He said grimly. "OH MY GOD!!! ITS.....TEANIA!!!" Aria screamed loudly and her little baby started crying. "Who did this to you Teania, speak to me." Aria cried her eyes out. Adriana held onto her little sister as Aria lay her head onto Teania's cold heart. "Let's hurry up and get her home." Timaeus helped Aria off the ground and Helmos carried Teania home.

Inside Teania's House...

Helmos lied her on the couch and wrapped a blanket around her. The old lady began preparing a medicine to help Teania. Adriana, Ariana, and the two little boys all fell asleep as Aria stayed up pulling her hair out, frustrated by all that has happened. She paced back and forth panicking and gritting her teeth. "Calm down Aria, I'm sure Teania will be awoke soon just give her time." Timaeus said placidly. "I know everything will be alright but, so much has happened tonight and I'm all confused." Helmos handed her a drink and she drank in all in seconds and then continued pacing back and forth.

"I guess Akeyana was right." Timaeus said regretfully. "What do you mean?" Aria stopped suddenly. "Akeyana was right. No one else could have done this but Asenia. Everyone in Egypt was there but Teania and Asenia. I know I might be judging to quickly but, I will bet my life on it that Asenia stabbed Teania." Aria pick up her cup and threw it against the wall. "DAMMIT!!!" She shouted in anguish. "Oh Akeyana. You were right all along and I was too dumb to notice it." Aria crouched down onto the floor in tears. "At least Teania is alive even though she is unconscious." Helmos said cheerfully but the room fell into a dead silence and only the hustle and bustle of the wind moving through the streets was all they could hear.
