Chapter 27: Secrets Revealed
"Long time no see, Seto."
"Malik..."
Wait a minute...why are Malik and Marik here?! Why is Malik calling Seto, Seto?
"Blue Fire anyone?" Marik says holding a clear cup with that cursed drink.
Seto looks at me. "You can handle a Blue Fire?"
"Quit your yappin Kaiba. Of course he can handle a Blue Fire. Isn't that right, Katsuya?"
"To you, my name is Jou."
"That isn't what you said to me and Atemu last weekend."
You...bastard!
"Katsuya?!" yells Seto. "Is there something you need to tell me?"
"Maybe, you should tell him about us Seto." adds Malik.
"Wait, what about you and Malik?!" I yell at Seto.
"Obviously, there's something we both need to tell each other." Seto says, trying to be a reasonable
voice.
"Hey, Katsuya, why don't you chug this down so you can give the three of us a treat, just like
the one you gave to Atemu and I."
"Wait, so you can handle a Blue Fire?" Seto says still amazed that I can drink alcohol beverages of
some sort.
So much for that lie about never drinking.
"It's more like the Blue Fire handles me. I chug it, and when I wake up, I have no memory
of what happened."
"Seto, some words of advice, give him one and get ready for the wildest night of your life!"
Malik says waving the drink in front of me. "Hey, why don't you drink it now and give the
three of us a night to remember? I've never...well, yes I have. Yon-monos are interesting."
"You've fucked Marik?!" Seto yells.
"Don't forget about Atemu. After that night at Ambrosia, Atemu said he was hardly able to
walk the next morning. And then there was the san-mono. I've never been so dominated in
my life! But, it was WONDERFUL!"
"You've cheated on me Katsuya..."
"Oh, but Kaiba-kun, you have a dirty little secret yourself." Marik adds to the fire.
I watch as Seto tenses up and gives Marik a stare that would kill an army if it had the power
to.
"Shut up Marik."
"Hey Malik, how about we give Kaiba a Blue Fire and see what happens."
"He's good without the drink."
Wait...Seto's cheated on me!?
No wonder he was looking the way he did when we were talking about Malik!
"If we could get Katsuya to do something without the drink, then we would be in business. He
resistes us so much if he doesn't have a Blue Fire."
"When you say us Ri, who do you mean?" asks Malik.
"Atemu and I. But especially Atemu. I hate he couldn't come to Domino this weekend. He promised
Yugi he would help him with some paperwork. Glad I'm not a R.A."
Seto and I could do nothing but stand there and listen as Marik goes on and on that we're cheating
on each other with the two of them.
I couldn't say anything. The truth hurts like hell.
The two of them finally walk away, Marik leaving the Blue Fire.
Heh, surprisingly Kiyo slept through all that.
I kick the drink over, leaving it there as Seto and I walk back to Kaiba Manor in complete
silence.
What was there to talk about? I felt that if either one of us was to say anything to the other, it
would only end in an argument.
I follow Seto to his room and he lays Kiyo in bed. He sits on the bed as I get my bag. Guess
this is the end of us.
"Where are you going?" Seto softly says.
"Did you just hear what just happened Seto?! Our secrets have just been revealed!"
"So it ends between us just like that?"
"I'm too much in shock over the fact that we've been cheating on each other with a set of twins.
Amazing really."
"Katsuya. I'm sorry. I should have known something when he used to show up and flirt with
me..."
"Who am I to point fingers Seto. I can't. It hurts too bad right now. But I can't talk. That night
when I went out with Atemu and Yugi to Ambrosia, I danced. Afterwards I was so thirsty that
I grabbed the first drink my hand came in contact with and it was Blue Fire. I was ok until I
went outside to go back to the dorm... The next morning I wake up and throw up. Hangovers
are hell Seto."
"Blue Fire leaves that effect."
"The san-mono with Atemu and Marik...happened because of Blue Fire. I was sleeping and
they handcuffed me to my bed. They forced me to drink Blue Fire. When I woke up, the two of
them were sleeping in Atemu's bed and I was in my bed, naked."
"Malik was a quickie. Always had been."
I sit on the floor close to Seto's desk.
"I'm willing to forgive you Katsuya and forget this ever happened."
"I'm willing to forgive and forget too Seto, but...no more secrets."
He looks at me unsure of what I just said. Could he be hiding more secrets?
"No more secrets, Katsuya." he says smiling weakly.
