Yugi's Decision
27) Yugi's Decision
Note: "-dono" is an archaic honorific once used with feudal lords or rulers. I use it here with a certain monster to indicate his relationship to a certain character.
Summary: Yami and Seto get it on! Yugi makes a decision. Enjoy the lemon! (Sorry, yes, will be continued in Chapter 28, and I'll get that up later today or tomorrow!!)
=========
After assuring himself that his innocent little hikari wouldn't be aware of his own lustful indulgence, Yami pulled one of Seto's arms from around his waist and slapped his lover's hand firmly onto the buckle of his pants, communicating clearly his desire to be further stripped.
Laughing, Seto let off suckling at his lover's nipples and worked open the two belts, then peeled the tight pants off Yami, leaving the spirit's rampant - by now - and wng eng erection free. Still chuckling, he divested the diminutive Pharoah completely of boots and pants, then hastily rid himself of his own before clasping the slim hips and pulling his koi back into position.
Sliding onto his knees on the floor, sitting back on his heels, Seto wasted no time in attending to his lover's turgid member, taking it into his mouth as he folded his arms arothe the slim hips.
Yami groaned loudly, widening his stance and filling his hands again with his lover's hair. "Ryu!" he grunted, throwing his head back as his blue-eyed dragon worked his hard length. His fists tightened in Seto's hair, guiding his movements even as he began to buck his hips forward, fucking his lover's mouth.
All too soon he was coming, spilling himself down Seto's throat, moaning with the cascade of pleasure roaring through his body. As soon as Seto released him, panting, Yami pulled him to his feet and then pushed him back onto the bed, following him onto it, immediately collapsing onto him as he latched himself onto his beloved's mouth, eager to taste himself.
For a long minute they kissed passionately, limbs tangled even as they rolled around a bit, excitedly caressing each other. Seto felt that his senses were flying, soaring ever higher, and that he was dissolving into the atmosphere out of sheer pleasure. Of course as they ardently wrestled, he was able to rub his own erection against his lover, until Yami pushed him away enough to get a hand around it to stroke it for him.
Panting, they broke apart to catch their breaths. Seto groaned as Yami, somewhat draped over his lower half now, continued to stroke him expertly. [Kami-sama,] he thought, [I feel like I can do anything with him... everything...]
"I should reciprocate," Yami murmured with a decidedly wicked smirk, then took him into his mouth, going down to the root immediately, which caused Seto to gasp and thrust his hips upward in startled reaction. Strong, slender hands clasped his hips firmly to hold him into place, and Seto found himself yielding control as the experienced tongue and throat muscles of the spirit worked him avidly.
[My defenses are good,] Yami was musing, though he was enjoying himself immensely. [How will the Bond of the Gods change things? Will I have to worry about my sweet, innocent aibou more... or less? Damn, I can't think of things like that now... I'm finally with my Ryu! And I want to eat him up, sink into his body... oh, Kami-sama, I'm lost...]
A few scant minutes later Seto was nearly convulsing as he came explosively into Yami's mouth. "Maju!" he screamed as his body shook with the power of his orgasm. "Kami-sama!"
A second later a weight landed on his chest, then Seto was gasping even as his mouth was covered with his lover's, making him taste his own essence. He collected up the diminutive, wiry body again, rolling them both onto their sides, kissing feverishly at first, then more languidly.
When their lips parted at last, Seto breathed in a low, husky voice, "Ai shiteru, Maju no ore."
"Ai shiteru, Ryu no ore," Yami whispered back fervently. "With all my heart. I will be bonded to you forever very soon. I want that..."
"As do I," Seto murmured, then shook his head slowly, his eyes widening.
"What is it?" Yami inquired, gazing back curiously as he stroked his lover's cheek.
"I can't believe you really said that... 'forever'. I mean I can believe in your forever, since you are, after all, thousands of years old already, but it's the 'bonded to you' part that..." He shook his head again in wonder, smiling slightly. "You really mean that!"
Yami gently caressed his koi's lips with his thumb, sighing languidly. "I have no memories of my previous life, and therefore my mind is often confused when I sense things that I think I should know about... like the connection between the real magic and our cards... but my heart knows no such confusion. I believe that if we did not love one another in our previous lives, we should have... were meant to... but fate and our rivalry prevented that fulfillment."
Seto shook his head yet again, but in negation this time. "Yami-chan, I don't know if I believe I had a previous life! That's too... too..."
"It doesn't matter, Seto," Yami interrupted firmly, though his voice was gentle. "We've broken the bonds of the past, haven't we? Isis said that everything is changed... whatever future we'd been about to play out has already changed. The new cards bear this out. What we were to one another once... doesn't matter. All that does matter is our feelings now." He lightly brushed his lips against his lover's. "That's our new power, Ryu no ore. Together we're going to be so strong..."
Abruptly he was kissing Seto again, spilling his fervent love into the act, one hand threaded into the back of his hair. Seto felt the impact of Yami's ardor like a crashing wave, and gasped into his mouth before matching his fervor, tightening his arms about his koibito. [Power! He knows I'm addicted to power... and for him to promise power to me... Kami-sama!] Seto thought, his heart soaring with unexpected happiness. //Yami-chan! Maju!//
Yami jerked in surprise and pulled out of the kiss, breathing hard. "I heard something from you!" he gasped. "Not words exactly... but it was you!"
Seto grinned and rubbed his nose against his lover's. "It's our Bond waiting to get born, I think," he explained. [And Yugi or not, we *will* be Bonded...]
"Those Rare Hunters are going to get a surprise, I think," Yami murmured, then grinned back. "I just sense that we're on the cusp of some true power, perhaps even a new power the world has never seen before. Or harnessing something never harnessed..."
"Again you talk too much," Seto chuckled, then enthusiastically dove into his boyfriend's mouth again, starting up their customary avid dueling with tongues.
[Yugi has to embrace our awaiting future,] Yami thought even as he let go into passion once more. [He has to... for all our sakes...]
A moment later, Yugi was the last thing on the Pharoah's mind. He'd felt again, in the midst of their surging desire, the elusive *something* from his lover, and once touched, he clung to its rudimentary wispiness, determined not to let it go so easily again. Seto seemed to sense the change as well, allowing their kissing to shift from urgent fire to a deeper, truer loving, slower and more emotional. Indeed, when their lips parted at last, each turned his head to the side momentarily, innately understanding that they each had tears in their eyes.
Then Seto took a deep breath, and separated enough to pull Yami's arm from around his neck, his hand sliding down to the wrist. He placed the other's hand on the curve of his ass, still not looking at him. "Maju no ore," he murmured quietly in his deep voice. "It's time."
Yami nudged at Seto's jaw with his chin until the other glanced over. "Honto ni?" he whispered intently.
"Aa," Seto whispered back, then looked into the loving violet gaze awaiting him. "Honto, koi."
Yami kissed him again, then levered up on an elbow. "Let me prepare you..." Then he followed his lover's glance to the side table... and smiled as he saw that Seto had everything he needed ready.
Yugi had gone through his list of possibilities three times already, trying to decide in whom he could confide his dilemma. [Jounouchi-kun's out - he's so not ready to hear about Yami and Seto much less the rest of this... and I don't know that Honda-kun would be much better. I don't know Otogi-kun that well... and I'd talk to Bakura-kun except that I think this is something I definitely don't want his own dark spirit to know about... if that one is still lurking around. Maybe Anzu, then...]
But Yami had his body, and Yugi was stuck in his soul room, so he couldn't even make a phone call. [Man, this is inconvenient... but I owe him this time with Seto-kun anyway. I suppose it can wait until tomorrow...]
He glanced toward the door and got an idea. [Well, not that they can help, but I'd have someone to talk to...] Yugi went and opened the door to his soul room.
Immediately the defensive gathering of monsters collectively straightened, casting him a somewhat suspicious glance. "It's okay, guys," Yugi assured them quickly. "I don't want to know what Yami's doing!" As they relaxed, he looked up sidelong at the very tall, purple-garbed wizard who was their captain. "Um, Dark Magician? Could you come inside my room for a minute?"
Dark Magician regarded his master's little hikari for a long moment, then nodded solemnly. After a gesture to the others, he followed Yugi into the boy's soul room and closed the door.
"Um, there's nowhere to sit," Yugi began, but the Dark Magician was already kneeling down on one knee in defensive posture. "Er, okay, that's fine, too... um, you can talk, can't you?"
The wizard glanced meaningfully at the Puzzle.
"Oh!" Yugi laughed nervously. "Okay, let's see... how does Yami do this? Right..." He placed a hand on the Puzzle; obediently it began to glow and the Sennen Eye appeared on his forehead.
Dark Magician sensed his master's awareness of the activation of the Puzzle... and his approval. Sighing, he felt the power of speech return to him. "Little master, how may I be of service to you?"
Yugi grinned. "Hey, it worked! Oh, um, I just wanted to talk to someone, that's all. Er..." He regarded the wizard curiously. "Do you know anything about those new Bond cards, Dark Magician?"
//Do answer his questions,// Yami sent to his servant silently. //I cannot maintain my awareness of him right now. I trust you will reassure him in my stead.//
Dark Magician raised a dark blue eyebrow, impressed that his master could afford him this much attention... given said master's current... activity. /Yes, my Pharoah,/ he returned without comment, noting that the Pharoah's attention had faded. Privately - as far as he was able - he approved of his master's relationship with Seto Kaiba. But then he didn't have his own will... not exactly.
"What would you like to know, Yugi-dono?" he asked the young man before him in his calm voice.
"Er... what would happen if we didn't go through with the Bond ritual?" Yugi asked innocently.
Dark Magician's ice-blue eyes widened. Then he bowed his head. "Yugi-dono, I do not know the future. I cannot answer that question."
Yugi frowned. "But aren't you a part of the Puzzle? And didn't the Puzzle, through the medium of the Dark Sage, tell Yami that we needed to go through these two Bond rituals?"
"I am not the Dark Sage," Dark Magician replied somberly. "Though I believe that the necessity of the Bonds is due to the approaching dangers that will be faced in this new tournament."
Yugi remembered then; Yami had spoken of danger and so had Seto. Yami, in fact, believed that the person who had controlled Bandit Keith's mind would be back. That was dangerous enough in itself! "Um, how dangerous are we talking about here?" he asked timidly.
Dark Magician's eyes narrowed. "Yugi-dono, I can only remind you that the other possessors of Millennium Items are not as predisposed toward good as you and my master the Pharoah."
Yugi blanched and smacked himself in the head. [How could I forget? Pegasus could read minds and trap souls into cards... so could Bakura's dark spirit do the same with cards! And if that mind controller possessed a Millennium item...] He shivered. "Okay, stealing souls and minds is pretty dangerous..."
"Lives may be at risk as well," Dark Magician informed him smoothly.
Yugi's eyes bugged out. "LIVES? You mean people could... die? Not just get sent to the Shadow Realm, but really lose their lives? I mean, losing one's soul is pretty bad, but souls *have* returned from there. Dead is just... dead..."
"Yes, I do mean lives," Dark Magician replied. "There will be those, I believe, who will to kio kill you and those close to you."
Yugi, who'd been standing, sat down abruptly and pulled his knees up to his chin, hugging them protectively as he mulled over this startling news. [Shit... and Yami wanted to protect me from this... didn't want it to influence my decision... shit...]
Then he straightened abruptly. "Dark Magician... what *ARE* you? I mean, are you really just a monster brought to life by the Puzzle?"
The wizard blinked. "I'm not sure, Yugi-dono. I think... I think I may be a bit of the essence of someone who once served the Pharoah loyally. I don't know... I only know that I am completely devoted to the Pharoah and of course you. My existence is to serve you and my master. I can have no other desire, nor would want to." He lifted his chin a little, proudly. "It is my supreme honor to so serve."
"Wow, that's so cool," Yugi commented, impressed. "And the others, too, I guess. Gives 'Heart of the Cards' a whole new meaning... but isn't it just because of the Puzzle? Although Seto-kun doesn't have a Millennium Item, but we saw how his Blue Eyes White Dragon came to his defense!"
Dark Magician cocked his head, considering. "I don't know. I think there are things about some cards which we do not understand. And, of course, the Millennium Items."
"Yeah, guess you're right..." Yugi trailed off, deep in thought. After a moment, he glanced up to see the wizard watching him, still with that serene expression. "You know... you don't seem very 'dark' to me... just like Yami doesn't seem to be 'dark'."
The monster's lips curved in the barest of smiles. "Darkness is not synonymous with evil, Yugi-dono. Consider your friend's Blue Eyes White Dragon. That's a Light monster, but not one can deny its ferocity and deadly nature. Light and Dark are just affiliations. Most Light monsters are fairies, while most Dark are fiends. It's really hard to tell the difference sometimes."
"I just know Yami is a very good person," Yugi sighed. "And that he loves me."
The gentle smile deepened. "Yes, he loves you very much, Yugi-dono."
"But I know he's really madly in love with Seto-kun, too," Yugi considered with a bit of a frown. "And that makes me happy, but..." He shook his head, confused. "Can someone really love two people? I mean in a romantic sense... although I don't know if Yami sees *me* that way... but with this Bond happening, isn't that going to make us closer? Won't he want..." He blushed. "With me?"
"You're afraid of what changes the Bonds may bring," Dark Magician summarized thoughtfully.
"Yeah, that's it," Yugi replied with a heavy sigh. "With all this danger coming up, it doesn't look like we can wait until..." He waved a hand and sighed again. "Damn, I'm going to hold everything up, aren't I? I think they both want the whole thing really badly but neither of them want to pressure me. But I don't seem to have a choice... not if I don't want to risk people getting hurt. I have to be Bonded to Yami."
Dark Magician glanced down to stare at his staff lying beside him on the floor. "But... isn't that what you really have wanted all along, Yugi-dono? To be connected to the Pharoah in such a way that you and he would never be parted?"
Yugi stared at the wizard in astonishment. [Kami-sama, but he's right... I don't ever want to lose Yami... even after he regains his memories. And he wants this Bond... he *wants* to be bonded to me forever! Isn't that... isn't that what I've wanted since meeting him? Isn't it?]
He shut his eyes for a moment to picture Seto Kaiba in his mind. [Seto-kun's changed so much since he allowed Yami into his life,] he contemplated soberly. [He's really sorta kind and gentle with me, like Yami is... though I have no doubt in my mind that in a dueling ring he'd be as competitive and ruthless as ever... and Yami and I would be fighting back every step of the way. We're like that... but maybe Seto-kun can fight us now like Jounouchi could - simply with honor and pride, each giving the other their best. Except for that one time, Seto-kun's always dueled fairly...]
Looking up at Seto Kaiba gave him a crick in the neck, Yugi had to admit. [He's so TALL... he's even huge next to Yami, and to me he's a giant! But there's a grace about him... well, both of them. Maybe they're both really a lot alike and that's what attracts them to each other? Then there's me...]
Suddenly he opened his eyes and glanced up; the Dark Magician was looking at him narrowly. [Can he read my thoughts? I shouldn't be surprised... ] "Why do you think they want to be with me anyway, Dark Magician? I mean... why me? I'm nothing special..."
The ice-blue eyes narrowed all the more. "You have no idea what you do for both of them, Yugi-dono. Even from just what I've seen from my vantage point here in the Pharoah's soul room I can tell what you do for him. And, yes, I do keep constant watch. It's my duty to watch over you both at all times."
"You're... watching?" Yugi squeaked, thinking of himself and Yami kissing. But then he remembered; Dark Magician wasn't actually a real person. No matter how human he seemed, Yugi had to keep in mind that he was a manifestation of the Puzzle, no more. [That almost sounds like the Puzzle has its own mind... or is it a part of Yami's? Man, this is so confusing...]
Dark Magician nodded gravely. "Eternally will I be vigilant over both your souls, Yugi-dono," he murmured quietly. "He is the Pharoanic Master of Millennium Magic; you are his Chosen One. This duty gives my existence meaning."
[Wow,] Yugi thought, too stunned to speak aloud. [There's so much we don't know... and getting Yami's memory back seems more and more critical. It's my destiny, too, to help him... help the Pharoah. In the light of what's ahead, my feeble protests seem so petty...]
Abruptly Yugi felt about an inch tall and very insignificant in light of his other self's great destiny and powers. Unable to hold back a tiny whimper, he hugged his knees to his chest again, feeling even smaller. But barely a breath later he felt long arms folding around him. Startled, he looked up to see that the tall wizard had embraced him, leaning over as the mage knelt on both knees before him. "D...Dark Magician?"
"I do this for him sometimes," the wizard admitted in a hushed whisper. "Just... be at ease, little master. You are great in your own way, never fear. You are the Chosen One. Trust in the Heart of your Dark, Yugi-dono. Trust in him."
Immediately Yugi found himself calming against the monster's broad chest. [Yes, I can trust my Dark, my Yami,] he thought, his heart easing. [He understands how I feel... and I don't think he or Seto is afraid that the Bonds will hurt me, or make me do anything I don't want to... anything I'm not ready for, rather. I can trust them... I can trust the Bonds...]
Gradually he relaxed. Yugi sighed as a new peace flooded his heart, and he wondered as the Puzzle glowed very softly. [It's all right. Everything's all right now... I don't have to worry...]
