The Nightmare!
Welcome to Chapter 25. I know most of you are horrified of the events from
Chapter 24. I know I am! Once again, thanks to all who are following this
story and to those who reveiw, ty ty ty! Now it's time for Chapter 25 and a
feature POV of Kaiba.

Chapter 25: Not My Koi
*Kura's POV*
What?! What is this? I sense my hikari nearby!
'Ri? Marik!! Wake up! Our hikari are near!' I yell to him.
''Huh? Why all the noise? Did you say hikari?''
'Yes! They're with Yami! They're here to rescue us!'
''Do you really think so? Don't forget that they have Jou on their side. Dream
Clown could easily use him as bait to get what he wants.'' Ri says, reminding me
of the dreary events...
'Well, aren't you always Mr. Sunshine! I just told you that our hikari are
near and all you can do is to tell me about Dream Clown and Jou. Does it look
like I care about that? I just want to get back to Ryou!'
''Is someone having a little visit or something today? You're so cranky.'' Ri
says laughing.
How can he take this as a joke? Here we are stuck in our items and the only
way to get back is for our hikari to pick us up again. It's then and only then
will they remember us.
''Don't forget, Anzu still has a tight grip on us.'' He reminds me.
"You must be excited to see your other half or something..."
Clueless bitch.
"...little do you know that you're not going to be with them any time soon!" she
continues on....
I see Anzu look at Yami very weirdly. Yami's body jerks a little, then he returns
to normal. NOW what did she do?
'What the hell was that for?' I asked her.
"Oh, you'll see."
*Yami's POV*
What just happened? I feel soo...sleepy all of a sudden...
//Aibou? Wake up! You got to take over!//
/Yami? What's wrong? Are you ok?/
//I'll be fine! I just need to know if you've slept long enough to stay up. My
eyes are so heavy! I can't fight....it!//
..........
When I wake up, I'm back inside the Puzzle. Oh great, now I'm stuck back
up here with these two!
''Believe us, we're excited to see you too Pharoah!'' Marik says to me.
'"Yugi! Where's Yugi?!'" I yell to them.
'Over there. He still looks a little tired, but the rest did do him wonders.' Kura
replies.
Glad you're ok aibou. Now we can get Jou back to normal.
*Anzu's POV*
Why is Jou hanging all over Dream Clown like that? What the hell is wrong? Is
he...does he like.... EWWWWWWWWWW! So gross! This wasn't part of the
deal!
"Dream Clown? What the hell are you doing?" I ask him.
"Just getting what I want. Anzu, soon, you'll have what you want too. You will
be able to trap them forever in their nightmares, and you will return to the
living world." He says looking...at...me.
What is wrong with me? What am I thinking? Dream Clown and Jou look good
together. Just as long as he isn't with Kaiba. And as for everyone else, they
will be trapped here for what they did too me!
"Anzu? Give me my Puzzle!" Yugi yells at me.
"Do you actually think that I will do something like that little Yugi? Why
don't you be a good hikari and give in to my spells!"
"Look at her Yugi! It's like she's under a spell!" Honda says to him.
"I'm under no spell. I feel fine! And whatever my master wants, he will get.
And my reward will be to escape this eternal darkness! Escape this
hell!"
Heh...little do they know what's in store for them! Huh! What's he doing?
What the hell is wrong with Kaiba! He's charging me! AHHHHHH!
"Give me those items!"
"What the fuck is wrong with you Kaiba! Let those go!"
No...not the Rod! Dream Clown, why aren't you helping me?! Wait...I have
powers of my own! Take this you bastard!
"UH!"
Bye bye Kaiba! He looks great flying across the room! Now where is the Rod?
Phew, it's over there by Dream Clown.
"Kaiba?! Are you ok?" Yugi says while running to him. Why? I don't know.
"Yea, I'm fine." He says.
He's up again. I still have the Puzzle and Ring. He's trying it again? What
has gotten into him? He's going for Jou!
"Let him go you monster!"
"Heh, says who Seth? You're still that arrogant little bitch that you used
to be."
*Kaiba's POV*
What's wrong with me? What's driving me to attack them? Is it my love
for Jou?
"Wait! Kaiba!" Yugi yells following me, but he gets caught by a barrier.
Maybe he just wants me and no interference from the others.
"Do you want me Seth? Learn this well, my name is not Jou. It's Kat."
What...has my Jou been trapped inside of himself? I need to get the
Rod! It's the only way! I almost got it...OUCH! DAMN! Why did he
step on my hand?
"Jou...I know you're still in there. Get your foot off my hand, so I can
rescue you."
"Damnit Seth! Didn't you hear me the 1st time? My name is Kat! Kat!
Kat!"
The pain...stop pressing harder....it hurts!
"I'll be taking that." He says bending down and picking up the Rod.
"Seto..."
He dropped it! Wait a minute...did I hear him call me Seto? He's still
there! There is still hope!
"Jou? Do you remember? I know you remember me. Not as Seth, but
as Seto. Your lover."
What is this look in his eyes? It's not the warm eyes of Jou...
"How many times am I going to tell you that my name is Kat!" He
says picking up the Rod once more...but this time, no effect.
"My lover...I thought it was forever."
"No. I'm sorry that you were so sadly mistaken! There is a huge
difference in me. Your so called lover, Jou, no longer exists. Thanks
to Dream Clown, I now live again as Kat." He says walking back
to Anzu and handing her the Rod once again. "Be more careful with
it next time. I may not be here to get it back."
My...hand...I can feel broken bones...it hurts so much...
"Kaiba? Are you ok?" I hear Ryou yelling.
I slowly get up, not putting any pressure on my left hand.
"From this view, you look more like an inu than I do." Jou says
laughing.
"No matter who you are. I will not stop until I have you back!"
I walk back towards Yugi and the others.
"Your hand? Is it ok? It's bleeding!" Malik says looking at it
intensely.
Something feels weird...my hand has stopped bleeding...and it's starting
to feel better. What's up with Malik? Does he have some kind of
healing power? I can move my hand again!
"What...?"
"I guess I can heal severe injuries." Malik says shrugging.
"We have a much more serious situation to worry about. How are we
going to get our items and Jou back?" Yugi says looking towards the
three.
