Beauty, Grace, and Strength
~Next Day~
Inside Akeyana's house....
Akeyana was still in bed sleeping refusing to get up. She had the door locked tight so no one could get in. She sat on the floor reading her spell book, tempted to try out one of the spells and see if it works. Aria and Teania came up the stairs banging on the door, knowing that Akeyana refused to come out of her room. "Come on Akeyana, you have to come out at some point. I know you are hurt and you feel bad but, locking yourself up in your room isn't going to solve anything." said Teania. "She's right, let's go out there and prove to him that you don't need him and you can do just as good without him." said Aria "You guys don't understand, its one thing when you like someone but, its another thing if you love someone." Akeyana replied.
"Well at least come outside with us and maybe it will help you get your mind off of him." said Aria hastily. "I know!!! How about me and you belly dance somewhere?" Teania replied excitingly. Akeyana closed her book and got up to open the door. When Aria and Teania heard the door open they backed away swiftly, shocked by the sudden movement. Akeyana appeared in front of the door with tears still in her eyes. "Alright, I'll do it." Aria and Teania cheered happily as they hugged Akeyana. "I'll be down in a second just let me get ready." They both nodded and went into their rooms to prepare.
Akeyana got into the tub and washed quickly. She put on oils that smelled like fruits, she put a silver chain with beads hanging down that fitted tightly around her small waist, she put on white skin tight pants and a white sleeveless shirt that was cut on the edges so as to look sleek yet stylish which also showed her perfectly fit abdomen and soft stomach that had a silver butterfly pierced onto her belly button. She put oils in her hair that smelled like peaches. She wrapped her long raven hair into a ponytail, leaving some strands out. She combed her bangs and looked into the mirror. "Just be calm and everything will be okay." Akeyana kept repeating to herself.
Akeyana picked up the necklace that the Pharaoh gave her, off the floor and put it inside a small gold box with some inscriptions on it. She then left her room and headed downstairs. Teania and Aria were ready to go as they sat on the couch waiting for Akeyana. "Are you ready?" said Teania. "Yeah, let's go." The three girls headed out the door and inhe vhe village.
In the village...
The three girls began searching for a good spot to belly dance. Bakura crept up behind them and grabbed Akeyana's butt very hard causing her to scream. "Hey what the hell?" Akeyana said angrily. "Its just me." Bakura replied. The girls began laughing as Bakura wrapped his arm around Teania's shoulder. "Where have you been all this time?" said Teania. "I've been around." Bakura replied. "I bet you have." Aria said jokinglyI heI heard you were fighting Akeyana?" Akeyana rolled her eyes, not replying. "Yeah she did but, that's over and done with." Teania said. "Well, that's all I have been hearing people talk about." Bakura replied with a smirk. "What do they say?" Aria anxiously asked. "They say many things like The Thief Queen of Battles, Akeyana Thief Warrior princess, and....." Akeyana was furious and decided to push Bakura. "Can you shut the hell up now, I know what the fuck I did and so do they. You don't need to repeat every damn word people say."
"Ohh feisty." Bakura muttered. "I'm going off on my own, I'll see you guys later." Akeyana immediately walked away angry at Bakura's antics. "Akeyana wait!!!." Teania yelled. But, Aria pulled her back. "No, let her go. She is going to need a little time to get over him, I think we should leave her alone for a little while." Teania nodded and sighed deeply while watching Akeyana walk away. "I think I'll go now, see you ladies later." They all waved bye to Bakura and parted ways.
Inside the Bar...
Bakura entered the bar and sat in a corner alone all by himself. All that was running through his mind was Akeyana's Ka Diabound. When he saw the ferocious beast battle for the first time. It quickly caught his eye and he had the sudden urge to take it away from her.
"Its enormous size, its amazing strength, its terrorizing techniques, its unique yet useful abilities, the large snake that slithers and strives for destruction, and the unimaginable power I could have if I could acquire such a tremendous extraordinary beast." Bakura boasted proudly. "If I only knew how to take the beast without killing her. Maybe the Dark one can help me but, I don't want to bring him out so soon, I want to surprise the Pharaoh when the time comes. When that time does come he and his kingdom will be put to rest and darkness will rule the world." Bakura took a sip of his drink and left the bar.
Meanwhile...
Akeyana was roaming around the town just watching all the people with smiles on their faces enjoying their time. While she walked alone still having her mind set on the Pharaoh. As she went further toward the entrance of the town, she spotted the elderly woman in the field picking herbs. She slowly crept over to the field and sat down in the grass. "I see you've come out of your confinement." The old woman chuckled. "I just needed sometime alone. I also thought that everything would be back to the way it was before but, it seems that I'm getting in even more trouble everywhere I go." Akeyana sighed gloomily. "That's not true." The old woman testified. "I don't know what's even causing these things to happen. I must be the one to blame. Every town, city, or village that we've traveled to, trouble was brewing up."
The elderly woman could see clearly now that she has lost faith in herself. "Inner and Outer Beauty is a gift that we all have but, some believe that is not enough. Therefore, they corrupt with the lives of those who are more beautiful then they are. Pride, envy, and greed take over their souls and make them strive for more. They want to be flawless, they want to be perfect, and they try so hard to be like a goddess and forget about all the qualities you must have to become a goddess. But you my child you are a lovely girl, its just that your past is getting in the way of people who actually want to get to know you. The Pharaoh nor his people will take you seriously because they still perceive you as a thief. Now is the time to prove them wrong." Akeyana sat in distraught but, she was listening carefully to the elderly woman's wise words of wisdom.
"Its too late now. I can't see the Pharaoh and I doubt that he will want to see me again." The elderly woman shook her head and sat down in the chair. "You must keep the faith and believe in yourself. Giving up is not an option. Asenia and her little follower will continue to plot there revenge on you, this is when you must seek guidance in yourself and bring out the Goddess within you. There are still many ways to show the people that you are not a villain. The Pharaoh's birthday is coming very soon and I know you will have a chance to prove to them." Akeyana gazed at the palace, sighing. "But I am banished from the palace." The elderly woman stood up and dipped her finger into the water. When Akeyana looked into the water, an image of her mother appeared. "If you love him that much and you are willing enough, you could change your image and make your grand appearance." Akeyana hugged the elderly woman with tears in her eyes. "Thank you so much." The elderly woman smiled while embracing her. "Come, there is something I want to show you." Akeyana got up and followed the elderly woman towards the palace.
It began to get a little late as the clouds set in for the night to arrive. The elderly woman led Akeyana, to the Temple of Revival, were the Goddess Sana is said to reside. The Goddess Sana is said to be the Goddess of Beauty, Grace, and Strength. She had long black raven hair that was ankle length, she had illuminating large wings, she had a White Rose on the left side of her hair, She wore gold anklets, bracelets, necklaces, rings, earrings, and she let the her body flow free with no clothes. "How are we suppose to get into the Temple with all the guards standing around?" Akeyana said worryingly. "I know this Temple is restricted to villagers but, I know where there is a way to get inside."
Inside the Temple of Revival...
Akeyana followed the elderly woman into the Temple of Revival and kneeled down in front of a statue that depicted the Goddess Sana. "The Goddess Sana is one of many Egyptian goddesses who strivesmainmaintain beauty, grace, and strength in the face of adversity. She as well as other Goddesses remind us to see the light eve som some of our darkest moments.
The Egyptian Goddesses are universal yet intensely personal guides who can usher us through our life journeys, helping us to put our fears aside, and teaching us how to thrive on challenge. Allow them to aid you in confronting problems in a more effective and rational manner. Above all else, the Goddesses remind us that re nre not alone in this vast universe." Akeyana took careful note of everything the elderly woman told her. Then Akeyana closed her eyes and prayed. She began to fall into a deep sleep inside of the Goddess Sana's arms. The elderly woman kissed her on the forehead and departed from the Temple.
