Welcome home
Yami came in through the front door, not caring if Sogukaku or Yuugi's mom saw him. Soguraku was sitting at the counter eating a bowl of ramen noodles. Soguraku looked at Yami not knowing the right thing to say.
"So you came back." It was the only thing Soguraku could think of.
"Yes." Walks over to soguraku and pulling up stool to sit with him at the counter. "Is Mrs. Motou in?"
"She made dinner then left for work." Soguraku siad noticing Yami stairing at the floor. "How's your relationship with him?"
"It was perfect." Looks at him. "Until someone tried to ruin it." Soguraku felt guilty. "I was going to tell this to Mrs. Motou as well,
but I'm just gonna tell you right now, I care about Yuugi very much, I'm not using him like you think." Yami justified. Soguraku thought for a moment.
"do you love him that much?"
"Do you really have to ask?" Yami answered. Soguraku slurped up his dinner.
"Are you going up stairs?" Soguraku asked, Yami knodded yes. "Could you take his dinner up to him?"
"He usaully eats by now?" Yami said, taking an untouched bowl and carefully carried it upstairs. Yami noticed the door wasn't locked. He walked inside and noticed the lock was gone. He put the ramen on the nightstand and looked toward the bed. Yuugi lay their and didn't move.
"I said I'm not hungry Grandpa." he sounded irrated. Yami sat on the bed next to him and rubbed his back. "Leave me alone." Yami lay down with him and wrapped his muscular arms around him. Yuugi felt the arm across his chest. "Granpa you got buff." Yuugi looked behind him. His eyes widened and he squealed out. "YAMI!" They embraced lovingly like they hadn't seen eachother in years. Soguraku walked in with a bowl of ramen.
"Hey, as long as your here, how about a bite to eat?" He gave it to Yami. He took it gratefully.
"Thank you." He gave Yuugi his bowl.
"Don't spill anything in bed Yuugi." Soguraku said leaving the room. Yami leans down to wisper in Yuugi's ear.
"He means the food right?" He laughed. Yuugi looked up at Yami slurping down his food. "Good." He sighed happily. Yuugi reached his face to his to give him a kiss on the cheek. Yami looked down at his Hikari watching his cute tiny mouth say.
"Welcome home."
