Here`s another chapter, and people do remember, I´m just writing this beacuse I don`t have anything else to do.

Yugi didn`t know what time it was, and he didn`t dare to look up from under the covers either. But still, it must have been hours now right? He couldn`t believe Kaiba was so daring! Doing such a private thing out in the open.

" You alright little one?"

Yugi jumped, startled by Yuseis voice. He peeked through a spring in the covers just to find himself staring into those deep blue eyes once more. "Y-Yes. Is it safe to come out now?" Yusei chuckled. " Yes. Don`t worry. They`ve gone out in the garden behind the facility. That Alister guy dragged Mr Kaiba out the door, giggling about pretty roses." Yugi couldn`t help to smile at that. Kaiba wouldn`t care about flowers, all he cared about was Mokuba and his cards. Wait..Mokuba. Was he also here?

" Kaibas littlebrother? Mokuba. Is he here as well? " Yusei nodded as a response. "Though, he`s been removed to a seperate building. We had complications. His..his soul wouldn`t attach to his new body. Don`t tell Mr Kaiba about it yet will you? " He stumbled upon the words, clearly frightened of Kaibas wrath.

" His soul? how do you do such a thing anyway?"

Yusei turned around motioning his hand to the various machinieries in the room. "These are soul attachers. They`re built upon blueprints of Mr Kaibas own and our professors writings. I`m not allowed to know how exactly they work. I just supervice. Because I`m not a professor you see. My father was, I`m just a plain duelist. "
Yugi shone up. A duelist. " Can we play? "
Yusei chuckled once again and shook his head slightly. "I`m afraid not. You don`t have your deck yet and..well, You have to explore your surroundings a bit first,to catch your strength. "

" Oh right.. Domino must have changed quite a bit in 30 years.. but where am I supposed to go? I don`t have family left, and no friends to go to. "

" That`s not quite true. You have relatives that`s still alive. You have a grandson."
"I do? May I see him?"
Yusei looked distant for a moment, seemed like he was trying to make up his mind if he would allow it or not. " It`s complicated. As you see ,You`ve already met. " He winked at him with a devious little smile on his lips, that was so familiar to Yugi. Yamis smile. Yugis eyes shot up in surprise.
" YOU`RE TELLING ME THAT YOU`RE MY GRANDSON?!"
Yusei nodded. Your son got me,but soon after perished with many others in the same explosion that devided Domino. Thus,Neo Domino was born, with the Satellite on the side. His eyes shaded dark for a second as he recalled the things told to him in the past." I was only a baby when it happened. I never knew my parents." At this, Yugi choked, the tears he had held back was breaking through, as he suddenly threw his arms around Yusei.

" I`m so sorry."

" You need not to be sorry. It wasn`t your fault."

Yusei rested his head against Yugis shoulder, for once feeling secure. Something about Yugi felt just...right? Why did it feel that way? He never had spoken to him before, since he died long before he was even born. By grief, some had stated in the duelistcatalogs, others of old age.

" It is my fault. I knew. But I never warned him. The fate of his son...the re-incarnation.."

Yusei lifted his head and looked into Yugis pure violet eyes. They were filled with remorse, and saddened by tears.
" What do you mean? What is this fate you speak of?" He didn`t like the outcome of this conversation at all. Then sudden, Yugi rather forceful took hold of his chin and drew him near.
" Atem. BiAw Per-ah. awaken."

Yusei fell limp against Yugis chest, But as Yugi laid an arm over his shoulder, he shook it away with his hand.
" Who are you? Who dares lay a hand on my vessel?" It wasn`t Yusei`s voice, no this was a deeper more commanding tone. This was the one he had searched for until his dying day.
" Atem..do you not remember me? "

Yusei, no this other person looked at him as if he was seeing right into his heart,his soul. Yugi shivered, not looking away for a moment, afraid he would lose the connection if he did.

"Partner? what..? where am I? Why aren`t we connected..? I can`t remember..." He clutched his head as if in pain, struggling with himself.

Tears was now falling down in steady streams on Yugis cheeks, and he had to reach out to touch the other just to see if he was real. " Ssh...you crossed over remember? That was many years ago. I..followed you years after, but now..we can be together at last Atem. My Yami. "

Atem looked up just then noticing his own reflection in the window behind Yugi. He flinched, moving his hand up to touch the spiky black hair. " I was reborn? But..how come you..? And why don`t I remember...?" His eyes were filled with confusion, everything crashing down on him all at once.
" We can talk about me later. You were sealed Atem. Allowing that other personality "Yusei" to take over and do everything instead of you. He`s you, but not really you. Just a small piece of your heart.

" You`re confusing me, Yugi."

" I confuse myself at times. Just accept that we both are here, will you? "

Atems eyes left Yugis, as they wandered around the room,big and lost. Yugi wondered if it had been right to awaken him, maybe this was all to much for the once pharaoh to take in?

" What about this "Yusei" you spoke of. Why wasn`t I the only one in this body? " Atem doubted him, Yugi could sense it. And he didn`t like it. He wanted his Atem to trust him as he had done in the past.
" Isis once told me that you would be reborn as my grandson. But..you wouldn`t be fully awakened until someone broke the seal. "

Yamis eyes locked with his, wideeyed. " I`M WHAT?! "

"My grandson?"
