Disclaimer:
I do not own any part of YuGiOh gx, I did not make any money off the writting of this story.
The worst possible outcome.
Ok, I'd like to thank all fifteen readers who actually clicked into this since yesterday. A super big thanks to the nice person who rated me~ THANKS! :) Anyway, here's chapter two, I hope it's at least a little entertaining~

After a long and particularly tedious day, Chazz waited in his seat as everyone else around him got up and left. He was quite pleased to note Alexis at the front of the classroom discussing something with Crowler. Perhaps she was asking what she should cover today. The failing slifer grinned. Soon he was lost in his own fantasy world.
Inside his fantasy, Alexis greeted him with utmost enthusiasm. The obelisk girl was very understanding of his situation, and did not think any less of The Chazz for his minor folly. They spent a great deal of time together, chatting about hobbies, romantic locations and occasionally discussing the subject of fusion. It was getting late now, Chazz mentioned he’d need more help and she even agreed to come to Chazz’s dorm room for some additional study. And then...
While fantasizing, Chazz heard someone sit down next to him. In his glee, and without looking at who it was next to him, grabbed the incoming hand that held today’s work sheet. The hand seemed to tense slightly, but didn’t pull away.
A still fantasizing Chazz took it upon himself to say some things on his mind. “I knew you’d end up being my tutor! Destiny brought us together. You’re the only one in this school worthy to teach the Chazz!”
“Why thank you, a compliment from you is rather flattering.”
The daydreaming slifer snapped out of his fantasy world at the sound of that voice. By the sound of it, and that accent, it could be none other than...
He looked up to see not Alexis, but one Bastion Misawa, who was wearing a very strange expression.
Chazz immediately snapped his hand back. Abruptly, he barked out, “Bastion? What are YOU doing here?!”
“You should already know, after all you just stated quite clearly that I was the only one worthy to tutor you.” The knowledgeable ra calmly stated.
Oh no, this could NOT be happening. This guy was probably the last guy on earth he wanted to be stuck with. The failing student assumed his tutor still felt bitter about getting his deck tossed into the ocean. He would surely attempt to exact revenge in all sorts of heinous ways. This certainly was not going to be fun.
“Why are you my tutor? What about Alexis?!” The black clad boy said in desperation.
“Alexis? Why...”
“She was just at the front! Wasn’t she going to get the notes for today?!” He said, resolve fading, his tone falling slightly flat.
“She was asking about that assignment that’s due at the end of the week.” Bastion stated blandly.
By now Chazz was feeling anger welling up. “Of all the people to get stuck with, why did it have to be you?” Tact always took a back seat whenever he was angry.
“Because Chazz, my grades in fusion are the highest in the school. Now, let us begin shall we?” The tutor insisted.
‘NO! This can’t be happening! What did I do to deserve this?’ Chazz thought. He sighed and mumbled his response, “fine! Let’s get this over with already!”
“Good, look at the sheet.”
The slifer student glared, first at the sheet, then at the embodiment of evil that was his tutor. It looked like senseless gibberish at first glance. With a scowl, he snarled, “What IS this?”
“Basic addition.” Bastion answered in a bland tone. “Simply add the monsters listed together and write in the fusion monster they produce.”
Once again, Chazz glared at the paper. This asinine task seemed easy enough, and filling in those blanks proved rather simple, up to question ten. After that horrible tenth question, everything went right to hell. Now filled with uncertainty, the poor Slifer struggled to complete the insane task.
“Are you having trouble?” The slifer’s tutor asked.
“NO!” The puzzled student declared, yet his uncertain tone said otherwise.
After about twenty minutes of furious scribbling and contemplation, the horrendous sheet was filled. A disgruntled Chazz slammed the sheet down in front of his tutor. “There! Can I go now?”
“Definitely not. We still have half an hour left. Do you want to correct your own work? Or would you rather if I did it for you?”
Chazz snatched the paper back and snapped, “I’ll grade it! Give me the answer key!”
Bastion handed over the answer sheet and watched as Chazz began to grade himself. Much to the tutor’s surprise, his student didn’t just mark every answer right. He also made note of any right answer next to any marked wrong. When the grading was done and over with, there were more marked wrong than right.
“How did you do?” Bastion asked.
“That’s none of your business! Now that I’m done, I’m leaving!” An annoyed Chazz said as he got up and bolted to the door.
“I’ll see you same time tomorrow then!” Bastion called. However his student was already gone. The tutor sighed, ‘what have I gotten myself into?’ Clearly this first encounter demonstrated this was going to be a long month.

Chazz arrived back to his room, and he was not happy. “Argh! I can’t believe Crowler assigned HIM to be my tutor! This is just... degrading!” He said to no one in particular.
“Aww, cheer up boss! You were really happy this morning!” Said a very supportive ojama yellow.
“I was happy because I thought ALEXIS was going to be my tutor! Not that ra dork!” Chazz snarled, swatting at the ojama trio.
It was late now. When he was sure no one else was awake, he took out the sheet he had completed earlier and studied the answers thoroughly before going to bed.

Well, that's all for now. Sorry about the shortness. I'll probably have the next chapter up soon~
