The Sky and the spirits
"Syrus wake up we have to get out of here." Yugi tried waking Syrus but it was too late.
"NO, he found me!" Yugi finally woke Syrus up. They were both startled by the front door blasted open. Yugi looked through the dust and made out the shapes of D.D. Assailent and D.D.Warrior Lady.
"Our master sent us to collect you."Said the lady in a posessed tone.
"Run Syrus!" They both headed toward a back door but there were more monsters waiting for them.
D.D. Beast and D.D. Dragon. All four monsters had them surrounded. The dragon took them on its back and they all vanished and reapeared in another world. A world like a giant wasteland.
Yugi and Syrus were brought to a makeshift prison. The cells were full of creatures from all kinds of different worlds. D.D. Assailent spoke also in a posessed tone.
"Hail our master, it will be here to greet you soon."
"You can't keep us here forever!"Yelled a black haired kid with ared hat and Yellow rat-like animal on his shoulder.
"Wait till I get my claws on you!" Said a man with long silver hair and dog ears, and a red komono.
"Calm down guys we'll be fine." Said a six foot yellow fox.
"Yeah right." Said a little girl with a ponytail.
"Does anyone know why we were brought here?" Asked someone in the back of the cells."
"We searched for someone but all of you matched the discriptions." Said the D.D.warrior Lady.
"We will release all but you two."Said D.D. Assailent. Everyone else was transported back to their world all but Yugi and Syrus. "You are the ones we searched for."
"Yugi's the hero but why me?" Syrus complained.
"SILENCE! The master will come soon." The creatures left them in the dark cells.
"We have to find a way out before they come back." Yugi said.
"You know something don't you." Yugi didn't answere. "TELL ME!"
"Start digging, the floor of the cell is only dirt." Yugi changed the subject. Syrus let it go
and helped Yugi dig until they could see light flickering faintly from the hole."There's no time Syrus, get through."
"It's not deep enough Yugi."Syrus tried to fit through.
"Keep trying." Yugi pushed Syrus through. Then Syrus watched Yugi twist and squirm out more easily. They were dirty and scraped but glad to see the sunlight. "Follow me." They ran towards
what appeared to be nowhere. Shadows flewoverhead, as they looked up they could see the forms of spirits they couldn't recall but they have seen them somewhere before.
