Chapter 2

Joey walked into his classroom and took a seat near the back so then he wouldn’t have to be near the teacher. When he took his seat Kaiba walked in and took the desk which was right behind his. Joey knew that Kaiba was smirking behind him probably thinking of ways to torture him through the year.

Their teacher soon walked in and everyone sat down at their desks “good morning class” he said. “Good morning Mr Hiroshi” the class all said together “now before we start I am going to tell you all of this just once, I expect my students to be well behaved and to do well on their studies if any of you are late coming into class that will be a detention and if you don’t hand your homework up on time then you will stay in at lunch to finish it” he told the class.

“Tristan was right this dude is strict” Joey said to himself “Mr wheeler do you have something you wish to say” Mr Hiroshi had heard him talking to himself. “No sir” Joey replied, the last thing he wanted was to be in his teacher’s bad book.

Class slowly began and Joey was already bored especially since Mr Hiroshi just kept babbling nonstop. ‘God this is so boring’ Joey thought to himself why his head was on the table. It was only his first day and he already hated grade 11.

School soon finished and Joey along with Yugi and the other’s started to head home. “Oh shit” Joey stopped in his tracks “is something wrong Joey” Yugi asked him. “I forgot something from my locker so go on without me” and he ran back to school. “Come on please be open” Joey said still running as fast as he could.

The front door was still open so he might just have a bit of time to get to his locker and grab what he needed.

Joey finally reached his locker and started to unlock his combination lock but his number wasn’t working. “This is just great now I cant get it open and I really need my English book for my homework” he said to himself. “Now this is just to funny” Joey heard a voice behind him and already knew who it was. “What the hell do you want Kaiba” Joey said with a deep frown on his face. “This just shows that mutts are really dumb” Kaiba said with a smirk on his face “your really enjoying thins aren’t you money bags” Joey said.

“Well I think watching you being the stupid being that you are is quite entertaining” Kaiba told the blonde. “Ok that’s it this time you have gone to far Kaiba” and Joey put his hands up in a boxing stance. “Now this is priceless, so you think that you can bash me up well sorry but dogs should obey their masters” Kaiba said.

A punch went flying towards his face but Kaiba easily dodged it by moving his face out of the way. “Stand still” and Joey threw another one at him and then another but Kaiba was able to dodge them. Joey was about to go for another one when Kaiba caught the blondes fist before it got him in the face.

“Let go you jack ass” Joey said with an angry tone in his voice but he was suddenly pushed up against the wall. “You have been a bad puppy” Kaiba said leaning towards Joey’s face. They where only inches apart if either one of them moved their head forward they would end up kissing. That was the last thing Joey wanted was to be in a locked kiss with the one person he truly hated.

“Get the fuck away from me you bastard” Joey said in a lower tone “but I am already having to much fun” Kaiba replied. Kaiba then leaned in a little bit closer and before Joey could even blink he felt a pair of warm lips on his. Joey was so shocked about Kaiba’s sudden action that he couldn’t even move. It was as if his body was completely frozen, Joey felt Kaiba deepening the kiss.

Joey felt Kaiba’s tongue trying to get inside his mouth but he wouldn’t allow it. Kaiba pocked one of his finger nails into Joey’s skin. The sudden pain made Joey jerk his mouth open giving Kaiba the opportunity to slip his tongue in.

The brunettes tongue was moving around trying to get every bit of taste Joey had. A groan came from the back of the poor blondes throat. Feeling the warm wet tongue moving in his mouth felt really weird. This was the first time Joey had ever been kissed but he never thought his first kiss would be taken by Kaiba.

Soon Kaiba pulled away from Joey the look he saw on Joey’s face was priceless. He knew that kissing Joey would freak the hell out of the helpless puppy. Joey’s blonde bangs where covering his eyes and out of know where Kaiba got a big punch in the face. The punch was rather hard that it made him step back a bit. He then watched Joey take of down the hall forgetting the reason why he had come back in the first place.

Kaiba saw a piece of paper on the ground so he picked it up and it had Joey’s combination lock number on it.

Joey was running so fast as if he was being chased by something, he soon arrived back at home. He unlocked the front door and it seemed that his father wasn’t home yet so he decided to cook himself some dinner.

Once he had his dinner Joey sat on the lounge to watch some TV to try and forget what happened with Kaiba. No matter how many channels he changed, that moment with Kaiba was all he was thinking about. Joey touched his lips for some reason it felt like Kaiba was still kissing him. He wasn’t sure what gave Kaiba the idea of kissing him like that. They both hated each other and surely the last thing Joey’s rival would want to do is kiss him.

The front door soon opened and Joey’s father walked in looking completely tied from work. “Dad I made some dinner for you” Joey told him turning the TV of. “Thanks son but I think I might have a shower and go to bed” his father replied. Joey looked at the clock to see what the time was. “Holy crap its six o’clock I’m suppose to be at work” he said to himself it seemed that he had totally forgotten he had work. “Shit boss is going to kill me” he quickly got into his work uniform and then left the apartment.

“Joey I was wondering where you were” his boss told him “sorry about that I totally forgot I had to work tonight” Joey replied. “Well I will let you of the hook this time now get to work” he told Joey.

The night felt rather slow even though he only did two hours since he was late. Their where a lot of customers so he was always on his feet. The manager ended up asking him if he could stay for a few more hours since they where low on workers. Joey ended up finishing at ten o’clock and got home at around half past ten. He was so tied and he hadn’t even done his home work yet which wasn’t good.

Over in the Kaiba mansion Mokuba was asleep but his big brother was in his office typing away on his laptop. The maid had brought something in for Kaiba to eat but he hadn’t even touched it by the time she came back to collect the dishes.

It was already three am in the morning and Kaiba was getting very sleepy he hadn’t had any rest since he got home from school. He would only get at least two or even three hours of sleep before he would have to get up again. Kaiba was still typing away when his mobile rang which surprised him.

“Hello”……uh Seto I am glad I got you……“what do you want Marko”……no need to get all angry Seto I am just ringing to give you some good news……“and what news is that”……well the P.R.O.M. experiment is complete……“I told you I want nothing to do with that”……really Seto I don’t believe you, cant you imagine how much money we would make……“I run a gaming company Marko I want absolutely nothing to do with that experiment what so ever”……but Seto it was your idea and it all happened because you used your money and your own researchers to handle it and after all this hard work your just going to turn away from it that is not the Seto Kaiba I know……“it may have been my idea but now that I think back it was a ludicrous idea to begin with”……so you think that allowing a man to get pregnant is ludicrous huh, then tell me why did you decide to test it on yourself……“I only did that so to make sure the experiment never got out, if we had put it into someone they could possibly decide to leave and reveal it to the world I could not have that”……maybe so but remember Seto even if you want nothing to do with it doesn’t mean that I am closing down this subject, then Marko hanged up.

“Idiot” Kaiba said looking at his mobile phone and the placed it back down on the desk. Kaiba put his elbows on the desk and rest his chin on his folded hands. ‘So the P.R.O.M experiment actually works I must say I am impressed but as we couldn’t know if it worked on me then maybe it didn’t work at the time’ Kaiba thought to himself.

Kaiba looked at his clock and it was getting rather late so he decided to go to bed because he had school tomorrow. “Well I don’t care anymore I have left that work and will not go back to it” Kaiba said to himself, he shut his laptop of and headed to his bedroom.

When Kaiba entered his bedroom he just flopped onto his big king sized bed and closed his eyes. Once he had fallen asleep a blonde haired boy came up in his mind.
