I don't wanna!

Wow~! I never knew the high you could get from reading reviews! I mean it! Thank you guys so much! It's nice to know that my work is liked! It's inspired me to keep writing, and also finish the other fics I started long ago and never had the courage to finish! X3 *pings love at you all* I'd just like to point out that the story will start off similarly to Ouran since I want you all to make the connection between the characters and who they are supposed to be in the story, but seeing that they're are different characters and different situations the story will eventually veer off course from the anime/manga Ouran High School Host Club. For now I'm just setting things up.

Character conversion!
Jou - Haruhi
Kaiba - Kyoya
Otogi - Tamaki
Yugi - Hunny
Yami - Mori

"I'm talking!"
'I'm thinking!'
"This is me speaking, 'quoting something while I'm speaking,' kay?"

Summary: Jounochi Katsuya is a scholarship student in the prestigious Pegasus Private Academy and has to keep up his grades to stay. The problem? He can't seem to find a quiet place to study at school, that is until he heard of the empty music room at the end of the North hallway. What he finds there is not at all what he expected!

~

Otogi paced the outside of the dressing room, everyone else cleaning up the remains of their ramen noodle feast. It had been hours since they sent Jou to be fixed up, and the only sign of life within the curtains was the occasional yelp or indignant squeal from Jou. He wanted to barge in there and see just what they were doing in there, but each time he tried he was thwarted by a slap on the wrist by the twins' hair stylist Hazel, the firey red-head giggling and saying in a song-song voice everytime, "Wait for the surpirse~!"

What could possibly be taking so long?! Well sure, the blonde was an absolute mess, but anyone with eyes could see the potential as soon as they took off his glasses. Surely it wouldn't be that hard to polish him down to that level, would it? He was anxious. Those golden eyes which appeared bug-sized behind those glasses, the way those eyes sparkled at him when the glasses were removed, as if giving their gratitude to him for being set free. He wanted to see those eyes again, prove to himself that he had actually seen them.

"Calm down, majesty, you're wearing the floor down." Bakura said as he slurped up a new cup of noodles, lounging back in one of the cushy chairs by Yugi's snack table. The rest of the club didn't seem as anxious as their king. Yugi looked ready to go down for his afternoon nap, resting his head on Yami's lap, eyes half-lidded, an occasional sleepy mewl escaping him. Yami in turn was looking as thoughtful as always, idle fingers stroking through Yugi's surprisingly soft hair. Kaiba was off on his own tallying the loss of closing the club's work hours for the day to give Jou his make-over and just how much more it would add to the blonde's debt, adjusting his glasses on the bridge of his nose every once in a while. He looked upset, but anyone who knew him would just chalk it up to the loss of profits for today.

"Really, Otogi," Ryou hummed softly, taking a sip of instant coffee, he had become surprisingly and quickly addicted to the stuff, "these sorts of things take time. I don't know what you saw in that blonde rag doll, but it must have been buried way down deep. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they stayed in there for days."

"Hey! I heard that!" came the indignant growl from behind the curtain.

"Oh? Sorry," Ryou said in a tone that more clearly said 'What's your point?'

"Jou, are you almost done?" Otogi called out, completely ignoring Ryou.

"Looks like our King is smitten," Bakura whispered Ryou, casually placing his hand over his younger twin's to console him from being ignored.

"Yeah, I guess I am... Those other guys left a few minutes ago... Do I really have to go out there? This feels weird," the blonde behind the curtain sounded like a whimpering puppy.

"Get out here, mutt," came Kaiba's cool reply as he walked back up to the curtained area.

"Mutt?!" Jou growled. "Who do ya think yer callin' a mutt, money bags?!"

Otogi looked to the twins, who nodded in return, each slinking to either side of the curtain opening for the dressing room. Looking at each other with a silent count of three that only the other would be able to tell perfectly, they opened the curtains on either side as one.

"Hey!!" Jou jumped back as his little sanctuary was suddenly pulled apart by the devil twins. He groused and sighed, looking away slighty, not that it did anything to hide him from the others.

There was a collective gasp of five at the sight presented to them, and one particularly hard stare from the sixth member of the group. The stylist had done a wonderful job on Jou's hair, not too elegant, but definately not in shambles like before. It was as if they took the wild look and made it look more refined, each strand of hair perfectly in place, as if the look was perfectly planned down to the last strand of hair. The look was just perfect for the blonde. A few strands of sunny blonde fell endearingly over warm, golden brown eyes. Eyes that made you want to stare deep and get lost in forever. Or they normally would, right now they looked indignant and embarrassed, cheeks flushed a warm pink, and full lips pouted in an adorably kissable sulk.

Jou's body, which had been hidden under the layers of baggy, rumpled, old clothes, was brought out by the perfectly fitted, crisp, new uniform. His form was tall and lean, the jacket accentuating his broad chest and shoulders, folding slightly at the barest curve of his hips. His pants fitted perfectly over sculpted thighs, though not at all bulky. Jou was... he was... perfect. Handsome, beautiful, cute, any word you wanted to use to describe him fit him well.

"Wow!! Katsu-chan! You're so pretty!" Yugi cooed, abandoning Yami's lap and thoughts of napping, skittering up to the blonde until they were barely a few scant inches apart, peering up at the tall blonde as best as he could.

Jou blushed, but he ignored the compliment, "When didja start calling me Katsu-chan, huh?"

Yugi giggled, "It suits you!"

"You do look very handsome, Jou," Yami said as he walked up behind Yugi, smiling softly, crimson eyes gleaming appreciatively as he took in the blonde's form.

"Ah... yeah, thanks.." the blonde felt the heat across his cheeks intensifying.

"Hmm, you do clean up nicely," Kaiba added, "and of course the contacts, hair cut and style, and uniform, not to mention today's club losses, will all be added to your debt."

"Wha...?" Jou's eyes went wide, "Hey! That ain't fair! I didn't ask for the damn make-over!!" But Kaiba was ignoring him now. Geez! What was up with that guy?! Sure he had been cool to him since meeting him, but now he was being just damn cold!

"Jou!" Otogi all but pounced the startled blonde, taking hold of his shoulders, eyes bright, "Wonderful! Simply wonderful! A true masterpiece! And to think that I saw this diamond even under all that coal!"

"Gyaa!" Jou could do little more than try to struggle out of that surprisingly strong hold, "Lemme go!" But as usual, was just ignored.

"Yeah, really," Barkura commented.

"You should have warned us about that face of your's" Ryou pouted a bit, as if Jou was purposely keeping the secret from them, though both platinum blondes were flushed a light pink, both looking at Jou in a whole new light.

"My face..?" Jou still didn't realize what the big deal was. He had seen himself in the mirror before coming out, well it was more liked dragged out, of the dressing room. It was almost the same as it had been before he started school. Of course back then when he had been in public school and his studies hadn't been quite so hectic, or the uniform so expensive. He figured out right away that if he just dressed for comfort and spent as much time as he could in his studies that, that was all that really mattered.

"Yes, that face! Now that it's not hidden under bug-eyed glasses and nice and fixed up, I bet a lot of girls would fall for you." Bakura grinned, him and Ryuo pulling Jou out of Otogi's hold to study him together more closely, all respect for personal space not even given a first glance. "You should thank us for bringing you out of your shell."

"Girls..? Thank you..?" Were they insinuating that he had a hard time getting girls without their stupid make-over? "Now wait a damn minute! I'll have you know tha-" he was cut off, ignored.

"You know, you're right. We should allow see how the girls take to him in the club!" Otogi exclaimed, struck by brilliance.

"W-wait, what?!" things were starting to go too fast to follow again. Jou had to nip this before he was once agian forced into something he didn't want to take part in.

"You know that might not be such a bad idea," Kaiba looked thoughtful, taking down more notes.

"M-me be a host?! No way! I won't do it! Give me chores, send me on errands! I dun wanna be a host!"

"Oooh! I wonder what sort of clients he'll attract?" Yugi piped in, large, amethyst eyes shining with curiosity.

"I get a say in this don't I?" Jou growled.

"Maybe the bad boy type," Ryou said.

"Don't wanna be a host~!" Jou sighed in exasperation.

"No, he has this beach boy look to him. We arrange him just right, get him a nice tan, he can look like a real beach boy," Bakura hummed thoughtfully.

"Not gonna do it!" Jou's voice was rising with each protest.

"Just try him out and we'll see for ourself what type of client he attracts," Yami was the voice of reason.

"I DON'T WANNA BE A HOST, DAMMIT!!!" Jou screamed, finally getting their attention. The six hosts stared at him in surprise, as if having forgotten he was there, then they looked at each other as if not knowing what to make of his statement, or if they even understood the meaning behind his words, speaking a completely different language to them.

"Okay, how does this sound to you?" Kaiba pushed his glasses back up the bridge of his nose, icey blue eyes calculating. "You manage to book 1,000 clients and we'll consider your debt to us paid."

Jou opened his mouth, ready to protest the idea before he really heard it, but no words came out, his mouth closing again. That was something he defiantely couldn't refuse without some thought. On one hand he could simply run errands and do chores for these rich bastards and be in debt to them until his graduation, no complications, just work. And on the other hand he could step into their world, sit and woo a bunch of silly girls, drink tea, and have snacks, and who knows when he could be done. Maybe even in one year if he was popular. But that was the problem, wasn't it? He didn't know if he'd be popular or not. It wasn't as if he didn't have confidence in himself. He knew he was a good looking guy even before their stupid make-over, and back in his old school he turned quite a few heads. But this was a whole different world. Maybe he could appeal to a few on a shallow, purely physial level, but personality wise he didn't know where he fit with these girls.

So it was either work for these jerks for his highschool life, or... take a chance and possibly be gone by the end of the year.

Choices, choices, choices...

"I..." Jou licked his lips, still not looking entirely sure. "I'll do it."

"Good," Kaiba smirked. "We'll start you tomorrow."

'Why do I get the feeling that I just sold my soul to the devil?' Jou worried.

~

"So what kind of sweets do you like, Jou?" one of the three girls sitting around Jou asked, this one with lovely doe brown eyes, trying to break the awkward tension between them. She had been happy to break in a new host, thinking that a new boy would be very eager to please his clients, but this blonde, who she hardly recognized to be the beggar looking boy from the day before, wasn't saying anything, wasn't really doing anything. It was... upsetting.

"Umm... well I don't really know. I like all kinds, I guess," came Jou's simple and sheepish answer. Not much to go on conversation wise.

"Umm... well what are your hobbies?" another girl, a strawberry blonde, asked this time, also wishing to get a conversation really going.

"Uhh... I don't really have one," Jou looked even more sheepish. He did like to paint once in a while, but he didn't do it often enough to really say it was his hobby.

"Oh... umm... Oh! Well your hair is so soft and beautiful! What's your secret?" the last girl in the circle, a curly haired brunet, asked.

"And I heard you take the bus to school! Is that true?" The strawberry blonde piped in

"A-heh, there's no secret really. I just... buy whatever smells nice and use it." This wasn't turning out right at all. He had no idea what to do and these girls just weren't asking the right questions! Not that he knew what the right questions were. "B-but yeah, I take the bus. It's not that big a deal, lots of people do it."

The brown-eyed girl asked, "So your hair is naturally that shiny and beautiful?"

"I... I guess so," Jou flushed a light pink, rubbing the back of his head in an adorably embarrassed manner.

The three girls practically squealed at the cute gesture. "So CYUTE!"

Jou felt himself relax a little, though he felt his cheeks burn darker, "Umm.. Would you like me to refill your drinks?"

"Yes, please!" Came the chorus from the three.

"Well would you look at that?" Ryou hummed his amusement. "They're really taking to him, aren't they?"

"They're just responding to the novelty of it," Kaiba said, his expression even, though he was curious to see if the blonde would soar or crash on his first day.

"We've just never had someone with such manners before," Bakura nodded, "but he does have a natural sort of air to him, doesn't he?"

"Your clients are waiting for you," Kaiba changed the subject, snapping his data book shut and giving the twins a no-nonsense frown which sent the platinum blondes off without a fuss.

Otogi peeked from over the head of the couch he was sitting on for what seemed like the hundreth time, trying to get a better view of the blonde, straining to hear just what was being said in his group.

"So your mother and your sister died in a car accident 10 years ago?" the strawberry blonde gasped out the question, her hand covering her mouth. "B-but who does the cooking and cleaning at your house?" She asked, assuming correctly that he didn't have any servants to do such things for him

Jou smiled a touch sadly, "I do it. I love ta cook. My mom was a great cook, and she would always let me an' Shizuka help her when we could. She wrote all of her recipes on cards so I practice doin' them now. It makes my dad really happy when I get 'em right, and in a way it makes me feel like I'm still connected to my mother and my sister." His expression softened, smiling fondly at the memories, "It all time well spent, I think."

Uknown to the blonde he had almost the whole room's attention now, watching his lovely expression with baited breath.

"C-can I see you again tomorrow..?" the brunet asked breathlessly, her cheeks brightly colored.

"M-me, too!"

"A-and me..!"

Jou smiled warmly, golden brown eyes soft and bright, "Sure! Please do." The poor girls couldn't blush any darker, excusing themselves quickly since their time was over.

"Whoa~!" Bakura whistled low.

"A natural," Ryou concurred. "No act, just being himself."

Otogi simply nodded, his face completely red.

"Master Otogi, don't you have anytime for your own guest?" Mai sulked cutely, tugging childishly on Otogi's sleeve.

"Ah!" the raven haired boy came back to reality. "I'm sorry, my princess," he took Mai's hand and kissed the back of it with a flourish. "I'm just trying to make sure that the new boy is behaving properly.

Mai's lips only pursed more in a pout, "We've certainly taken an interest in him."

Otogi blinked, then flushed, laughing sheepishly, "Well what can I say? He's an interesting guy. By the way, would you like to try some instant ramen? It's not very good for you, but it sure is addicting."

Mai's eyes went wide, pulling back slightly, "You actually tried that trash?"

Otogi chuckled, "Yes, and so many snacks that I've already become addicted to as well. The common folk sure do know how to make the best of what they have." he noticed Jou passing by then, probably to ask Kaiba about his next client session. He waved him over, "Jou! I'd like to introduce you to my regular, Ms. Mai Valentine."

Jou blinked, "A regular?" He looked at Mai, recognizing him as the girl from the day before. 'Oh I see. Well, I'm obviously not up to her standards, she all but said so before, but I gotta be nice.' He grinned unabashedly, "Pleased to meet you."

Otogi felt his breath hitch, and the next second he was glomping onto the blonde, much to the shock and anger of Mai, wrapping his arms around his waist and spinning them both around. "So cute! That untrained, true, down to earth smile! Good, so very good, Jou!" He praised the blonde as if he had just tied his shoes right for the first time. "Do it again! Smile for me again!"

"Gaaah! Otogi! Lemme go, dammit!" Jou shouted, trying to pull free from the surprisingly strong hold. He floundered, looking around for anyone to help, his eyes falling on tri-colored hair and tanned skinned, first. "Yami! Help me!"

Yami was at attention instantly, crimson eyes falling upon the scene of Otogi attaching himself like a leech to the struggling Jou. In an instant he was beside them both, kicking the raven-haired boy square in the head with enough force to send him crashing to the wall, shrill screams of surprised puntuating the air from the startled girls. "MASTER OTOGI!"

"Geeeeeeeeez~! Dammit Yami, that was taking it too far!" Otogi sat up from where he had been heaped on the floor, rubbing the tennis ball sized lump on his head.

Yami shrugged, patting Jou's back, "He asked for my help, so I helped."

"..." Jou blinked a few times. 'Wow, that was... weird.' He was actually surprised that Otogi was taking the attack in stride like that.

"I see..." Otogi sighed, rubbing the sore spot on his head gingerly, then smiled it off, opening his arms wide to the blonde, "Ah well! Back to daddy's arms now!"

"NO!" Jou flushed crimson, backing up a few steps.

Mai watched the whole scene with cool, composed eyes. 'That... that... mutt!' She seethed. 'How dare he take my Otogi away from me!' He would pay. Oh how he would pay!

~

Jou was sitting with the twin's today. It was a slow day and so the hosts were put in larger groups to better handle their clients.

"So the three of you are all in the same class?"

"Yep!" Bakura grinned. "Jou actually sits between Ryou and I, so we've known him since he transferred in." The part of sitting between the twins wasn't a lie, but the rest of it was and it just irked Jou, but the blonde held his tongue.

"Wow! So how is Jou in class? And Jou! How are the twins?"

"Jou always has his nose stuck in a text book," Ryou teased, mimicking holding a book and literally burying his nose within it, getting a few titters.''

"It's true. I've never seen anyone study so hard before in my life! Study, study, study. So boring!" Bakura added.

"Well," Jou's cheeks burned red, "I... I am here on a scolarship. I have to keep my grades up or I'll have to leave. And I would hate to leave all of the lovely girls in this school."

"Awww! You're so sweet, Jou! Study hard! We don't want to lose you, either!"

Jou smiled warmly, "Thank you very much. It's great knowing that you're wanted."

'Awww, he's holding his own!' Both the twins pouted that their tatics backfired on them. Ah well, they'd have to find another way to have fun!

"Oh! Jou, what happened to your finger?" one of the girls asked, suddenly concerned at the bandage decorating the blonde's finger.

"Oh this?" Jou laughed sheepishly. "This is nothing. I just accidently cut myself while I was cooking. You don't have to worry about me." Actually he had gotten cut on a razor blade someone had hidden in an letter mailed to him the day before, but he didn't want people worrying about him.

Actually a lot of bad things had been happening to him lately. The letter, garbage stuffed into his locker, a tack hidden inside his gym shoes, and his desk seat had been covered in glue. It was lucky for him that he had looked before he sat. It could be harrassment, but he had no idea who could be doing this to him. He hadn't crossed anyone's bad side that he had been aware of, and no one out of place was ever really around him. And just that afternoon right after class his bag had gone missing, and after searching everywhere he could, he found his back and all it's contents in the school's large fountain.

~Flashback~

"Awww! You gotta be kiddin' me!" Jou groaned when he spotted his things in the school fountain from one of the building windows on the second floor. "Damn, well I better go get my stuff.." He started jogging down the hall, bumping into someone as he turned a corner. "Oh, I'm sorry," he stopped and bowed his head in apology.

"Well if it isn't the commoner," Mai smirked, smoothing out an imaginary wrinkle from her dress and continuing down the hall. "You know, I really do have to give Otogi credit," she said without pausing, "He really did polish you up, didn't he? Too bad the background doesn't go with the image at all. Oh well, I suppose no matter how you fix it up, a pumpkin is a pumpkin."

Jou frowned, that witch was definately his prime suspect, but simply talking down to him wasn't enough proof to go on that she was the one doing these things to him. Oh well, he'd have to figure that out later. Right now his things needed rescuing from the water. Especially since his wallet was in there with his money. He wouldn't be able to eat without that money. It made him want to cry. He took off his jacket and shirt, setting them both aside along with his shoes and socks, rolling up his pant legs so that they wouldn't get get. He started fishing out his books, notebooks, pens, papers, pencil case. He had found everything except his wallet! What he needed the most, dammit!

"Hey mutt!" Jou flinched, then looked up. Both Kaiba and Otogi walked up to him, raising an eyebrow at his currently state. "You're ditching club duties to wade through the water?" Kaiba crossed his arms over his chest.

"I'm not doing this because I wanna!" Jou groused, "I dropped my stuff in here and now I'm trying to get them out. I can't find my wallet."

"Why did you dump your things in the water?" Otogi asked, not able to resist ruffling the blonde's feathers even in a situation like this..

"I didn't do it on purpose! It was an accident" Jou snapped, wading slowly through the water, body bent at his waist and hands sliding across the fountain's floor to search for his missing wallet.

Both second year students watched him for a moment, then Kaiba sighed, shrugging off his jacket, and shirking off his shoes and socks, and rolling up his pants and shirt sleeves, stepping into the fountain and started to search as well on the opposite end.

"H-hey.. Y-you don't gotta do that. You'll just get all wet." Jou started to protest, but was cut off with a finger pressed against his lips.

"A little water isn't going to hurt our looks," Otogi smiled then started to remove his own jacket, shirt, shoes and socks, also rolling up his pant legs before stepping into the fountain. "Besides you're doing it all wrong. You've really got to dive into it!" As if to prove his point, the raven-haired boy all but dove head first into the water, splashing around in search of the allusive wallet.

Jou was struck speechless for a moment. These two were usually such jerks to him, but here they were, helping him without even being asked, not caring that they were getting their fancy selves all wet, just to help him find his wallet. "Ah... thank you..."

Otogi's eyes shined, cupping Jou's face be both his hands, leaning up until their faces were a few inches apart. "Ah, you're doing that cute face of yours again! How do you do it? Are you falling for me, perhaps?"

Jou flushed darkly, jerking away, "Not a chance!"

A few minutes later a soggy black leather wallet was held up in Kaiba's hand. "Is this it?"

"Ah! Yes, that's it!" Jou beamed brightly, almost glomping onto the brunet as he bounced up in reach for his wallet. He slipped in the water, eyes going wide as he crashed into the brunet's strong chest, long arms wrapping around his waist to better support him "A-ah! T-thank you so much, man! Really, you don't know what it means to me. I don't know how I can repay ya!"

The barest of smirks quirked on Kaiba's lips, holding onto the blonde for a few seconds before slowly righting him on is feet again, handing his wallet back to him. "No problem."

Otogi groused. he had wanted to be the one to find the wallet and get Jou's praise, not to mention an arm-full of Jou as well!. He would have had the perfect way for the blonde to repay him. Ah well, no use crying over missed opportunities, though he wasn't sure he liked the little look of triumph that Kaiba shot in his direction. "Well let's get back to the club then." All three boys waded out of the water, walking the school grounds back towards the building barefoot slowly to give their feet a chance to dry before socks and shoes were put back on.

Otogi joked about something, but Jou wasn't really paying attention, carrying his sopping wet bag full of his wet books and things at an arm's distance to keep from getting himself more wet. The short hairs in the back of his neck were standing on end, feeling like he was being watched. He looked around, and caught livid violet eyes staring down at him from the second story window overlooking the fountain. Mai glared at Jou for a second then turned on her heels and stormed away.

~End Flashback~

"So Jou, what are Bakura and Ryou like in class?" a girl asked him again.

Coming out of his thoughts he smiled good naturedly, opening his mouth to answer when he was interrupted.

"Excuse me ladies," Kaiba bowed his head slightly, "I hate to interrupt, but Jou has just gotten a private client, so I'm afraid I'll have to steal him from you."

"Awww! Bye bye, Jou! We'll ask for you again!"

Jou flushed pink, bowing his head as he got to his feet. "I'd like that. It was nice talking to you all." Excusing himself he followed behind Kaiba. A private client? He had never gotten that before. He supposed it was a good thing if someone wanted to pay enough to have him all to themselves. He was getting popular. "So whose the girl?"

Kaiba's brows were furrowed in a frown, but his tone was as even as ever, "Miss Mai Valentine."

Jou tensed. Mai had asked for him? This wouldn't go well. He could feel it in the pit of his stomach.

Kaiba bowed to the beautiful blonde girl calmly sipping tea, his tone becoming warmer, friendly, "Here is your host for today, Lady Mai. I hope the two of you enjoy your time together." He nudged Jou forward and excused himself.

Mai set down her cup on it's plate with a soft 'clink,' then lifted violet eyes to the blonde boy. She smiled, gesturing the seat across the table from her. "Please sit."

Jou eyed her warily, but sat anyways, taking the teapot and refilling Mai's cup for her.

"You were late today, weren't you? I had to wait for your first appointment to get some way in before I could demand to steal you away." Mai smiled charmingly, leaning foward to rest his elbows on the table, folding one hand on top of the other and resting her chin lightly on top of them. "Not very nice to keep a lady waiting, don't you think?"

"Uhh... I'm sorry, Lady Mai, but you see there was an accident after school and my bag just sort of... ended up in the school fountain." Jou smiled sheepishly. If she wanted to play the innocent bit, he could play the oblivious one.

Mai tsked softly, "Book bags jumping into fountains all on their own. Now that is quite strange, isn't it? What next?" She lifted her cup back up and took a sip, making a face of distaste. It was the same tea she had been drinking before, but it was as if being served by the beggar just soured it's taste. She set it back down with a soft sigh, "But you shouldn't have bothered Master Otogi about it. I mean, it was just a cheap school bag."

Jou frowned, "But I didn't-"

"It's best that you don't misunderstand his interest," Mai continued, not letting Jou get a word in edge wise. "You're just something new and strange to him and he is curious about your unusual background." Cold, violet eyes, glared into shocked honey brown, "But some of us don't see his curiosity as harmless and will get upset at all his attention on you. It's best that you cut all ties with him now."

"Ohhhh!" Jou breathed out softly, understanding coming over him, "So this is about jealousy?"

Mai's eyes widened in surprise, then narrowed in rage. 'T-that dog! How dare he!' Reaching out quickly, she grabbed tossed the table aside, grabbed Jou by the collar of his shirt and yanked him forward hard, causing them to both topple over, Jou landing on top of her. She let out a shriek, "Eeeeeeek!! Your barbarian! What are you doing?! I said no, you brute!" She strugged dramatically under the shocked blonde boy.

A ripple of shocked whispers started to go through the club. 'Huh..? Jou did..? Yeek! Scary! H-he wouldn't, would he?' But the proof was hard to deny. Jou was over Mai in a very indecent manner, and he wasn't moving even now.

Mai smirked inwardly. She planted the seed of doubt, now to let it take root. "We need to throw this lecherous commoner out before he-!!"

She didn't get to finish as two teapots of cold water were dumped over her and Jou. Shocked violet eyes stared up at two platinum blondes, holding the emptied teapots. "Y-you... W-what do you think you're doing?!"

The shock finally wore off Jou and he sat back on the floor, still too out of it to do or say anything, staring blankly at the wet, indignant blonde girl.

"Oops~" Bakura grinned.

Ryou gave her a disgusted look, "I'm sorry, our hands just slipped."

"Y-you!" Mai's hands clenched tightly into fists at her sides. "You devil twins!" She gasped as a flutter of papers suddenly fell over her. But they weren't papers. Getting a closer look, her whole face paled to an ugly, pasty colored. Th-they were photographs, all of them of her setting up all the pranks she had pulled on Jou. She turned and met intensely angry ice cold blue eyes and sent a chill down to her very core.

"Did you take us for idiots?" Kaiba's soft, casual tone only made him more frightening, still holding quite a few more photos in his hands. "What sort of fool wouldn't notice your childish stunts? We have all sorts of proof of your harrassment on Jou"

"She's scary!" Yugi cried out from Mai's side, making the blonde girl stare at the diminutive senior in shock. Amethyst eyes watered up in tears, clinging to Yami's side. "S-she's like a scary ogre lady!"

Yami stroked Yugi's hair soothingly, glaring disdainfully down at Mai, "Pitiful, really."

Otogi sighed, reaching a hand down to Mai. The girl looked hesitant for a second, then took his hand, getting back up to her feet. Of course, Otogi was far too enamoured with her to treat her as cruelly as the others were. "O-otogi..." her voice pleaded for help, "T-that boy..!"

Otogi smiled kindly, leaning foward as if to kiss away her worries, then stopped a few inches away from her face. "It's really too bad. You're very beautiful, Mai, but in the end, the outside doesn't really matter, does it? And I'm afraid that deep inside you're very ugly."

Violet eyes went wide at the blunt insult, "O-otogi..!!"

"Now be a good girl and leave quietly, won't you? That-a-girl."

"B-but.. O-otogi, y-you can't mean it!" Mai tried to plead.

The warmth was gone from the raven-haired jade eyes, making them gleam like sharp crystals. "You harrassed and tried to smear the reputation of a member of the host club. I hearby ban you from the club. Get out."

"B-but..." Mai took a few steps away from the shattered illusion of her prince charming, looking around at everyone else and flinching at the sheer amount of angry and pitying looks sent her way. Angry tears stung the corners of her eyes. "I hate you all!" she cried as she ran out of the club. 'H-how dare they?! HOW DARE THEY?!' This wasn't over! Not by a long shot!

Jou was still in a state of shok, looking up at Otogi when his hand was held out to him.

Otogi sighed again, "Those cutesy eyes, I swear." He took Jou's hand in his own and helped the wet blonde to his feet."For this fiasco and causing us to lose our most frequent customer I'm imposing a penalty and raising your quota to 2,000 customers." Though really it was just an excuse to keep Jou around longer.

That brought Jou out of his shock, "W-wait! T-this ain't my fault! I-if anything it's your fault!"

Otogi ignored him, turning to the twins. "Go fetch Jou's gym clothes. We have to get him out of his wet things."

"Aye aye, your majesty!" the twins saluted as one and took off towards the locker rooms.

"Well c'mon, you're dripping all over the floor." Otogi took Jou by his shoulders and led him back to the magically reappeared dressing room, shoving him behind the curtain, "Get out of those wet things."

Jou was still protesting the addition to his debt, but sighed, seeing how futile it was. He started taking off his wet clothes. Just his luck, the water just had to have seeped all the way through to his underwear. He was just bending to step out of said underwear when the curtain was opened wide.

"Here are your clothes Jou~!" Otogi said in a sing song voice. He had intended to further tease the blonde by letting all the girls see him in his underwear, obviously not expecting to find the blonde buck naked. "A-ah... ah... y-you... you're..." but he couldn't form words, not when presented with such perfection in the form of the human male body before him. He felt all the blood leave his head in the direction of a far more pleasant region in his body

Jou froze like a deer caught between the headlights, his face going several shades of red.

"KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA~!!!" Came several loud squeals, many of the girls running away, some staying, struck shocked to the spot, faces just as crimson as Jou's, one or two smirking in appreciation. "Yeek! Do you see? Jou has a birthmark on his left cheek! It looks like a strawberry!"

Jou made a tiny sound like a squeak, suddenly covering his modesty with his sopping wet underwear, glaring lividly at the dumbly staring raven-haired idiot, "OTOGI!!!"

To Be Continued!

If you all can't tell, Jou is my absolute favorite character from Yu-Gi-Oh! XD! *luffs on Jou* As for who Jou will be with... well it seems to be a contest between two people that our favorite blonde doesn't seem very fond of at the moment, huh? X3

Please review! Give some ideas if you'd like! Any suggestions will be taken into cosideration! X3
