Unresolved Conflicts

A/N: I am having such a blah day today.

Dark Toy: Jono’s killer is whoever I decide I want him/her to be. Besides, somewhere else I read differently. Oh well. I know this fic has many mysteries still and this is just one more thing to add to that list.

Chapter 2


After taking a nice, icy-cold shower, Seto Kaiba started getting ready to go to school.


At breakfast Mokuba was telling his big brother about his plans for the day but Seto couldn’t pay attention. His mind kept going back to his dream. Never before had a dream about that stupid mutt been so vivid.


After their breakfast the Kaiba brothers got into the limousine. Mokuba would be dropped off first and as he had been trying to tell his brother unsuccessfully at breakfast he wouldn’t be coming home until late at night. He had some sort of a project the details of which were on lost on the tall brunet.


“Niisama, are you okay? You don’t look like yourself today.”


Seto momentarily snapped out of his daze to reassure Mokuba that he was okay. Then, they arrived at the younger Kaiba’s school and as soon as the raven-haired youth was out of the car the older Kaiba went back to his daze.


Memories of his dream kept replaying in his mind. He just couldn’t help it. He remembered Jou's… no wait, in his dream the blond’s name was Jono. Jono’s luscious red lips parted, heat emanating from his body. Those golden eyes, the color of homey, slightly parted and looked at him. The blond bit his lip, his golden locks of hair toddles all over the bed. His tunic had ridden up on his legs revealing his slim thighs. One golden hand sneaked across a golden chest, honey eyes looking at him invitingly.


‘Damn.’ Kaiba realized that he was sporting a hard on for the second time today and it wasn’t even eight o’clock in the morning yet.


‘Damn that mutt and his looser squad.’


Kaiba ordered his driver to circle around for a while. As soon as the protective screen was back up he quickly lowered his pants.


‘Damn sexy mutt.’

Jou was walking to school with his friends as always. They were discussing the latest dual monsters and Kaiba’s stubborn denial of his past.


“So, what are we going to do about Kaiba?” Honda asked.


“Nothin’. If that rich bastard wants to be blind, I say let ‘im.” Jou answered nonchalantly. In truth, Jou wanted nothing more than for Kaiba to admit his past. Lately he had been getting back his memories in forms if dreams and he definitely would like to try some that stuff out with Kaiba. After all, he had had a crush on the brunet ever since he laid eyes on him.


“Well, I think that in time Kaiba san will accept his destiny and the keeper of the shonen rod.” Yugi, as always, was the hopeful one in his group. He never stopped believing in the best in people.


“Speaking of the devil,” at Otogi’s remark all eyes turned to the black limo pulling up in front of the school. As the driver got out and opened the passenger door a (now) composed Kaiba stepped out and after a single glance at the ‘looser squad’ headed towards school.


“That stupid prick! Did you see the way he looked at us?” Jou snapped. Even though he pretended to be mad at Kaiba for looking at them the wrong way, in truth he was mad because the other wouldn’t look at him more and ignored him.


As a matter of fact, the reason Jou fought with Kaiba was so the other would at least pay attention to him, notice him.


“Cool off man. Just be glad he didn’t insult us like he usually likes to do.” Honda did have a point. But what he didn’t know was that Jou would take the insult rather be ignored.


After sighing melodramatically, Jou pretended to calm down and the group continued back to school. Once inside Jou excused himself to go to the bathroom as he always did. You see, Jou did this every day and was always in the bathroom way too long, being late to class every time. His friends always blamed his overactive bladder on his eating habits but truth be told, Jou went to the bathroom to relieve himself. Every time he saw Kaiba he needed to do that.


But today, something unexpected happened to Jou. As he entered the bathroom that usually did he saw Kaiba there, splashing water onto his face.

Seto turned to see who entered the bathroom and froze upon seeing the mutt. Damn it. Today just wasn’t his day.


“Hey mutt. What are you doing here? I though dogs were supposed to go to the bathroom outside?”


“What happened Kaiba? Your writers forgot to write you a good joke today?”


“Look. I don’t have time for this write now. Why don’t you be a good bitch and leave your master alone?”


At this Jou snapped. He always craved contact with the rich CEO and this was as a good an opportunity as ever.


Jou lounged for Kaiba, who gracefully ducked, avoiding the punch, and then grabbed him by the collar and pushed him against the wall. Next, he spread Jou’s legs, putting himself between them so that the blond wouldn’t be able to kick him.


“Such a disobedient dog. I might have to have you fixed.” Kaiba really did enjoy mocking the blond.


“Piss off Kaiba,” Jou shot back, though his voice came off kind of raspy.


Kaiba strengthened his hold on Jou and came closer to talk straight to his face but was stopped in his tracks and something hard pushed against his belly. Kaiba smirked.


“Oh look. A bitch in heat.”


“Let me go.” Jou was begging now. He hated himself for allowing Kaiba to find out that he had a hard on. Well, at least the he didn’t know that he caused it.


Kaiba leaned in closer and whispered in his ear, “I don’t take orders from bitches.”


Jou hated the nickname but the heat of Kaiba’s body so close to his, his breath tickling his neck, his belly against his dick all pushed him over the edge. Before he could stop himself Jou thrust forward into Kaiba’s belly as much as the awkward position could allow him.


Kaiba’s smirk widened at this. He didn’t know whether it was because of the dreams he was having lately or because he had been sporting another hard on, or maybe Jou looked at him the same way Jono did in his dreams, but he started kissing the blond passionately, ravaging his mouth.


Jou was surprised at first, but soon lust overrode all his other feelings, especially when Kaiba lowered him a bit and the brunet’s thigh started rubbing his groin. Jou moaned into the kiss. If Kaiba continued this, he wouldn’t last much longer.


Kaiba pulled away soon enough and roughly turned Jou around and pushed him against the wall. Before the blond could complain Kaiba pulled his pants down, unzipping his own. One of Kaiba’s hands started massaging Jou's erection as the other came up in front of Jou's mouth, slender, long fingers sneaked into his mouth.

Jou didn’t know what to think of his encounter in the bathroom with Kaiba. Was the other going to talk to him or was he just one of those one time things for the rich CEO? Jou hated the thought of being used. But maybe, just maybe, the other felt the same way towards him. In any case, Jou was confused. He didn’t even know whether to tell his friends or not.


After fifteen minutes in the bathroom Jou finally decided to go to class. He still didn’t know what to do or what to think, but for now he needed to take his mind off of what happened.
