Secrets Revealed
** 1 Hour Later ** Seto’s P.O.V.
As I continued to work I look at the time and realize my hour is up. I quickly finish what I’m doing and close down my computer and head out of the office. It bothered me not to know what you were planning on telling me little did I know the events that would happen that night. As I walked down the street I heard you call my name and I look back to see you running up behind me. “ Hey Seto wait up” I stop in my tracks and turn around to see you standing behind me. “ Jou I see your running a little late yourself” You take your place and walk beside me “ Yeah well look I’m sure you’re wondering why I asked you here. I wanted to tell you something and I would appreciate it if you didn't stop or interrupt me at all” I look at you and nod. “ I have something to tell you as well Jou so I’ll let you go first” You walked beside me as we made our way to the bridge where we were planning on meeting and where we could be alone to talk then you started. “ Listen Seto the reason why I wanted to talk to you was so that I could tell you something. This isn't easy for me to say so I'm just going to say it.” I nodded “ I'm all ears Jou” You continued to walk as you looked down. “ Seto I wanted to tell you that I.....” I look at you and watch as you try to tell me. “ Seto I love you, I always have and I always will” I listened to those words and stop in my tracks as you continued to walk “ He loves me?” You stop and look back at me “ Seto are you ok bud?” Blinking I just look at you “ You love me Jou?” I was frozen by those words though I don't know why then u walked up to me looking at me straight in the eyes. “ Yes Seto I do love you” Looking down I smile “ Its funny you should say that pup...” I look up to see you looking at me funny. “What do you mean Seto what's so funny bout what I said?” I walked to you and we continued walking to the bridge just as some rogue looking teenagers ran passed us. As we continued to the bridge we walked side by side.
** Jou’s P.O.V **
As we continued to walk to the bridge Seto came up from behind and walked by my side then you did something I wasn't expecting. I felt you take my hand in yours and as your hand closed around mine and mine around yours we looked at each other and you smiled. For the first time I saw you smile. As we neared the bridge I started to get a bad feeling like something bad was gonna happen that's when you stopped and let go of my hand looking down. “ Seto what's wrong?” blinking I turn back and look at you. “ Jou I um...well I don't know how to say this...” Shaking my head I walk back to you “ Seto whatever it is that your gonna say just come out and say it once u do you will feel better I know I do” As you took in a deep breath you looked down then at me. “Jou this may be dumb to say…but I feel the same way you do and I just want you to know that I…” But before we knew what was going on and before you could say what you were going to say we were surrounded by the same rogue street punks that didn’t seem too friendly that passed us while we were on our way here.
** Seto’s POV **
As we stood there talking the same boys that had passed us earlier had shown up again. I started to get a bad feeling so I took your hand and we continued our way to the bridge. “Jou I know I've said something’s in the past that weren’t too nice and I know I went to far sometimes but there was a reason I did it.” I was about to continue when things started going wrong.
** Third persons POV **
As they continued to walk the rogue looking boys walked passed them slowly. “Hey look that’s Seto Kaiba “ said Draken. Kai looked at him “ If that’s Seto then who is the guy with him” as he walked to him looking at them. Ray and Paul walked up beside them “That’s Joey Wheeler if what I heard is true he was ranked 2nd in Duelist Kingdom and 4th in Battle City” said Paul as he started walking again with Ray behind him. Draken and Kai stayed behind and walked to the two. As they continued to walk the rogue looking boys walked passed them slowly. “ Hey Kaiba can I have your autograph?” Draken asked walking up to them. Seto looked at him then nodded “I don’t see why not what bout you Wheeler?” he said looking at him “Just be careful Seto something doesn’t seem right here” Wheeler said nodding watching the boy carefully. Draken handed a book to him with a pen “Can you make it out to my sister she’s a really big fan of yours” “Sure” Kaiba said.
Wheeler can I have yours” Kai asked walking up to him “Sure no problem the godfather of games is always happy to help out” As he did the autograph Draken and Kai nodded to each other just as they got the autographed papers back.
*** Seto’s P.O.V ***
