The Love He Never Knew.

When Seto got home, his brother Mokuba ran up to him. "Seto welcome back. Had a nice walk?: Mokuba asked while he hugged him.

"Let's just say that I'm in a different mood." Seto said not sounding postive and hugged back lightly.

"So it didn't work out so well." Mokuba said sighly. "Hey I got an idea. Why dont you just relax yourself. Watch T.V. or play with me on the playstation."

Seto thinks about for a moment. 'I know that Mokuba hates to see me like this. And he's right I have to relax for a bit.' "Mokuba let me take a shower and I'll be down."

Mokuba simled and said, "Okay I'll get something ready while you do that." Then he walks off.
Seto shook his head and walked to his room to get some comfortable set of clothes and a towel. He took off his white trench coat and hangs it up. Then walk in his private bathroom, turns on the water, get undress and steps in. After the shower, he dries off and got dress, then came back down to where Mokuba is at. He saw Mokuba setting up a chess game. He smiled and said to him, "What are you?"

Mokuba stop and look at Seto. "I'm just setting up a chess game. Here, I'll be black and you'll be white." Mokuba said while he finshing setting up the game.

Seto sighed and walk over to the table and sat down infront of Mokuba. "So you think that you can defeat me in chess now." he said as he moved a pawn.

Mokuba smiled and move one of his pawn. "I know that I can. Cause you taught me how to play."

Seto moves a knight up. "That I did Mokuba. So if i did lose, I won't feel so bad."

Mokuba moves his other of his pawns. "Good, cause I won't go easy on you."

"Good I'm glad that you won't. I don't like it when someone goes easy." Seto said as he his bishop. "Check"

Mokuba shruged and moves his other pawn up to protect his king. "Not anymore I'm not. But soon you'll be."

Seto smiled and moves one of his other pawns up. "I can't remember the last time that I was defeated in a chess game."

Mokuba sighed. "Yeah its been a while. But don't worry. For I'll defeat you." he said as he moves another pawn.

"What are you planning Mokuba?" Seto said as he his bishop back out of danger.

Mokuba smiled and moves his other pawns foward putting Seto's bishop back into danger. "Oh nothing. But don't worry big brother you'll soon find out."

Seto reteats his bishop back.

"Seto, are you reteating?" Mokuba asked as he moves another pawn.

Seto noticed he's last move and knows that he can't do a thing about it. "Well I guess I am." he said as he his other knight out.

"I'm surprized that you actucally admit to that." Mokuba said as he moved another pawn.

"I can see why." Seto said. Then he noticed what Mokuba is doing to his pawns. "You are build that blasted wall, aren't you" he said as he castled.

"I'm glad that you know about it. Cause that is how I'm going to defeat you." Mokuba said as he moved his last pawn up.

"Oh?" Seto said as he moves one of his knights.

"Yep." Mokuba smiled and moves one of his knight.


Seto shook his head and moved his other knigh and captures one of mokuba's pawn.


Mokuba smiled at Seto's move and move his knight out capturing Seto's knight.

Seto thought for a mometn then moved one of his pawns.

"Gotchya thinking now." taunted Mokuba as he moved his other knight.

"That you did Mokuba." Seto said as he moved his other pawn diangonally capturing one of mokuba's pawn.

Mokuba nodded and moved his queen out.

"I see what you are about to do and its not going to work." Seto said has he moved one of his rooks over.

"Are you sure?" Mokuba said as he move his other knight.

"I'm sure." Seto said as he moved his pawn diagonally capturing another of Mokuba's pawn.

"Well, we'll see about that." Mokuba sad as he move one of his pawn capturing Seto's pawn.

"Nice try." Seto said as he moved his pawn.

"I'm glad that you think that." Mokuba said while moving his queen up capturing Seto's pawn.

"Too close Mokuba, but it's not good enough." Seto said as he moved his rook over one.

"Yeah, too close." Mokuba said as he moved his king.

Seto smiles and move his bishop over capturing Mokuba's pawn. "Check."

"Man, not again." Mokuba taunted playfully as he moved his bishop over protecting his king.

"Yeah, again, Seto said as he moved his bishop over capturing Mokuba's rook.

"Now I'm losing." Mokuba said it teasly and moves his knight.

"It's alright, it's just a game little brother." Seto said as he move his king over capturing Mokuba's knight.

"And I really wanted to win." Mokuba said as he move his queen. "Check."

Seto look at this as though he never been in check before. "Wow." then move his king out of check.

Mokuba smile and put Seto back in check by moving his queen. "Check yet again big bro."

"That's twice you put me in check." Seto said as he moved his king out check.

"And I can do it again." Mokuba said as he his bishop putting Seto back in check. "Check."

Seto sighed then smiled and said. "Youare a challenge Mokuba. Maybe mine only challenge." Then he moved his rook blocking Mokuba's bishop.

Mokuba smiled. "You really think so?" he said as he moved his bishop capturing Seto's Rook. "Check. Anc 4 times too."

Seto can't believed that he is getting beat by his own brother. He moved his king out of check.

Mokuba smiled and moved his bishop. "Check, Seto."

"Well good game MOkuba." Seto said as he moved his queen. He knew that he was beaten but wanted to see this though because it was just a game.

"Yes I know." Mokuba said as he capture Seto's queen with his bishop. "Check."

Seto moved back his king knowing that was his last moved.

"Seto, I won and do you remmeber a deal that we made long time ago?" asked Mokuba.

"Yeah I do." said Seto.

"Well Checkmate." Mokuba said as he moved his queen pinning Seto's King.

Seto didn't say anything he just laid down his King. "Okay, you win."

"Seto, remember in the orphange you called me Mokie." Mokuba said as he got up and walked over to Seto.

"Yes. You want me to start calling you that. Am I right?" Seto said as he was putting up the game.

"That and I want Seto back. Not Seto Kaiba, but just SEto." cried Mokuba while hugging Seto.

"But Mokuba, I am Seto." Seto said as he hugged back.

"I know. But I just missed the way it used to be before Guzaburo."

Seto sighed. "Mokuba, things have changed."

Mokuba looked up at Seto with tears in his eyes. "Seto please. Why can't you be yourself now? I guess that Guzabura destoried you Seto."

Seto narrowed his eyes of what Mokuba had said. "No he didn't. I'm still me Mokuba."

"No, I feel as though that you are him and won't let anyone get close to you. Why do you have to be like this?" With that said, Mokuba let's go of Seto and ran up to his room crying. "I want Seto back."

Seto felt hurt by this. He got up quickly and goes after Mokuba.

When Mokuba ran into his room, he shut the door on Seto, then locks it. Seto leans against the wall and slides down thinking to himself. An hour has past and Mokuba unlock the door. Seto heard this and for a moment he hesitates then he walked in. He saw Seto entered his room. "Seto, I know you are a good person, cause you treated me well. You didn't abandon me like the company's rival did to his brother. You took care of me nd didn't really use me like he did. You kept your promise and I shouldn't be mad at you. But, sometimes I don't really know you. Why can't you let someone be your friend? Why Seto? Is it because that you are busy? Tell me. Why cay't you let anyone get close too you? Mokuba said as he cries more.

Seto couldn't think of an answer. "I learn to not to trust anyone. Maybe that's why I act the way I do. I can't change who I am, but maybe I can at least try to be different. I changed Kaiba Corp.'s image for the better, so I'mgoing to at least try to change myself."

Mokuba smiled and hugged Seto. "Thank you big brother and I'm going to help you."

Seto hugged back. "Mokuba let's get out of the house for a while. Better yet you decide on where we should go."

Mokuba looked up at Seto. "Really? Alright let's go to Yugi's store."

Seto looed at Mokuba not wanting to go, but he sighed. "Okay let's go."

Bothe of them walked out and Seto grabbed his white trench coat and putting it on while heading out. Mokuba looked at Seto. "Seto do you thing that we can walk over there and take the limo home. Since it'll be dark soon."

Seto nodded. "Okay, that seems to be okay." With that said Mokuba smiled as they walked.
