The Damned King

Seto lead the others around in the darkness of the woods. They came upon what seemed to be a castle.
"Maybe we should get back on the bus and wait there." Honda suggested.
"No way, not with a guy tangled in an engine." Jou shuttered.
"Please Jou your scaring your sister." Mai said.
"I'm not scared Mai." Shizuki said calmly.
"Fine then your scaring me, shut up about earlier."
"Should we go in big brother?" Mokuba looked up to Seto who seemed to be spacing out. "Seto?"
"Huh." Waking from a daze. "Oh right, let's go in." Seto headed in followed by Mokuba and then the others, except Jou.
"Jou, are you coming?" Mai asked rushing him.
"I'm worried about Yuugi." He said with his eyes fixed on the darkness of the woods. Mai stood still with him.
"I know your worried about him." Jou looked at her. "We all are, because we all left him alone with that maniac Yami."
"How do I know he hasn't killed Yuugi just like he did the bus driver?" A tear rolled down Jou's cheek. Mai swept it away with a gentle hand.
"We'll get him back." Mai said softly then gave Jou a caring loving kiss. "Let's go before we get left behind." They followed after the others. At the front door of the castle the first door they came across opened before Seto could touch it with his outstretched hand.
"It must be automated." Mokuba said ignorantly and walked in first. Seto was scared to go in but his concern for his little brother pulled him in. Then the others followed. The torches along the inside of the castle lit themselves as the front door slammed shut making the whole group jump out of their wits.
"Just the wind." Miho said squeakishly. They all walked around the front hall slowly inspecting everything for any bad signs.
"Do you think anyone lives here?" Otogi asked.
"I don't think anyone does, it would have been taken care of." Bakura said.
"Good, we all stay here for the night." Jou said. "Come on Shizuki let's find a room and call it a night." Jou and Shizuki went upstairs and entered one of the rooms. Seto and Mokuba went into another room, and everyone else took their own room. Every single door that was opened in that house creaked. That was the last thing they remembered before climbing into their beds to settle in for the night. In the Kaiba room, the Kaiba bro's slept with their backs pressing against eachothers for a secure feeling that let the other know that he was still thier.
"Seto." Mokuba said lowly.
"What is it little brother?" Seto answered kindly.
"I'm scared." He said.
"Of what?" Seto asked sounding like he didn't care even though Mokuba knew he did.
"I don't know." He turned to face nothing but his brothers broad back placing his little arm around Seto as far as he could reach.
"I won't let anything happen to you." He said turning to face his little brother overlapping his arm on him. "Don't tell anyone but..."
Mokuba looked up his brother surprised at what he said next. "I'm scared too." Mokuba looked confused.
"What are you afraid of?" Mokuba asked.
"I don't even know." Seto pulled Mokuba closer and they hesitated to drift off into a sleep. Meanwhile in the Katsuya room, Jou and Shizuki were already sibbling snuggling. Shizuki looked up at her big brothers blank face.
"Are you worried about Yuugi?" She asked waking Jou from a daze. "I heard you talking to Mai earlier."
"Yes, me and him go back, not as far as you and me but still..He's like my little brother. Ever since I met him I always remembered that he's just a little guy who needs to be looked after." Jou sighed.
"I'm worried about him too, he's very sweet." Shizuki's eyes bugged out. "On the other hand....(Jou looks at her) Yami sends shivers down my spine when he looks at me." She snuggled closer to Jou. "I don't understand how Yuugi can feel so close to someone so cold."
"Yami may be cold sometimes, but he loves Yuugi. Yet I question if he would ever hurt him."
"I hope he's ok." Shizuki worried a bit.
