YamiKitsune: Okay! Here is the sequel to Vampire story! If you haven’t read Vampire Story, then you should do so before you read this. You might not understand what is going on if you don’t ^_^


Human Story
Part 1:

The small figure walked through the dark house. It stopped and looked at the pictures that lined the wall. There were pictures of Malik, Yugi and Ryou playing at the beach. There was a picture of each of the couples in the house. Malik, and Mari, Yugi and Yami. Joey and Seto, but the last one, Ryou and Bakura. Ryou looked like he didn’t really want to be in the picture with Ryou. And Bakura looked a little depressed.

The figures eyes flashed red as it noticed a group picture, but the three former vampires were not in it. The picture was of the group of hunters, before Honda had been killed. The figure glared at the picture. The door behind him opened and Seto’s little brother, Mokuba, the hunter in training. Came out of his room, he rubbed his eyes having just woken up. The figure hissed at the boy. Mokuba jumped and looked up quickly.

“….who’s that…?” He asked not being able to see in the dark very well. He reached to turn the hall light on.

“I wouldn’t do that if I were you.” The figure hissed advancing on Mokuba. Mokuba’s eyes went wide when he saw the glowing eyes, and the white fangs.

“….v…vampire!” Mokuba gasped backing up into his room quickly. The vampire followed.

“No, I’m not a vampire. I am in the same family though.” The figure said eyes glowing more. “Now go back to bed, and forget. You will forget this encounter.” The figure said. Mokuba’s eyes became glazed over as he turned and got back into his bed going back to sleep. “Tynan, you are good.” The vampire turned to see his counterpart and grinned. “Years of practice Keary. Years of practice.”

”So is he the one we are looking for?” Keary asked coming into the room looking down at the sleeping boy. Tynan shook his head.

“No, that’s not him. Let’s look in the other rooms. We need to find the four former vampires that live here.” Tynan said. Keary nodded and looked back down at Mokuba.

“Is this really necessary though? I mean, it’s been only a year since three of them have been turned back into humans. And five years since the other one was changed human. Do we REALLY have to do this Tynan?” Keary asked.

“Yes, it’s necessary. You know what HE will do if he catches these four as humans.”

“Yeah I know.”

“Alright then, you check down the hall. I’ll check these rooms here okay?” Tynan asked. Keary lowered his head and nodded sighing as he left. He went down the hall and opened the door to Seto’s room. Joey was sleeping next to him, his head resting on Seto’s chest. Keary smiled a little, he felt really bad doing this to the blond boy, but it had to be done. He went over to the sleeping pair and put his hands over Joey chanting softly.

“It’s time to reawaken Jou.” Keary whispered softly, his hands glowed. Joey stirred a little snuggling closer to Seto. Keary took his hands away and lowered his head.

“I am sorry about this Jou. But it must be done. You and the others will understand later.” Keary said and left going across the hall to Yugi and Yami’s room. Doing the same thing to Yugi.

In the other two rooms, Tynan was chanting the same spell over Malik, and then went to Ryou’s room doing the same thing to the albino. Tynan did feel a little bad about having to do this as well, but it was necessary. He watched as Ryou whimpered in his sleep. The boy squeezed his eyes shut tightly as he gripped the blankets and started panting.

“Don’t fight it Ryou. It will be alright.” Tynan said petting Ryou’s head. He turned and left meeting Keary in the hallway.

“It’s done. We should go before they wake up.” He said. Tynan nodded in agreement. He took Keary’s hand and the two of them disappeared. In Ryou’s room, the boy was in the middle of another nightmare. Only made worse from the spell that was just cast over him and his three friends.

~*Dream*~

Ryou ran through the dark halls of the castle. He could hear Pegasus following him, Ryou had to find a way out. He had to get back to Bakura. As he turned a corner he ran right into Tea.

“Where do you think you are going Ryou? It’s feeding time. You know what that means.” Tea said and went to bite Ryou’s neck. Ryou screamed and turned running the other way. He stopped in his tracks when he saw Pegasus standing there.

“You can’t get away Ryou. I am coming for you. You can’t escape. You are mine, and you always will be.” Pegasus said grabbing Ryou and pulling him close. Ryou struggled trying to pull away.

“No! Let go! Someone help!! BAKURA!!!” Ryou yelled struggling to get away. Pegasus ignored this as he bent down and bit into Ryou’s neck. Ryou screamed in fear. Even though he knew he couldn’t be a vampire again because of what happened the year before. He was still scared, part of him told him that it was still possible for him to become a vampire again. And that scared him, his dream had finally come true, and now Pegasus was trying to take it from him again. Pegasus pulled back and dropped Ryou to the floor.

“Welcome back to the other side my pet.” He said.

~*End Dream*~

Ryou shot up in bed and screamed. His eyes were wide, and he could feel a stinging pain in his neck. He put his hand up to the side of his neck when he felt something trickling down the side. He looked at his hand. His eyes went wide when he saw blood. He looked over at the door when he saw the light in the hall go on. He was about to get up and go see what was going on.

He felt a sudden pain in his stomach, and it soon traveled through his body. Ryou let out a shriek of pain as he doubled over. He could barely hear more screaming coming from the other rooms. Ryou’s door opened and Bakura came in.

“Damn, not you to Ryou! What the hell is going on here?!” Bakura said as he went over and picked Ryou up. Ryou whimpered and clutched onto Bakura as the pain got worse.

“….no….not…not again….” Ryou winced; this pain was familiar to him. He had been put the same thing after his grandmother had died. Bakura brought Ryou out to the living room where Yami and the others were. Yami had Yugi on his lap; Marik had Malik in the chair. And Seto was trying to figure out what was wrong with Joey.

“This is ridiculous! What the hell is going on here!?!” Marik asked as Malik pulled away from him. Malik hissed in pain curling up tightly. Yugi hid his face against Yami; Joey was trying to get away from Seto as he cried in pain. Ryou let out a loud shriek as Bakura held him close. One by one the four boys calmed down as the pain subsided. Ryou stayed latched onto Bakura as he hid his face, he gasped for breath.

Yugi was shaking in Yami’s arms. Yami rubbed Yugi’s back trying to make sure he was alright.

“…Joey?” Seto asked softly slowly lifting Joey’s head to look at him. Joey slowly opened his eyes blinking a few times. Seto pulled back quickly his eyes going side. Joey moved away from Seto just as quickly.

“Holy shit!!” Seto yelped when he saw Joey’s now red eyes. The others looked at the blond boy. Joey looked a little confused, until he felt two sharp teeth poking at his lip. His eyes went wide and he reached up quickly feeling his vampire teeth.

“….Joey…?” Yami asked. Joey looked over at him. Yami frowned and looked down at Yugi who was still hiding his face and trembling. Yami slowly lifted Yugi’s head so he could look at him. Yugi whimpered a little as he looked up at Yami, his eyes slightly yellow. “….what is going on here….they’ve turned back into vampires.” Yami said as he looked around at the other two, who were the same as Joey and Yugi.

Malik hissed a little and punched the arm of the chair, braking it. “This shouldn’t happen!!” Malik said looking really pissed. Yugi and Ryou looked at each other before going over to their friend wrapping their arms around him

“It’ll be okay Malik….we’ve been through this before…and we have hunters on our side now…it will be easier.” Yugi said.

“But this isn’t suppose to happen!!!! We’re supposed to be HUMAN!!”

“…..I know Malik….” Ryou said sighing a little. The hunters sat back and watched the three vampires. Ryou gasped when he felt a sharp pain in his back. He bit his lip to keep from crying out. Malik’s instincts took over quickly; it was easy for him to fall back into the protective older brother roll again.

“Ryou?” He asked sitting up. Ryou winced biting down on his lip hard not wanting to scream as his two wings broke through his back ripping his shirt. Malik held Ryou close rubbing between his wings. He knew that Ryou’s wings had always given him trouble, and were hurt easily, and rubbing the spot between them normally helped.

Bakura and the others stared with wide eyes as Ryou’s wings twitched a little before the drooped down relaxing. No one knew what was going on, or why this happened. All they knew is that it wasn’t supposed to happen.

By the time the sun was starting to rise, both Ryou and Yugi had a pair of wings. And it wasn’t until the sun was rising that they realized they had to find a place to stay until night time. The four vampires went to the basement and found a place to sleep until night fall. Malik, Ryou, Yugi and Joey all curled up together and fell asleep.
