Shadow Yami {Completed}

hello peeps im back with another chapter, i did have the question of where's Tea? dont worry she'll be back...sadly lol yes i am a person who hates Tea and there will be Teabashing, apologies to those people who do like her anyway on with the story

Yami yawned as he sat at his desk, “Tired?” came Seto’s voice, Yami looked up to see Seto had brought him a coffee and nodded stretching “Yes I am, Yugi’s been having problems sleeping recently I lost count how many times I got hit in the stomach and the chest, last night I just grabbed a pillow and slept on the floor,” Seto chuckled “I understand but do your best to stay on Yugi’s good side make sure he doesn’t get stressed else that could lead to a miscarriage,” Yami raised an eyebrow and looked at him “And how do you know this?” Seto laughed and ruffled Yami’s hair making it look more of a mess than it had done “I learned about it when I was in college, and don’t worry you know that Joey will take care of Yugi when your not there and its only for 9 months, come to think of it how long has Yugi been pregnant?” Yami paused for a moment “Well from the results he was 6 weeks pregnant now its been 3 months and I can see the bump coming,” Seto nodded “your only getting the start of things Yami, you’ll find that Yugi will be craving odd things to eat and be getting a little emotional and probably have breakdowns,” Yami’s ears flattened as his eyes widened then there was a thud as his head came into contact with the desk “I’m not used to all this,” he groaned. Seto walked to his desk “Well Yami I’d advise you see someone to give you advice and help, but trust me I heard the birthing is going to be a lot more painful,” Yami groaned again then sat up “More nights on the floor then,”

Yugi sat on the couch with Joey munching away on pickled onions dipped in raspberry jam, Joey had come over to keep Yugi company and the two were watching various films. A small bump had appeared round Yugi’s stomach which always made him smile because he knew he was carrying the child he and Yami had created together, Joey had noticed it too “So what are you gonna call it?” he asked Yugi shrugged “I don’t know I haven’t spoken to Yami about that yet,” Joey nodded “Why not give it an Egyptian name?” Yugi blinked “Hmm but I don’t know of any Egyptian names Yami might though seeing as he was born there,” Joey shrugged then smiled “Well whatever you call it it’ll be a lucky kid to have a father that’s a neko,” Yugi looked at him “How?” Joey grinned “A father and a pet two in one,” Yugi smiled shaking his head then rubbed his bump fondly.

Yami stretched as he walked through the front door and looked up “I’m home Aibou,” “I’m in the living room Yami,” came Yugi’s voice but it sounded tearful. Yami blinked Seto had told him there would be times when Yugi’s hormones would make him have a breakdown and start crying, Yami walked into the living room to see Yugi huddled up on the couch his eyes tear stained and still watery a number of tissues laying around, “Aibou?” Yami asked softly, Yugi looked up then outstretched his arms wanting a hug, Yami smiled sitting beside him and held him close rubbing his back gently. Yugi gave a small smile nuzzling into the warmth of Yami’s body calming down from his crying, he’d been scared of the pain he would go through at the end of the 9 months and as much he wanted the baby the pain terrified him which had made him start crying in the first place.

Yami sat with Yugi on his lap cuddling him while watching the news, Yugi had eventually fallen asleep though there was the occasional whimper from him to which Yami would rub his bump gently to ease any pain; he smiled when he could hear Yugi purr a little. Yami flicked through the channels seeing if anything interesting was on but found nothing so he turned it off, he looked round and picked up a pregnancy book Yugi had got hold of and started reading deciding he wanted to have as much knowledge as possible on it. “Yami…” Yugi mumbled quietly having woken up, “Yes aibou?” Yami replied pausing his reading looking up and meeting Yugi’s eyes “I’m hungry,” Yugi said quietly, Yami smiled and nodded “What would you like?” Yugi nuzzled into him “Mm your chicken salad with raspberry jam was nice, will you make me some more?” he gave his cute look even though he knew it didn’t work “Please?” Yami kissed his forehead “Sure, would you like my mixed juice drink with it?” Yugi nodded smiling “Yes please,” Yami nodded again and stood up lifting Yugi up into his arms and carried him into the kitchen sitting him at the table then turned washing his hands. Yamis ears pricked up hearing Yugi’s giggle, he turned looking at him and was about to ask when Yugi cut him off “Yami wear that cute apron please,” Yami smiled and shook his head then turned picking up the small apron and put it on ‘should have seen that coming’ he thought to himself. Yugi watched as Yami prepared his meal on the table so he could see how it was done in case Yami wasn’t round when Yugi wanted some, he looked up into Yami’s eyes and smiled seeing how much focus there was in them he also noticed that during the time he’d known him the pupils in Yami’s eyes had been vertical slits like cats, Yugi smiled he was always drawn towards them, the way they could show so much affection and passion but also burn with hatred and anger. Yami waved his hand in front of Yugi’s face seeing as Yugi had spaced out a little “Aibou your meal is ready,” Yugi blinked snapping back into reality “Oh?” he looked and smiled “Thanks Yami, sorry I was just thinking,” Yami smiled kissing his forehead “More like spacing out again,” he chuckled and turned making himself a sandwich while Yugi tucked happily into the chicken salad.

Aww Yami's being a helpful kitty but what will happen when Tea finds out that Yugi is pregnant, find out soon
