Final Furies
On the stree the boys stood starring up at the darkening sky.
It was hard to tell what time of day it was. The returning
shadows where strongest near the boys.
"It's me they want." Yami said starring at the dark cloud
formation above him. "Yuugi go back inside, Jou will watch
over you until...I come back...."
"What was that pause...You are coming back aren't you?"
Yuugi looked worried.
"Go now." Yami said as some of the black cloud swirled toward
the ground. "HURRY!"
"NO I'M NOT LEAVING YOU!" Yuugi stomped at him.
"You little fool!" Yami pushed him. "I CAN'T FACE THAT THING
AND PROTECT YOU AT THE SAME TIME, SOMETHING IS BOUND
TO BE LOST!"
"Be careful love." Yuugi kissed him before going back inside.
"I'll try." Yami said under his breath as the cloud formed into
a demonic monster.
"I'm here to collect you Yami, you belong in hell with us." It
hissed at him.
"I am not going anywhere!" Yami starred at the creature murerously
at it. The killing chill took over his mind as he approached the demon.
It took started walking toward him. Yami's rage impowered and surged
his millenium powers.
"Is that little spark in your hand supposed to stop me?" The Demon taunted
him. Yami raised his hand as the little spark grew into a bolt.
"MIND CRUSH!" He shattered the demon into dust. He looked back toward the
city. "One down."
"Yami." Yuugi ran to him leaving the safety of Jou's house. "He was the last one,
the sky is returning to normal see." Yuugi smiled happily pointing at the sky. "You
did it Yami, your my hero!" Yuugi jumped into his arms.
"I'm so glad....."
"Yami?"
"Just me and you tonight we'll celebrate."
"oooh!" Yuugi giggled.
