Yami dropped his stuff back at the mansion then ran as fast as he could to Yugi's school, he couldn't drive yet and had a disliking for cars due to at one point having his tail almost shut in the door and the noise from the engine on the inside hurt his ears and it took some time to get his hearing normal again. Yami skidded round a corner and vaulted over the school gates, he hurried into the school and made his way along the corridors, he found Joey who lead him to the bathroom Yugi was in, Yami was even more worried when he saw how pale Yugi looked, Yugi had finally stopped throwing up but he still felt ill, he snuggled into Yami feeling safer in his arms, Yami looked to Joey and thanked him for looking after Yugi he turned and with an arm round Yugi and lead him out of the school pausing to sign Yugi out of the school explaining Yugi wasn't in a fit state to be able to attend classes.


Yugi groaned feeling more sick than he had been, he looked up at Yami and explained how he had been feeling, Yami nodded his suspicions were starting to be confirmed but he'd know for certain after a visit to the doctors. Yami pushed open the doors of the hospital and went to the reception he explained the situation, the woman behind the desk nodded then looked up at Yami's ears "Is this a joke?" she asked Yami's ears flattened as he frowned "Do you think I'm in the mood for playing jokes?" there was a slight snarl in his tone of voice which made the woman shudder a little and asked the two to go sit down and wait, Yami sat on a chair with Yugi on his lap leaning against him Yugi looked more paler than earlier. Yami sat rubbing Yugi's back which seemed to help Yugi settle, their names were called and both were lead to a room, Yami sat down in the room with Yugi hopping back on his lap again feeling much more comfy there, Yami explained what Yugi had told him while Yugi gave the extra details the doctor noted down then looked at the list "Hmm I'm going to need a blood test from both of you," Yami blinked puzzled then Yugi leaned back and told him, Yami didn't like the sound of it and refused to have one, the doctor insisted but Yami continued to refuse, Yugi told the doctor Yami wasn't good with needles as an excuse, the doctor nodded and took a blood test from Yugi and with Yami's persistence the results were soon sorted out. Yugi had thrown up again after the test had been taken due to reflexes and Yami was sat with Yugi on his lap holding a bottle of water in one hand while rubbing Yugi's back gently.


The doctor came back with a surprised expression on his face, he held the results in his hand and looked at the two twin like people in front of them, Yami looked up at the doctor "What's the result?" he asked with a slightly less threatening tone, the doctor looked at him "I'm not sure how it's possible but Mr. Yugi Motou here appears to be pregnant," Yugi's head shot up his eyes wide in surprise, then looked at the doctor for a moment before turning to look at Yami, Yami's eyes appeared to have widened too. Blinking Yami quickly recovered over the shock and had a look at the results he looked at the doctor "Could we have a moment alone please?" the doctor nodded and left, Yami's eyes looked back down at the results, the scanned over the words carefully before he set it down to one side Yugi looked at him, Yami returned his gaze "The doctor is right Yugi, you are pregnant," Yugi looked down "I'm sorry Yami," Yami blinked "What for Aibou?" Yugi looked back up at him "Well here I am pregnant and its because of the number of times we did it together and it never crossed my mind whether or not you would have wanted a child and…" he was silenced by Yami pressing a finger gently to his lips to shush him, Yugi blinked because Yami was smiling at him, that fond loving smile which always showed affection towards him, Yugi was about to ask but Yami spoke "Yugi, I am not angered with you being pregnant in fact I'm quite excited, the idea of becoming a father and being able to share the responsibilities of being a parent with you brings more warmth to my heart and pride," Yugi blinked at Yami's statement then he hugged him "I feel the same way Yami, you are the only one who I would have wanted a child with," he kissed Yami lovingly then looked up at him, his eyes had tears of joy in them "You'd make a loving father any day." Yami smiled proudly then kissed Yugi on the forehead "Come on Aibou let's get you home,"
