The Nightmare!

16 chapters down, don't know how many to go. ~_^ So many events, one big
finale coming soon, but not now. Thanks to all readers and reviewers,
you all make me want to write more and more. Now it's time for Chapter 17.
Today you get a POV of Kaiba. There's a sour fruit teaser...

Chapter 17: On Quest For the Truth *Kaiba's POV*

"Nii-sama? Are you ok?" Mokuba asks me.

I look up from my computer only to answer him.

"Yes. Everything is fine."

"So, why are you just sitting there typing 'Katsuya Kaiba' on the screen?" he
says pointing to one of the hundred plus times I had typed it.

I quickly turned the monitor off and glared at him.

"You know you want to be with him nii-sama. So why don't you just go and see
what the problem was and resolve it so things can get back to normal."

I think about what he's said. It is true that I really don't know what his
reasons were for his actions and it is true what I really wanted to get
things back to normal. I take my cell phone out my pocket and dial Jou's
home. He's not there. No answer. Then I call his sister's. Still, I get
no answer. So, why not try his phone.

(Jou's POV)
-Intro to 'Shuffle' plays-

"Who is that Jou?" Honda asks, as he looks at the phone.

"It must be Seto." I say recognizing the phone number.

"Well, aren't you going to answer it?" He says picking up the phone.

I snatch it from him. "Moshi moshi. Jounouchi speaking."

"Umm...Hello? Kaiba-san?" I say, hoping he would say something.

He...hung up. I slowly laid the phone down on the table.

"What happened? What did he say?" Honda asked me.

"He didn't say anything. Maybe he's telling me to come home or something. I
don't know."

"Well, maybe you need to go back to Kaiba Manor."

"What about Tomino Manor? To see if that woman was really Otogi."

"Nah, It's ok. I can go there alone, or with Shizuka. If you are having any
problems with Kaiba, then the last thing you need to be doing is to trying to
help me. I appreciate it very much Jou. But you need to get your problems
straightened out first."

I stood up and shook his hand then gave him a friendly hug.

"I'm headed back to Seto." I say, walking towards the door, leaving Honda
the bill.

(Seto's POV)

What?! What was that?! What is he doing with Honda Hiroto? I know that
they are good buddies and all, but does that really make a difference? I
mean, who knows, maybe he likes him too and just wanted to 'test' each other
before making their final decisions on Otogi and I, repectively.

"Nii-sama? Are you ok?" Mokuba asked me for about the millionth time today.

"Yes, I am fine little brother rep reply quietly to him.

"Well then, why do you look like you just saw a ghost?"

"Oh..it's nothing. I was just thinking about something is all."

"Thinking about Jounouchi. And from the looks of it, you just saw something
you really didn't want to."

How the hell does he know that? Damn, am I looking that obvious to him?! That's
ok though. Mokuba could always read my thoughts and true feelings no matter
what the expression is on my face. Ts hos how he was the 1st to recognize that
I liked that blonde-haired work of art.

"Where is he going?" Mokuba says, pointing at Jou, who is walking very fast
towards the direction of Kaiba Manor. "Do you think he's headed towards
home nii-sama?"

"Well, there's only one way to find out. Let's be there when or if he gets
there." I say running towards home with Mokuba following closely behind.

(Jou's POV)
I hope he's here. I really need to talk to him as to why I did what I did. Seto,
you need not to worry. It's not your fault.

"Master Jounouchi. How are you today?" Roland, Seto's butler, asks me.

"Where's Kaiba?" I ask, hoping he would be here.

"He's upstairs in his office sir. I'm sure you know where it is."

"Thanks." I say racing past him and up stairs.

(Kaiba's POV)
"Ok, he's on his way? At the front door. Let him in. Tell him I'm in my
office and let him through."

Jounouchi, you have a lot of explaining to do to me! But I don't care...I just
want to be like it was before that night. Before whatever happened.

-knock-knock-knock-

"Come in."

(Reader's POV)
Jou opens the door to see Kaiba in his huge swivel chair, facing out the window.

"Umm...Hi..." Jou says nervously.

"Come in. Closer to me Jounouchi. Don't be afraid. Just lock the door behind
you."

Jou came further into the room and shut the door, then slowly locked it.

"I'm sorry." Jou says very shyly."Wha"What was that? Do you have something you would like to share with me
Jounouchi?"

'Who is this Seto? Do I know him?' Jou thinks to himself...

The chair swerves around and Kaiba rests his feet on the desk and leans back.

"Gomen nasai, Seto..."

"What are you apologizing for? Unless you're guilty of something."

"The only thing I'm guilty of is not telling you what was going on."

Kaiba springs to his feet and looks at Jou surprisingly. He walks around
his desk and stands in front of Jou. Meanwhile, Jou is looking down, with
his hands in his pocket.

"What did you do Jounouchi?" Kaiba asks gently pushing Jou's chin up.

Jou didn't say anything.

"So, you're acting the same way you was two days ago. Humph. It must
have been something bad. Have you been seeing someone else? Maybe
fucking them. How about a one night stand? Or are you in love with someone
else?"

Jou's eyes close and tears fall from them.

"Katsuya?!" Kaiba says embrg hig his love. "What happened? Tell me?!"

"It was all a dream." Jou finally manages to say.

Kaiba looks into Jou's eyes.

"What was a dream?" He asks cautiously.

"The same one I'd have every time I close my eyes. Whether it was just to
take a nap or to sleep at night. I just couldn't shake it. Or find the meaning
of it. Until 2 days ago. Everything came together and the door of truth was
opened to me."

"Why haven't you told me about the dream?"

"I wanted to find it out for myself first. But...maybe my conclusion is wrong."

"Tell me. Tell me about the dreams."

Kaiba guided Jou to the sofa then he sat next to him. For a while, Kaiba waited
to see what Jou was going to say...but nothing came from his closed lips.

"Open your mouth Jounouchi. Tell me. I won't get mad. If it's just a dream."

Jou looked away towards the chair Kaiba was sitting in earlier.

"Jounouchi! Talk to me!"

Before he knew it, Kaiba slapped Jounouchi! Jou rubbed his face where Kaiba's
hand met.

"I'm so sorry Jou! I didn't mean to..."

"It's ok. I deserved it."

"I just want you to pour your heart to me. Don't distrust me. Ever. I'll
never be with anyone else for as long as we're together. And I hope that's
forever."

"'For as long as we're together?' Have you been sneaking behind my back?"

"No! No, no, no, iya! Katsuya, just tell me. I want to know the dream."

Jou told Kaiba the dreams and the reasons to why he acted the way he
did that morning.

"I'm sorry Kaiba-san. I know it was idiotic of me to walk out on you...I should
have said something."

"My inu, I love you. I really do and there will be nothing in this world that
would ever make me turn back to my old ways. I guarantee you that I'm a
completely changed man."

Jou looked into Kaiba's sincere blue orbs.

"I love you too...Seto."

Their lips met in a life-absorbing kiss. Kaiba laid Jou on his back and began
utonitoning his shirt. Kaiba pushed the fabric away to reveal a muscle-defined
world for him to explore. Kaiba's sucked Jou's Adam's Apple gently. He slowly
ran a trail of kisses from the apple to his nubs, where he licked and helped to
harden each one.
Jou released a moan for each nibble of Kaiba on the sensitive areas of his torso.
Kaiba's hands released Jou's hardened member and then attacked it. Kaiba's lips
soon followed his hands and took in as much of Jou as he could bear.
One of Jou's hands red ued up and grabbed the arm of the sofa while the other,
the back of his lover's busy head. His fingers mingeled with his hair. Roughing it
around, then smoothing it back into place.
"Se..to...Ra..." Jou fluttered as he was fighting the urge to release so soon. Up
and down Kaiba's hand went...down and up his head went to not give Jou any
relief, but just endless pleasure. The pleasure he had been longing for. The
pleasure hved ved getting from Kaiba.
It finally became too much for him to handle as his back arched and a loud
scream proceeded Kaiba's mouth and face covered in the sticky seed.

Kaiba laid on top of Jou and embraced him. They laid there savoring the
moment, until that is, they both fell asleep.

(Shadow Realm)
Anzu is looking VERY pissed off at what just went on.

"What the hell just happen? Did my manipulation lose it's power?!"

There was nothing said for a moment.

"Dream Clown?! What the fuck do I do now?! There is no way that they
should be doing that!"

"Just try again. Much harder this time. Instead of doing just Jounouchi,
do Kaiba also. He believes that Jou is sneaking around with Honda. Just give
him a little push for his belief to come true."

"Sounds great. Doesn't it Marik?"

''You stupid whore! Pharoah and his hikari are dangerously close to finding you
out Anzu.''

"Well, have you ever heard of a wild goose chase? That iactlactly what they're
on. There's no way that they will find out what is truly going on."

''But when they find out...''

"Oh, I won't worry my pretty self about that. I especially love that they are
so close, yet soooo far away! Now, if I could only get Yami to sleep..."

''You've been trying for the past 2 days. Just give it up.''

"No, no I can't! Without the Puzzle, I can't return to the real world and rid
of you gay freaks once and for all."

Jou and Kaiba wake up and look confusingly at each other...
