Ryou sighed as he lay in his nesting box. Pegasus had said he'd be back later, but he never returned. Ryou had waited for him all afternoon and evening, but the only person he saw was a maid who filled his food dish and checked his water. And then, night fell. And still, Pegasus did not come. Ryou paced around his cage, but eventually he fell asleep. When he woke up it was morning. Pegasus had never come back for him...

Ryou sniffled and whimpered, ears lying back against his head. Why hadn't Pegasus come back? He looked at the door and sniffled. "Come back... please....” he said softly beginning to scratch the sides of his cage, making loud scratching noises. "Please... why'd you abandon me?"

Ryou slowly fell back to all fours, sniffling and laying in the wood shavings.

It was almost lunch before the door opened, and in walked Pegasus.

"Hello, Ryou." He said with a smile, walking over to the nesting box of the cage and kneeling, looking inside and at Ryou. "And how are you today?" He asked.

Ryou looked at him with large sad eyes. "Y-you didn't come back....” he said softly, sniffling as big tears welled in his eyes. "W-was I a bad bunny? Why didn't you come back?" He whimpered. "Please don’t leave me alone...."

Pegasus smiled. "You are a bunny, Ryou. And sometimes you will be spending many hours in your cage. You cannot always stay with me. Get used to it." He said, and then laid a bag on the floor. Ryou looked at it, curiously. The name on the bag said New Fine Arts.

Ryou blinked and tilted his head to the side. "What's that?" He asked softly, once again propping himself up and beginning to make the scratching noises, signifying he wanted out.

Pegasus blinked. "You don't know what New Fine Arts is?" He asked, then grinned and chuckled. "An adult toy store. I went there last night and bought a few things for you." He said, and waited to see Ryou's reaction.

Ryou blinked. "....for me?" He asked, sliding down once more and tilting his head to the side. "Why?"

"Come with me." He said, turning and walking out of the room.

Ryou blinked, and hurried after Pegasus, glad to be out of the lonely cage. "M-master Pegasus... I-if I am good in training... will you get something to keep me company in my cage when you leave me alone?" He asked hopefully. "I.... Pegasus blinked and thought a bit. "No." He said. "In you go." He said, and Ryou hopped into the dark room. Pegasus walked in behind him and closed the door, leaving them in pitch darkness. "I built this just for you..." The man hissed, his eye gleaming, and he flipped on the light. Ryou turned and his eyes widened as he froze.

It was the room... the examination room from the vet... only a bit bigger. But there was the exam table with the four posts and the ring on the wall, and the restraining straps and hooks. Pegasus smirked and waited to see Ryou's reaction...

Pegasus blinked, then sighed and put down the bag, getting down on the floor and pulling Ryou out from under the chair by the ears and setting him back on the table. "Maybe I am still angry about you jumping out of the car and going to that damn lion..." He growled, not because he was mad, but because seeing Ryou shaking in fear aroused him.
