The first thing I see when I wake
It's been a month since that dreadful incident.
The city was still under repair. Some area's
still evacuated. Yami is still resting in the
hospital. Yuugi was very upset when he
didn't leave with him. He couldn't. Yuugi
visited him everyday. He hoped soon he
would wake from the comma.
This rainy morning Yuugi rushed to the hospital.
The doctor called him and told him, they were
getting ready to pull the pluge. Yuugi rushed through
the doors and too Yami's room.
"No one is pulling the pluge!" Yuugi yelled at the doctor.
"Mr. Mutou, he's been getting worse, and we feel we should
save the hospitals equipment for someone who has a better
chance, before they get into a similar condition." The doc tried
to explain.
"YOU ASS HOLES YOUR GONNA LET HIM DIE FOR EQUIPMENT TO
SAVE POWER! USE AS MUCH AS YOU GOT, JUST DON'T LET HIM
DIE, I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT HIM!" Yuugi was going hysterical
and gripped a deadly grasp around unconcious Yami.
"If he doesn't wake in 48 hours, the pluge will be pulled."
Just as he said that the doc shut up right away when he
noticed another pair of eyes gleeming at him.
"Oh, your awake?" The doc said.
"Yami." Yuugi held him lovingly. "how?"
"I heard your voice and followed it out of the darkness that held
me for the past month."
The doc checked him out and he seemed to be fine.
"You can leave now, your fine......Maybe the equipment was faulty."
"He doesn't believe in magic." Yuugi said to Yami.
"It wasn't majic Yuugi, it was love that brought me back."
"Now that I don't believe in, I've been devorced twice." The doctor said
on his way out the room.
"Aibou."
"Yes Yami."
"I love you."
"I love you too."
"Let's go home now.....is it still there?"
"We can stay at Jou's, we ow him thanks too." Said Yuugi.
