Epilogue
Epilogue
"It is done Master. The seeds have been set for our revenge." the man said staring into the mirror
'I know my High Priest. Now that that stupid sap is now been removed as my Priest I grant you my powers of the winds of the desert.' Set said within the mind of his disciple
"What about what you learned Master from that wannabe." the man said as his eyes unconsciously narrowed as the God thought about what he had gleaned from Seto
'I learned that all the souls have returned, but until the curse you originally laid 5,000 years ago is appeased, it is still not at an end. The current soul can still be killed. Even though he is no longer a virgin. It was so ingenious of me to word it so that the sex has to happen that exact night.' the God said to his High Priest
"So all I have to do is take Joey before that happens and kill him that day?" the man said to his God
'Yes and no. Yes you can kill him, but that will only make the cycle happen again. No I have a better way to do it. But it is going to take some work. Fortunately, they have another enemy that absolutely hates them as well. He will be more then happy with creating what I have planned for that Blond Whore' Set spat out
"Finally after 5,000 years I can take my revenge." he exclaimed
'Yes child, we both can take revenge. You have done well Ryuzuki.' the god said staring at the man who once was known as Rex Raptor
"Thank you Master. Finally I can take revenge on Apollo for killing my brothers and sisters and the ending of my mother's life." Rex said about his past life as a child of Niobe
'We both can take our revenge, one that is fitting for the Gods. And I can take my rightful place, and finally be recognized as the most powerful God ever.' Set said as they both began laughing, gleefully planning what they were going to be doing over the next year, planning for the blond's 20th birthday celebration.
So here we go guys...and I did keep the original baddie that I was always thinking of when I created the curse wayyyyy back in Ruby...
So for now, I am gonna take a small break from writing this series, as there is one that has been on the shelf for a while
Here is a preview of it:
The figure looked outside, the torrential rains that had been flowing down the streets seemingly moving like a rampaging river down into the drains. He remembered a time where the streets were not paved with a greyish hue, but black and before that nothing but ground, then grass. It had been so long since he remembered the street leading to his mansion being grass, but in his mind's eye he could still recall. As he looked upwards, the grey skies still beckoning him, he saw the city's skyline. Another of the trappings of modern times that he had adapted to. Remembering so long ago, when where he now saw a tall skyscraper, there had been an ancient tree standing.
'How time has passed' he thought as the rains were now pelting onto the window that he had been musing through. He heard a sound from the doorway and felt the presence of a figure
"I sense something. Something I am not sure of." the voice of a man said
"I sense it as well. I was going to wait for the rain to stop, but I will go out now and check it out. Stay here and guard." the figure that had been watching outside said to the tall white haired man that had invaded his room.
"As you wish Pharaoh." the figure said and with a mock salute, bowed shortly and stepped out of the room. Looking back outside, he wondered what had he sensed. It felt like a small trace of shadow magic that he thought had been banished but was now trickling into the back of his mind. Sighing as he felt that it would not do to deny his feelings, he grabbed what this century had called a rain tarp and put on another invention called duckies, that were wonderful on the bare foot and would protect him from the rain. Not that he minded the rain, but sometimes he just did not want to get wet............
And there is your teaser...Little Dragon though has the first part of the prologue, though it has gone through a revision
