Chapter 15:Suffering
Alister,Valon and Raphael fought through their enemies.Not showing any mercy.
Just then they saw someone they thought they would never see again..It was during Doom...When they met him..Duke Devlin..
His eyes glowed with red..."Die" he said.
He used his black magic and sent powerful black magic at the Doom Warriors.
There was a scream and a blast of light..
Valon,Raphael and everyone else looked at the crystal heart which had left someone's body..Who died proctecting them.
Alister was held in the air with his eyes wide open.He took the magic meant for Valon and Raphael's bodies.
Alister's body fell on the floor.
"ALISTER!" Valon shouted.He ran over to Alister's body.
Duke watched.His red eyes still flashing with hate.
"Alister why did you?" Valon asked.He lifted Alister's body into his arms."You did'nt have too"
"I did...I had...Too....Save...Important...people" Alister said weakly.
"Important people?" Zoisite asked.
"Yes...You're...All...Important..to me." Alister answered
"OH GOD..Even if you fade away?" Raphael shouted.
"Please...Save this...World...Without...Me...You..Can..Save this..World..Without..Me" Alister said weakly..He began to fade away
"ALISTER!!" Valon shouted "Please don't leave me".
"Valon you're too sweet...Be strong" Alister said
"Alister don't..All of us promised we would be together untill the end..Don't leave" Valon said
"Don't forget Valon....You have Raphael and each other.." Alister let tears fall freely from his eyes "I'm sorry I can't protect you any longer" Alister closed his eyes and was gone.
"Alister!" Valon continued to call his name.Tears fell from his eyes onto the pale body "No" Valon wisperherd..So much pain and suffering "NOOOOOOOOOOOO" Valon shouted as loud as he could.
There was so much hurt...and the pain.....and suffering.
He stood up "Why did you do that?" Valon asked Duke.
Duke stayed silent then he answered "What has this world ever done for me?"
Valon looked at him.
"You have friends..Real friends...Look at what I am..It's because..Of Yugi and his friends" Duke shouted."I was alone..I was locked away in a sad place..I was sad...I wanted so many things..But I would give anything for a real friend"
Valon sighed "That is'ant friendship" He wisperherd."Killing someone and blaming the darkness on someone else is'ant right..IT IS'ANT RIGHT" Valon shouted.
Duke looked at him..."...Help me..." He said to Valon.
Valon looked at him and nodded.
"But how?" Zoisite asked
"You have to defeat the darkness" Eatos said.
Duke did'nt know how.
"I can't" Duke said as he held his head in his hands."Just kill me and then the darkness will be gone"
Valon shook his head "I'm not going to kill you..But who's behind this?" Valon asked
"Dartz" Duke answered
Valon and Raphael just froze at the sound of his name.
"Dartz?" Sakura asked "Who's Dartz?" She asked again.
"The crazy ass who took our souls last time" Valon said
"I'll open the portal to where he is...But it can only stay open for a little while" Duke said
Behind Duke a black portal opened."Go" Duke said "I can't keep it open much longer"
Valon walked in followed by everyone else.
