It's all in the eyes
While their friends searched for them,
Yuugi and Yami lay on the ground.
Their backsides dented the ground
when they hit it.
"Ya..mmmm..i.." Yuugi dragged his
head to look aside. He discovered
Yami unconcious by his side, opened
his eyes slowly. Yuugi noticed they
weren't glowing red anymore, now
they were just the normal wine color.
The color of Yami's eyes releived
Yuugi. "Your back.."Yuugi whispered
before faintly reaching for Yami's
tainted hand. Just as he grabbed
it, he blacked out.
When Jou and the others found them,
they were astounded by they way
Yuugi was holding Yami's hand, and
the small smile on his uncouncious face.
Yuugi awkened to beeping sounds and
a brightly lit ceiling. He just realized
he was in the hospital. He was hooked
to an IV. He looked aside and saw that
the beeping sounds were coming from
a life support machine hooked to Yami.
He was laying motionless. He looked dead,
but thebeeps of the machine convinced him
he was still alive. Yuugi reached his
hand over to sweep the blond sticking
to Yami's face.
"My poor darling." He sighed with gasp.
"You got hurt worse than me." He closed
his eyes. "I'm glad it's all over..."
