That morning Needle walked over to the inn to fetch the others. Atemu and Yuugi were still in the back room of the clinic.
"How do you feel Yuugi?"
"I feel better." Yuugi reached for Atemu's hand. Atemu gripped Yuugi's little hand and pulled him into his chest.
"I'm so glad you're alright." A tear drop rolled down Atemu's cheek and dripped on Yuugi's.
"Don't cry my love, I'm ok now, You saved me."
"None of this would have happened if I wasn't greedy."
"Your not greedy."
"I am, the dead don't come back when ever they want, the living do not choose the time of their deaths. I don't belong alive, but I did it to be with you."
"Calm down Yami, I don't want you to stress yourself out over this."
"Oh Yuugi." Atemu hugged Yuugi tightly. "How can you be so forgiving after all I've done to you?"
"I Love you Yami." Yuugi didn't know what else to say. It was all he could think of.
Meanwhile the others waited outside the clinic. Needle went inside to tell Atemu and Yuugi it was time to go.
Outside when everyone was there.
"I don't support every decision my mother makes, infact I want you guys to stop her from
summoning Ammut, it's under the ground and thats where it stays, the whole city would be in a panic if they find out."Needle walked over to the river. "Are you there old freind?" He asked looking into the water.
"AHH THE MONSTER AGAIN!"Jou yelled out.
"Relax already, this one is mine." Said dr. Needle. "Hop on, he'll give us a lift." Needle got on the monsters neck. THe others climbed on it's back. The monster carried them up the stream and they were in the oasis in no time.
"This place is pretty." said Anzu. Atemu felt Yuugi tensensing into him trying to hold Atemu as close as possible. Yuugi remembered he didn't want to come back to this place.
"What's wrong Aibou?" Atemu rubbed the Yuugis back. They got near the palace. They jumped off Spike seadra's back and followed Needle back to the palace.
"Let's go, you have to stop her before she releases the monster." Needle lead them to the palace front doors. "Be ready for anything." Needle warned them. Just as he opened the door he was shot through the heart. The gunman was his own mother who showed no sighn of remourse.
