Oh yeah, the situation with Mokuba and Liz...techinally yes, he's her uncle now, but they're closer like siblings, so he considers her more of his sister than niece. That's why he called her his little sister.

FINAL CHAPTER! *audience cries NOOOOOO!* Guys, it's not the end of the story. There is a sequel coming and thanks to mofaf, we have a title for it, which you'll have to wait for and see. But yet, I have ideas still, guys.

Chapter 13: The Day We All Waited For

"Joey, stop pacing the floor! You're making me dizzy!"

"Hell, I'm nervous, ok?"

I had plenty of reasons to be that way and listening to Marik complain wasn't helping me any. Seto was in his ninth month and could deliver any day now. Ryou had him on full bed rest in another room and me, hell, I was making a new path in the carpet underneath my bare feet. You could see Liz's head moving along with me side to side and she blinked and shook it a bit. "Daddy!" she shouted and that was enough to jolt me out of my trance like state and sit down. Malik stroked her hair as she sat in his lap and looked at me. "It's not going to make the situation any worse, Joey," he said. "When Kaiba's ready, he'll let us know." "JOEY!" Kaiba cried and I ran upstairs faster than lightning.

"Are ya ok?" I asked panting. "Is it time?" Seto shook his head. "I'm hungry," he said. "What do ya want?" I asked. "Tuna ice cream with whipped cream and fish crackers," he whispered as his eyes closed. Oh yeah, did I mention he went on a big seafood kick recently? Anything from the sea, he wants it! We had to special order that ice cream anyway. I leaned over and kissed his forehead as I laid my hand on his now round belly and felt the twins inside and sighed. "Hang in dere, baby," I whispered and headed downstairs to get his food. Liz looked up a bit worried not to mention Mokuba. "He's hungry," I said to the kids and they nodded. They would be there to see the delivery and Liz was excited to see her brother and sister born. She would beam if you told her she would be a big sister, which she was proud of.

I finished the creation and walked upstairs to Seto and he began eating. I sat with him a little while and he looked at me. "Are you scared?" I asked. He stopped eating and looked at me with those sapphire blue eyes I loved so much. "Yes," he said finally. I stroked his brown hair and kissed his forehead. "Hang in dere, baby," I said. He nodded purring at my touch. I smiled then. Liz walked in the room then. "Well, look who wants to see ya," I chuckled. Seto smiled and held his hand out to Liz and she walked to him, her smaller hand fitting in his. "How are you, princess?" he asked. "Fine," she said smiling. "Those bullies ain't messed with me no more!" "I'm glad to hear that," he said and she sat on the bed beside him and put her hands on his belly. "You getting bigger, Papa," she said. "Well, the babies are growing," he explained. "Papa's gonna get bigger until they come out." She grinned and nodded. "I get to be there, right?" she asked. Of course, Seto looked in my direction. I sweatdropped.

"Baby, are you sure you wanna be dere?" I asked. "You're not gonna like it." She nodded. I knew Seto didn't want her to see what would go on and I sighed. "I'll make a deal with ya," I said. "While Papa's havin' de babies, you stay with Mokie. When dey come out, you can hold them with me, ok?" She beamed. "Really?!" she asked her whole face lighting up. Seto nodded. "Really," he said and she grinned. "YAY!" she said happily and ran downstairs to tell the others. Seto and I looked at each other and chuckled. "If she wasn't adopted, pup, I'd swear she has your genes," Seto said. "I'd say de same," I said. "Sometimes I hafta wonder if she is my biological daughter. If so...I don't remember makin' love to a girl." Seto looked at me. "That party you told me about before Liz was even born," he said. "You said you went in, but woke up the next morning naked in a bed." I nodded. "You don't dink..." I began. Seto sighed. "It's possible," he said. "Once I'm better after the babies come, we could do some DNA testing on the both of you. I'll pay for it." I nodded slowly. "I wasn't drunk...but what if I was drugged?" I asked. He raised a brow. "Possibility," he said. "But we'll deal with it once the twins come. Don't worry." He squeezed my hand and I smiled nodding.

That afternoon, Liz was sitting in Malik's lap as he watched TV. She was asleep resting back on his chest and he adjusted her weight so she could rest. I looked at him. "Want me to take her upstairs?" I asked. He nodded. "How's Kaiba?" he asked. "Last time I checked, he was asleep," I said and lifted Liz in my arms. "I guess he's gettin' his strength for de big day." He nodded. "Things should go smoothly," he said. "He'll be all right, Joey. Don't worry." I smiled nodding. "Let me git her highness upstairs," I said and he smiled nodding. I carried Liz upstairs to her room as Mokuba followed me. "Joey?" he asked. I tucked Liz in and looked at him. "What's up, sport?" I asked. He sighed heavily. "Remember the day when we found out that people were hurting her?" he asked. My stomach dropped and I nodded. "I got in a fight that day," he said. "They were picking on her and Seto and you and I lost it. I didn't want any of my family to be hurt." He had tears in his eyes and they slid down his cheeks. I knelt down and took him in my arms. "It's ok, Mokie," I whispered holding him close. He sniffled a bit. "Don't tell Seto, please?" he pleaded. I smiled. "Between us," I said and he nodded. "Why don't ya nap with Lizzy?" I asked lifting him in my arms. "Ok," he whispered and I put him beside her and tucked him in too. Liz snuggled against him and he put his arm around her and they were both out like lights. I looked at this a moment and smiled as I left the room to hear a whimpering sound. I blinked and looked in on Seto to find him wincing in pain.

Oh shit! Was it time?!

I ran downstairs and shook Ryou awake, who was lying on the couch asleep. "He's in pain!" I shouted and Ryou ran upstairs. He examined Seto and nodded before giving him a seditave and came back down. "False labor," he sighed and all of us relaxed. "He's nine months," I said. "Will he be doin' dat more?" Ryou nodded. "Or that could be a warning that he's getting close," he said. I sighed and sat down.


10:30 pm...

Snoring could be heard all over the house.

A noise no one could ignore.

Especially Liz...the only girl IN the house.

The young one knocked on the room I was staying in looking like she had two thousand nightmares. Yeah...she looked that sleep deprived. I woke up and held my arms out to her as she shut the door and curled up in my arms. "Daddy, why are they so loud?" she asked snuggling in my arms. "Well...sometimes dey're like dat, love," I said. "Dey can't help it." "Even you and Papa don't snore that loud," she said causing me to chuckle. "I know, baby," I said and held her close. We had just gone to sleep when....

"SOMEONE HELP ME!"

I jerked awake to hear Seto's voice and that caused the snoring to cease completely. Liz looked at me and blinked. "C'mon," I said lifting her in my arms and we rushed out of the room. Ryou was in there with Seto and nodded. "Joey, Liz shouldn't be in here for now," he said. Liz pouted. "But I wanna watch!" she protested. I didn't need her to throw a fit now. "Ry, let her stay," I said. Ryou nodded and I gripped Seto's hand. "Easy, ok?" I asked and he nodded kissing my hand.

"Love you, Puppy."

"Love ya too, Dragon."

Ryou looked at Bakura, who was ready. Ryou then gave the medicine and I felt Seto's hand go limp as he fell unconsious from it. I swallowed hard as I watched Ryou prepare for the surgery. Once I saw him cut into Seto...heh, it was night night for me! I fainted. Ryou looked down and shook his head. "Even he couldn't hang on," he said. Liz was back with Mokuba and Yugi. She looked down at me and shook her head. "Daddy's down for the count," she said when two other thumps hit the room and that was provided curtosy of the Ishtars. Mokuba chuckled. "Who'd expect them?!" he said chuckling. Ryou worked quickly and my son was born first crying his head off. Liz looked and smiled. My daughter was born next and also crying. Bakura stepped in and began the healing process.

And after that was done, he fainted...from exhaustion.

Ryou revived me a few minutes later and I groaned. "You have beautiful children," he said. I looked in the little bassinets to see them and smiled. "Seth Alexander and Kisara Rose," I whispered. Seto groaned from the bed and I smiled at him.

But if you think that's the end...NOPE!

Yami suddenly put a hand on his stomach. Bakura and Malik groaned doing the same and all three ran off fast. We watched and blinked before realization hit...

OH NO!!!!
