Summary: Serenity believes that Marik's death wasn't suicide and she knows that from a letter that was mailed to her...Everyone says it was suicide, but she doesn't believe it...There were 3 present when he died...Mokuba, Ryou and Malik...Ryou and Malik know what happened, but Mokuba doesn't...What happens when she proceeds Mokuba to tell her the truth when he doesn't even know it...
Author's Note: IceAngel has helped me out with this, she came up with some possible killings...I do like Serenity, but I can take her in small doses, but hey, she's better than Tea...And I think IceAngel will agree with me on that one...How sad, The GoodBye Series is almost done, there's no more people I want to kill...
Seto laid on his back now breathless and Jaycee did as well. Apparently he was in the mood for sex. He then rolled over placing his lips gently against hers and his blue eyes looked to her neck as he saw the mark that he made.
"We better get dressed and tell Ryou and Kaiya that Serenity some how knows..." Jaycee sat up reaching for her clothes that Seto ripped off her body.
"Do you want Alister?" he asked.
"I'm done with him...Because of what Mai did I changed...Why would I go to Alister when I got everything I need here? I got you and there's Mokuba..." Jaycee faced him now. Her lips were close to his and she kissed him.
"I have no one to talk too...I have to go to the police...Kaiba is very powerful...I wonder if he got them?" Serenity didn't know what to do. She was truly alone...No Joey...No Tea....No Marik...She might as well face it and go to the others...Maybe Mokuba...He would have to know something. "Kaiya...I can go to her..." Serenity grabbed the phone and dialed a number.
"Hello..." came the voice on the other end.
"Kaiya, it's Serneity...I need to talk to you.." she said.
"Sure...Meet me at the park in 20 minutes." Kaiya hung up.
Serenitry hung up the phone as well and got Baby Joey ready...
"She wants to talk...If Marik somehow told her, she doesn't know of me..." Kaiya placed her cell phone in a pocket. "I will learn what I can from her." Kaiya disappeared.
"There's nothing more we can do..." Jaycee looked at Ryou and then to Seto. "Whatever Serenity knows Kaiya will get it from her..."
"I better get home...Malik is probably wondering where I am." Ryou hugged Jaycee and kissed her cheek. "Bye..."
"Bye Ryou..." she waved. "Thank you..."
"What?" Seto wasn't sure if she was talking to him.
Jaycee faced Seto now. "Thank you, Seto..." tears filled her eyes. "My life would be nothing if Ryou was in prison for murder. He's young."
Seto hugged her tightly. "I know what he means to you. It's just like how much Mokuba means to me."
"Kaiya, you're here." Serenity smiled. "Come in."
"You sounded like you need help..What can I do for you?" she looked around.
"Read this..." she handed her a piece of paper. "It's from Marik...I don't think his death was suicide, Kaiya...I think someone killed him and from that letter, I think Ryou did it..."
Kaiya looked at the note. 'Seto was right...Marik got to her and with a letter...Funny, Marik didn't mention me...Unless he caught one of Jaycee's and Seto's conversations...' "Serenity, whatever you do, do not go to the police with this info. You know Seto will get Jaycee and Ryou the best lawyer in town."
"I must tell them who killed Bakura and his sister...." Serenity picked up the phone, but her wrist was grabbed.
"Do not call the police, Serenity." Kaiya's voice changed. She wasn't playing around.
"Kaiya your hurting me..." she dropped the phone.
"Trust me, Serenity...Don't do it..." her stare was hard.
"Okay..." Serenity said.
"Thank you..." Kaiya left.
"Kaiya, what did you learn.." Seto faced her wanting to know the answer.
"Marik sent her a letter before his death...She knows of Jaycee and Ryou killing, but not me...I told her not to call the police, but I doubt she'll listen...I called Ryou to meet me here...I know he'll want to help me take care of this matter."
"Kaiya becareful..." Jaycee told her.
"I will....I'll have Ryou...." she left the room they were in.
There they stood together in the living room....The house she once shared with her brother Joey till his untimely death and both knew that this young girl knew too much of what has happened with the 2 current deaths. Something had to be done or else Jaycee would be going to jail and so would Ryou.
One had something behind them and the other was looking for an object to attack with. She had left the living room to attend to her baby since he was crying and that gave them time to to decide on how to do this.
"Ready?" one asked.
"Yeah...Anything to protect my cousin." the other replied.
"Sorry about that Ryou and Kaiya..." Serenity came back. "Ryou, I know of what you did....You must turn yourself in along with Jaycee."
"We won't do that..." he calmly replied.
"Kaiya, talk to him..." she protested.
"I would, but Ryou is his own person...So, is Jaycee...Serenity have you always wondered what mine and Jaycee's last name is?" Kaiya songfully said.
"Yes, but that has nothing to do with this?" she stared at her.
"Oh it has a lot to do with this....You see..." Kaiya placed a hand on Ryou's shoulder. "Mine and Jaycee's last name is Bakura..." she was cut off by Serenity.
"The 2 of you are his sisters?" she asked.
"No, we're cousins....And I am afraid you are out of time, Serenity." Kaiya brought out a bat from her back and she saw Ryou grab a lamp.
"You don't want to do this..." Serenity begged.
Kaiya hit Serenity in the legs and watched her fall down. Ryou stood over her holding the lamp and it went down on her arm. "You didn't listen Serenity...And since you are about to die, we might as well tell ya the truth...Bakura killed Tea...Duke was killed by some girl that is true...Ryou killed Bakura now that is true..." she was cut off.
"What about Tristan???" she asked.
"I heard that was Atemu...Yugi trusted us with that and we weren't going to tell anyone...Then sadly Yugi killed Atemu and himself..." she hit Serenity in the legs again with the bat and Ryou joined in as well... "Oh Jaycee and I both killed Ishizu...She was going to turn Ryou in."
"And who killed Joey?" Serenity wanted to know the truth of her brother.
"Seto..." Ryou and Kaiya both said in unison.
"I killed Marik....He knew too much..." Ryou plunged the lamp on to her chest...
Serenity rubbed her chest and watched as Ryou fished something out of his pocket. It was a piece of paper and she saw him unfold it. 'What does he have.' she thought.
"Sign this." he shoved the paper in front of her, with a pen. "Sign it..."
With a trembling hand, she took the paper and pen from him. Serenity signed her name and handed it back to Ryou. "What was that you made me sign?"
"I guess you should've read it then, uh?" Kaiya said. "Now since you know everything, Serenity...Time for you to go." Kaiya lifted the bat up.
"Wait...I have a baby..." Serenity pleaded.
"Ryou get the baby and whatever else you can find for him." Kaiya ordered.
"Okay." he put down the lamp and ran to the room.
"Don't worry, Serenity...The new parents of baby Joey will care for him." she said.
"What??? New parents???" she asked. "Who?"
"Jaycee and Seto of course...They've talked about having a baby together..." Kaiya told her.
"I got the baby and a bag..." Ryou came rushing out with the baby.
Kaiya broke the lamp into little pieces with the bat. "Ryou take the baby out...I rather have you outside than in here with him."
He knew not to argue with his cousin, because he would never win. So, he stepped outside holding the baby. Kaiya went back to Serenity. "TIme for you to go Serenity..." Kaiya bent down. "Wanna know what you signed?" she pout her mouth at Serenity's ear and whispered.
Her eyes went wide and then she saw the bat come right at her head. Before Serenity knew it, her world had gone black.
Kaiya looked at the lamp. It was in such small pieces nobody could put it back together, but she decided to ckean them up just incase and headed out the door with the bat over her shoulder.
