Chapter 11 Changes Part III
A/N: This chapter continues to explain about what happen to make Seto, Yami, Bakura and Marik the way they are. I hope this one wnd the next fills in the gaps and starts coming together. I had some interesting reviews this time around. So I will be sddressing them and hope to explain where I'm going with this story. Has anyone figured out who our silvered haired Vampire is yet. *snickers*
Millie Ishtar Motou-I'm glad you are enjoying my story as much as I am enjoying your reviews.
cirquegirl999-I'm not evil i'm just crazy *MuHAHAHA* but to kill off the families is to cut all ties with their past.
Shinigami24-Vampire hunters would have a hard time finding them since they live in the shadows. The bodies what is left of them is fed to the wild dogs that are kept in a hugh pit. They literally leave nothing to be identified. The hunte Vampires are under strick orders to only take those they need to feed on. As for the familes it is going to be easier for the boys to accept what they have become without those ties. Yes they will be missed but you can't find something that isn't even there.
Jeda-Your right all of these charaters can get very annoying. I like it when they suffer. *snickers*

Chapter 11 Changes Part III
Bakura and Marik’s Story
Bakura watched as his new mate under went the change. He knew by the time the night was over everything Ryou knew of his previous life would be gone. The night awaited him, letting him know that this was the way he would live throughout eternity. Hunting and feeding and feeling much more alive than he had felt before.
He smirked at this thought remembering how he and Marik fell under that same spell thanks to Seto and the once almighty Pharaoh. At first he had been angry about the situation but when he realized just how much power he had he was thrilled beyond belief. Sex also played a big part as well. When not screwing their victims before taking them; they where screwing each other just sating themselves for the need to release and feel the connection to each other.
FLASHBACK
Seto and the Pharaoh was feeding, unbeknownst to them I was watching them. I found the whole situation very interesting. I needed to follow them and find out just exactly what was going on. The High Priest and Pharaoh killing like they where; and enjoying it. All I could do was smirk at this. They think I enjoyed killing but this was something on an entirely different scale, to find out why I needed to follow them.
Seto and Yami left the small oasis not realizing they where being watched. Their instincts would have normally picked up the scent of someone being there but the feeding and the fear that permeated off of their victims shut everything out.
Bakura approached the oasis and what he found there turned his stomach. He turned and threw up everything he had to eat or drink that day. The men’s throats where ripped opened and what little blood was there was all over the place. No one was left alive. The last time he saw this was about a month ago in a small town just east of here; no one had been left alive. Men, women and children had fallen victim to something that wasn’t natural.
The rumors said Vampires destroyed the town and that the High Priest had ordered it burnt to the ground. That’s when it hit him. Their Vampires, their fucking Vampires. He couldn’t help but laugh. He left the oasis and decided to return to his hideout and figure this thing out. He knew he had to be careful or he too would die like those men did.
“Marik I’m back and you’re not going to believe this.”
Marik looked up when Bakura entered the hideout “What won’t I believe?” He asked.
“The High Priest and Pharaoh are Vampires. Can you believe that?” When Bakura said this Marik went silent, all he could think of was how he had watched his whole family being wiped out by a silvered hair Vampire. Marik was never the same after that.
Bakura had found him roaming in the middle of the desert not in his right frame of mine. He never did find out what had caused Marik to go mad. “Vampires, NO!” Marik screamed and ran out into the night. Bakura caught up with him coming face to face with the High Priest and the Pharaoh. “Oh shit.”
The High Priest just smiled at them. “Well Pharaoh, look at what we have found; a tomb robber and a tomb keeper.” Seto stated in a very cold voice.
“Yes I can see that.” The Pharaoh grabbed Bakura and Seto grabbed Marik. “They are going to put us up for the day and to make sure of this we should mark them to keep them from hurting us and then we will see about tonight and what we should do with them.”
Marik and Bakura felt the teeth puncture the vein in their neck’s and felt not only their blood being drained but something else; a connection to the minds of the Priest and Pharaoh. When they where released Seto looked at them “Where is your hideout?” He asked Bakura. The pain Bakura was feeling was excruciating, he looked over at Marik and knew he was feeling the same pain. Marik lunged at Seto who grabbed him and threw him aside like he was some pesky rodent who had gotten in his way “The next time I will kill you.” Seto snarled with a look that could have destroyed an Army.
“Marik calm down.” Bakura said. “I want to as well but for the time being we don’t have much of a choice in the matter.”
Bakura sighed reluctantly “This way.” As Bakura led them to his hideout he cursed to himself how he could have been caught off guard so easily. As they entered the cave they proceeded down a long tunnel that was lit by torches to show the way. They came upon what looked like a dead end; it was a wall that was of solid rock. Bakura reached up and pressed on a series of rocks, when he did this the wall opened up into a large cavern that was set up to look like home. There was a table sitting in the middle of the floor with piles of gold and jewels scattered on it. In the far corner sat two beds big enough to hold at least two to four people each. Various jugs and chests where lined up along the walls. These held not only oils but food as well. On one wall near the table and chairs was a small waterfall being fed down from the upper part of the cave into a small pool of water.
As Seto and the Pharaoh looked around Seto stated “Nice, no wonder we could never find you.” Bakura smirked at this statement. “We need to rest, don’t think of trying anything.” Seto stated. Seto and the Pharaoh moved to one of the beds and laid down. All Bakura and Marik could do was to watch. They both knew that come nightfall their fate would be sealed and it didn’t sit well with either one of them. Marik looked at Bakura “We can always leave.” Bakura smirked at him “All they would do is hunt us down. Once a Vampire gets your scent you can’t get away no matter how hard you try and you heard the Priest we’ve been marked so there is nothing we can do but to wait. Let’s try and get some sleep.”
