{Seto’s Pov}
“AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!” I scream and snap into a sitting position finding myself in my bed. I look around trying to see if my pup was.
I could see him.
Was I not dreaming?
Is he really died?
I don’t even want to think about it! I hear I knock on my door.
"I want to be left alone." I say to whoever is at the door. I then see the doorknob turn to open the door for the visitor. The door only opens slightly so I can't see the visitor.
"Kaiba, everybody 's worrying about you. We haven't seen you since like 2 weeks ago." I hear familiar voice says to me. Then the door opens fully to show Duke at the door.
"I've just been wanting to be left alone, Duke." I say to my friend but he just shakes his head. Wait this seems familiar. Oh god. This happened in my dream!
"Everyone's been worried though. We haven't seen hair or toe of you, Joey, or Serenity. Tristan has been heart broken over Serenity. And Yugi, Ryou, and Malik are really getting worried. And to my surprise even Bakura and Marik are a little concerned," Duke sighs. No this is how it all started. No. Now Joey is going to…
I then see my puppy, Joey, walk inside and bark a little. Duke looks down at him and smiles. Duke then picks my puppy up in his arms.
"Hello there, Desert." He says to Joey. Desert? I thought it was Precious? I don’t want this to happen. Please someone stop this.
"Um, Desert?" I question. Duke looks at me and smiles. It almost looks like a smirk though. Like Yami had in my dream! Stop this please! Don’t do this.
"Yeah. This little guy has come to the kitchen so much that Yugi, Ryou, and Malik have named him." Duke stats to me. No stop this please Duke just change my dream. Change it.
"I guess that's a nice name for him." I say to Duke. Duke nods while he puts Joey down. Joey runs to my bed and tries to jump up on it but he 's just to small. I go to the corner of my bed and pick him up. I gently lay him on my bed and look back up to Duke. I don’t want to but I have to seem normal. But this is going to lead to Joey’s death. I won’t let it happen.
"Kaiba, why haven't you or Joey visit us?" Duke asks me. Joey has seemed to be visiting you a lot but you guys just probably didn't know. No I don’t want this!!
"I've been busy." I lie. Duke nods but instead of leaving my room he walks up to me. He leans down to come face to face with me.
“I’ve missed you, Seto. Come visit us please.” He says in a seductive tone. I open my eyes up in shock when come and leans into my ear whispering.
“I like you, Seto.”
Then he gets up smirks at the look of my face and leaves. I sit there shocked beyond belief. Duke likes me? How? I’ve always told them I was in love with Joey. Heck I even showed him my engagement ring for Joey.
“This is great, Seto!” I look up to see The Dark Magician with a happy look on his face.
“What is?” I ask confused about what is so great. Magician looks down and smiles.
“Well, Duke likes you!” He says acting supremely happy.
“So?” I ask confused still about what so great about Duke liking me.
“I came to end your pain by making you forget about Duke but then I just got the best idea.” My eyes open wide in shock and I suddenly grab my pup and hold him close. Not wanting to forget about him like in my dream.
“What’s your idea?”
“Instead of me making you forget. How about Duke making you forget.” He says to me. I’m confused now. How will Duke make me forget?
“How?”
“Love Duke. Become his lover. And move on.” I can’t believe what he is saying. I won’t ever agree to that. I’m so angry I burst.
“No! I won’t! Cause I don’t love, Duke!! I love, Joey!” I look down into my arms and realize I am holding Joey. I look into his eyes and realize there the same. The same eyes I’ve always looked at. Then I make another realization I have Joey. I never lost Joey. I’ve been having him with me this whole time and I don’t need anyone else.
“I’m going to stay loyal to Joey! I won’t ever find another lover! Cause…No matter what Joey is…He is still Joey…The same eyes…The same Joey I’ve always loved. And the same goes with Serenity! She is always going to be that sweet girl no matter what form. And I love them both no matter what!!” I yell at Magician. At first I see a look of shock in his face for my outburst then I see a smile.
“Very well,” Then he disappears. What was with the smile? I then feel another purple haze encircle me. He is not erasing me memory! He…The purple haze disappears and I still remember.
What’s different? I feel something in my arms. I look down to see dirty blonde hair. I hold my breath. Then the figure moves its head up to smile at me.
o…” o…” My puppy says. It’s really him. The same soft brown eyes and gorgeous dirty blonde hair. I see tears form in Joey’s eyes.
“Seto, I’m back.” He says tears streaming down his face. I slowly bring my hand to his cheek seeing if this was really real. He moves closer to my touch putting his hand over mine still letting his tears flow down his cheeks.
“Is it really…?” I can’t even muster the words to speak. Joey looks straight at me. Then he jumps and hugs me around the neck crying onto my shoulder.
“Seto, I love you so much. Please know that. I love you!” Joey says crying even more onto my shoulder.
“I love you, too, Pup.” I say to him meaning it. God that was the riddle. I had to love Joey even if he was a puppy. Joey loosens he grip on me to look me in the eyes.
God have I missed looking into my puppy’s face. He leans down and presses his lips gently against mine. Making it feel like it was our first kiss ever. He wraps his arms around my neck while I wrap mine around his waist (Which I may add is naked! Dogs don’t wear clothes so when they turn human watch out!) holding him close still kissing his sweet lips…

Yuji: We did it!! Joey is back in the house. And for you people how are wondering so is Serenity.
Yumi: Finally! I hated all the crying.
Yuji: How can you not expect crying when you killed them!!
Yumi: It was a dream! I had to do something to make it come out worse.
