I would also like to reminded some of you that I am sorry for the spelling mistakes and they well be fix as soon as a friend of mine can do so. That well take a bit of time as seeing they can't do so for right now. If anyone would like to be my bate is the only other way. Other wise wait for the fix, don't read, or just say whatever like most people do about it.

Chapter Ten: Ryou and the Poison

This was not anything new when it came to Yuugi, for he was known for tripping at school. What was the unconformable part was that Yami had ended up on top of him and kissing him right on the mouth. Now this was the first time that Yuugi had not only been kissed by Yami but the first kiss he had ever had in his life.

At first both made no move then Yami before he knew what he was doing started to deepen the kiss ever so much. And poor Yuugi was, still a little shocked, all at once came out of it and before he knew what he was really doing started to kiss Yami back. ‘This feels really nice.’ was the only thought that was going on in both of their minds. When the need to have air became to storage they both pulled apart but really didn’t move away from the other. They just kindly looked the other in the eye before saying anything.

“Ah..um…Ya-Yami I um like you and aahh not just as friend but I like no I love you. I think that I have lov-” at the moment Yami had stop Yuugi by kissing him again. But this time he pulled back before just as it was getting good.

“I know little light. Oh, and by the way did you know that I love you too?” Yami joking but telling the truth at the same time that right after that nothing eals was needed to be said.

Across the ground in a dark room a hooded man stood angularly looking into a glass ball. “This could not be happening. Why, why did that guy end up kissing my lovely little one. Well no matter, Yuugi and this world will soon be mine. So, you watch your self Yami because by the time I am done with you Yuugi is going to come to me willingly. Oh, yes little Yuugi you well be all mine and you will love and give me all of your power too.” with that the whole room went dark.

The only thing that could be seen is a door opening and closing as the hooded man walked out. There was a plan on his mind and things where going to start to get hard before anyone would know what happen. And the life of six people would be turned up side down for the rest of their lives.

Back in the dorm rooms Yuugi and Yami where just sitting down to dinner. It was notice that they were sitting closer then if they were friends and that Yami was not even trying to keep his hands off of poor little Yuugi. And Yuugi looked like a very red strawberry from it all. And when they went to take a bath Yuugi again could be seen with Yami right next to him the whole time. In fact when in the bath Yami wouldn’t let poor Yuugi sit anywhere but his lap.

Well sitting in the bath Yami would kiss Yuugi anywhere he could get too. All the time saying things like “mine”, “pretty”, “lovely”, or what seem be his favorite “cute look”. Of course that last one was said because of the fact that Yuugi was looking like a strawberry again and to Yami that made him look more cute then he already did. All Yuugi could really do was let Yami do all this.

For Yuugi bedtime and lights out was something he was grateful and scared of at the moment. Grateful because it would mean that no one would be looking at him and Yami all the time, but scary because he didn’t know what Yami would do to him once the light where out for the night. It was hard on poor Yuugi just to get Yami to turn around when he got into his PJs in the bathroom. But now Yami may not even let him go sleep in his own bed by him self. All in all it was almost more the Yuugi could take in one days time.

“…….so there is nothing to think about. Right Yuugi? Yuugi?” at this Yuugi realized that he had not heard the first part of what Yami had said.

“Hun? What did you say Yami? Sorry I didn’t hear it.” with that Yuugi made sure to hear what Yami had said well he was deep in worry.

“I said that you don’t have to worry about the sleeping thing. I will sleep in my own bed but I am going to move it closer to yours tomorrow so there is nothing to think about. Right?” Yami was a little mad that Yuugi had not been listing to him when he had said this the first time. But then again it was Yuugi and he knew that he could not stay mad at him mate for long. No matter what it was over.

“Yami that may not work so easily. As seeing that if your bed was closer to mine then we mine..as well…. be..sleeping in…. the same…Hold it right there mister. You are not moving your bed closer to mine.” at this Yuugi looked really mad at Yami for what he thought Yami was thinking.

“Little light you need to get the head out of where ever it went to because that it not what I was getting at. The beds will still have some space between them it is just that I don’t want to sleep on the other side of the room and away for you. I would like to be able to see you when you sleep or just be closer when we wake up in the morning. Is that so wrong?” Yami was in fit and trying to just stay standing up because of it.

Everyone in the hall, which had very few but non the less there was a good size, turned to look at both Yami and Yuugi just to see what was so funning. To this Yuugi just grape Yami and pulled him the rest of the way back to their room.

“Okay, let me make this clear to you Yami. You maybe my mate but that doesn’t mean that we are going to have our beds any closer then what they are now. Your bed is going to stay right were it is in this room. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Right?” poor Yami was looking in to the eyes of a very mad Yuugi. Yami, like everyone at that school, knew that there where very few times when Yuugi would look so mad at anything.

“Right, my little light, the bed stays where it is till you say other wise.” Yami just put his head down and looked away from Yuugi to where the beds where in the bedroom.

“Good, now on to having a little fun. First things first, what do you want to do? Play a game or which TV?” the happy look was back on Yuugi’s faces again.

“How about, we which TV for now. I mean there isn’t a game we can really play because we are both great at playing games and we both know that neither of us would really win in the end.” Yami just went back to acting like nothing had happen. That was to say he acted like Yuugi hadn’t just been mad at him a moment ago.

“Okay that does sound fun and you are right. Neither of us would win if we played a game.” Yuugi just happily went to his bed and turned on the TV, Yami doing the same.

They had only been witching the TV for 10 minuets when the heard yelling coming from the hall way. They just looked at each other and then got up to go see what was wrong. Once they opened the door more yelling meat them but this time they could see who was doing all that yell. It was Bakura in the door way of another room that was in the middle of the hall way next to the bathroom.

Bakura looked really mad and sounded like he was about to kill someone and soon. Thought out the yelling you could hear him say “Will someone get a fucking telephone and call one of the staff to get up here right now. Ryou has been poisoned and needs help right now!!!!” in his rage he almost didn’t see Yuugi and Yami coming down the hall to him.

Yami was the first to ask but everyone wanted to know what happened. “What in the hell is going on Bakura? What is wrong with Ryou? And for all hell well you clam down a little?” Now it was Yami’s turn to be mad at Bakura. The thing was Yami wasn’t about to kill someone in his anger.

“Ryou is in there poisoned and fighting for his life and all you can say is “what the hell is going on?” I will tell you what is going on, Ryou was doing just fine today before dinner. Then after dinner he looked a little sick. So, I told him to lay down for the time being and he did. Then when I got back from the bathroom he wouldn’t wake up. But he keep moving around and crying out in pain. He has to be poisoned and I will fined and kill the bester that did this to my mate.” Bakura wouldn’t stop yelling but a least they got an answers to what everyone wanted to know. Even if it was yelled.

“Okay, okay we all get it. Look yelling at everyone won’t get Ryou help any sooner. So places for Ryou clam down and start being by his side to help him make it thought this.” Yuugi could tell without having to look that Yami was about to start yelling him self. So, doing the first thing that came to mined he walked up beside Yami and gave him a hug . This help Yami to start cooling down but it didn‘t stop the feelings that something bad was just started to happen.

Then in a mouse like voice he asked. “Will R-Ryou b-b-be al-r-r-right? I ho-pe that-that it isn’t to-to b-bad. I don’t…I don’t” Yuugi couldn’t keep talking at this point because he was starting to cry from the thought that something bad may have happing to one of his best friends, Ryou.

“Shhh…shhh, its alright little one he will be alright. Nothing bad is going to happen to Ryou. But the only way he can make it is if we all are storage for him and help each other get though this whole thing. Shhh, its alright.” Yami just kept trying his best to clam down his little Yuugi. But Yuugi would not be clamed down easily with one of his best friends being poisoned just after what had happen early that same day.

It was really to much for him to take in all at once and still hold it together, and no one would say other wise to him. More so because they knew with Bakura around they would be running for their life right about now. But also because many of them knew the friendship Yuugi, Ryou, and Mailk had and how if one bad thing happen then they all feelt bad about it. It was worst now because it happen to the one that no one wanted to really hurt. Or at lest many thought no one would want to hurt.

On the far end of the hallway stood a person that seem to be happy about what was going on right at that very moment. But before anyone could see them the slip down and out of the hallway to move to another part of the dorm rooms. If someone would have seen them then they would have know what that person had done. Sad to say no one did see them.

‘Now the really fun beings and soon I well have the other light out of the way as well. Then I can move into taking Yuugi away from Yami for good.’ with this that person moved into a dark room.

Back to the Bakura’s and Ryou dorm room the hall was a light with talk about who could have done such a thing to one of the schools lights and why they would do it. Some thinking that it could have been done because Ryou was taken by Bakura other thinking it was meant for Bakura but Ryou ended up poison somehow. But just as Bakura was really going to do something the school healer came running down the hall way stopping in front of Bakura.

“What happen?” was all she asked as she moved into the room and over to the bed that Ryou was laying on. As Bakura told her what happen she looked at Ryou trying to fined out what the poison could be and how to help the poor boy out.

“Bakura thank you for telling me this. This tells me that the poison in him is slow but that doesn’t help me fined out what it is. There are a lot of slow poisons that can do this to a person. I well have to look at him more closely but to do so I have to ask you to leave the room for now.” with that the healer went back to looking at Ryou and fining out what poison was used. Bakura without another word lifted the room but stayed right out side the door way.

Once out he looked around to fined that Mailk and Marik had just come down from there room. And from what it looked like they had been told what had happen and what was going on right now.

Before any one said anything more or asked anything Bukura beat them to it. “ The school healer said that it is a slow poison and that it well take some time to find out what poison was used on Ryou. Tell then no one is to go into this room but those that she says can or tell she can say what poison it is.” with that Bakura looked down and seem like he was going to cry.

“So it is true then? I mean that Ryou has been poison and is fighting for his life right now?” Marik was the one to ask this but he did it knowing that Mailk wanted to know.

Bakura just nodded to what was asked before looking down. “Its not fair to him. We just got together and not he has to go though more pain and for what? I what to know why this happen to him. I should be the one in there poisoned not him. He has never done nothing wrong. I should know that if no one eals dose. He-he-he could d-d-die i-if they don’t fi-find out what is wrong with h-h-him.” with this Bakura could no longer talk. For the first time anyone could remember Bakura was crying.

Bakura stayed out side the door way all night long. He didn’t move and didn’t sleep that night. Yuugi and Yami had gone back to their room and that night for the first time Yuugi didn’t say anything and just got into the say bed as Yami. The same went for Mailk and Marik in their room. That night a lot of people either fell a sleep crying or didn’t sleep at all.

It was the first time anyone could remember something so bad happen at the school. The next day classes were felled with sad faces and not or little talking. Bakura would go though his classes and work but never said a word. And after school was out many could see Bakura sitting out side the bedroom door working on homework or crying. This was the sadist day in all of school history for many knew that nothing like this had ever happen before.

Well at the same time back at the school in a room people in whit came to talk. The oldest one in the middle of the room in the only sit. Once every one was in the figure spoke looking at all that came. “So Ryou was poison? This is not something we for saw coming to one of the lights. However, we must keep to the plan. But it would be best to say that the other two need to be watched closely at all times. And once Ryou is better the same well go from him as well.”

“Sir, if I may” a smallish women asked. And with a nod from the figure sitting the women went on “I well report the Yami and Yuugi have start on the road to becoming one. But if Ryou doesn’t get better soon that may not matter much. We all know that Ryou is just as needed at Yuugi and Mailk are in this whole thing.” with that she looked on to see what the figure had to say.
“You are right of course but Ryou is doing the best he can and so it the healer looking out after him. But I know that you would not have said that if you didn’t have some idea what had poison him.” the figure stop right there a looked over to the women that had spoken just moments ago.

“You are right I do have a idea but if I was right then it would be how can it have happened more then why it happened. Sir I think that Ryou was poison with powder demon teeth.” with that said again the women looked over at the figure to see what he would say.

“You may be right about that and if you are then Ryou well need to be given healer blood to undo it. But how could anyone get powder demon teeth? This well have to be looked into. Thank you for saying this it well save us some time on helping Ryou.” with that the figure got up and nodded to everyone the looked at the door.

With that everyone in the room life with the hope that it wouldn’t be to late to help Ryou and that things wouldn’t get worst but some how knowing they would before thing could get fixed and this whole thing could be put to a stop.

A while later Yami and Yuugi’s door was given a knock on by the someone. They looked at each other before Yami got up to go open and see how it was. They had been working on their homework when the knock had come.

Yami opened the door to show a smiling Bakura. “About time, man it doesn’t take that long to get the door. But come on she did it she did it.” with that Bakura was running down the hall way and back to his room. All the time happily saying she did it.

With one looked over back at Yuugi before saying “Well its about time.” With that Yami and Yuugi all but ran to Ryou’s and Bakura’s room. A smile one both of there faces.

Walking into the room they saw a happy Bakura, a sleeply Mailk with a smiling Marik, then a happy healer, and finally a just woken up Ryou sitting up in bed smiling and looking round the room at everyone. At that same time when Ryou’s eyes fell on Bakura the smile got bigger and Bakura moved to sit on the bed next to Ryou’s feet.

“Well” being the schools healer “He was poison with powder demon teeth but he well be fine now. It was a good thing it was found out before it was to late. Now Ryou you need to rest for a few days and Bakura you need to make sure he does too. Other then that my work here is done for now. Behave and don’t do anything wrong for right now. Ryou I will make sure that every one knows that you are alright now and take care of other things for you. Bakura I well do the same for you but only because I need you to stay with him for the next few days. Well bye for now and hope to see in better times.” With that the healer women lifted the room and went back to the ward area.

“I well take care of him.” Bakura called out as the women went. Then turned around and looked at his light before saying “I am so happy to have you save and sound again. Don’t ever do that again. You don’t know how upset you had everyone. How upset you made me. Never do that again never never never do it again” as Bakura had been talking he had also been moving to hug Ryou close to him. Holding on to Ryou and not wanting to let go. Fear was the reason and everyone knew it.

Ryou looking up and round at everyone before softy being to talk “I well never do that again Bakura. I well never leave you a lone like that again.” then turning more he looked at everyone before saying to them “Well you leave for right now. Me and Bakura need some time alone to our selfs. I am happy to be back and I am sorry for making you upset and worried over me. Thank you.”

Yuugi, Yami, Mailk, and Mairk just lifted without another word. Each thinking about the same thing. ‘I am happy Ryou is all right.’
