Chapter 10 Changes Part II
A/N: I am continuing Seto's and Yami's story in this part while they wait for Jou and Yugi to change. I hope this chapter explains a lot more about our Vampires and what makes them the way they are. A few thank-yous.

Chapter 10 Changes Part II
Seto and Yami’s Story (Continued)
Seto came out of his memories when he heard a blood curling scream and realized it was his potential mate and partner. “Its alright I know it hurts and you are hungry.” Seto looked up and spotted Honda and Otogi finishing up with Bakura “Honda, Otogi come here” he ordered. As they came over Seto looked at them and at the nearest cell “Those four bring them here.” They went over to the cell and dragged a man that looked a lot like Jou, a woman and two young females. One of them was blonde and the other younger than Jou with dark strawberry blonde hair almost brown in color.
One of them was fighting and yelling at the two men who had a firm grip on them “Let me go. Do you hear me? I said let me go.” Growled the man, Seto looked at him and smirked “Him first.” Honda threw the man at Seto who caught him in a firm grasp and turned to Jou. “You will feed in a minute I need to show you how so you don’t waste any blood. Okay?”
As Seto held him tight the women looked at Jou and realized what he was about to do. “Jou it’s me Shizuka please snap out of it. Don’t do this.”
Seto looked at her and laughed “He can’t hear you anymore he belongs to me now. All ties to his old life will be cut and broken starting with you people.” He smirked.
Seto watched as Jou sank his fangs into the man that was his father and take his life. It still wasn’t enough; before Seto could stop him he lunged at the older woman and did the same to her. “Jou are you still hungry?” Seto asked him as he dropped the body on the floor.
“Yes, I am and it still hurts make it go away.” Seto pulled Jou into his arms and kissed him then looked at the girls “Choose. Who will be next?”
Jou looked at the girls and reached for his sister biting into her neck taking her blood and life. After this he laughed and kissed the one who made him and whispered something in his ear. Seto laughed at the idea. Jou looked at her in a way that scared her “Jou it’s me Mai don’t you remember me?” She pleaded knowing her life was coming to an end. Seto walked up in back of her and Jou in front of her. Together they plunged into her front and rear at the same time biting down on her neck causing her to scream. As her life was taken they dropped her to the floor and kissed each other.
“Are you still hungry and in pain?” Seto asked him. Jou smiled and shook his head no. They left the room to clean up and retire to Seto’s room where he could finish claiming him.
While Seto and Jou where doing all of this Yami was watching them and knew that soon Yugi would be his as well. He thought back to when Seto had first changed him. He had been very angry with him.
FLASHBACK
“Why Seto, why did you do this to me? It was you not the slave who killed your family?” As Seto told his story the Pharaoh looked at him and couldn’t believe what he was hearing. He was curious about something though. “Why me, why did you attack me, will I go through the same thing or will I die as well?” The Pharaoh was mad and wanted answers.
“No you will not die. Well you will be dead but you will still be breathing at the same time. Don’t ask me to explain it to you I still have a hard enough time accepting what I have become. To answer your next question I didn’t want to survive in this existence by myself. I want to have someone I can talk to, to be with. I know that doesn’t make much sense to you. Instead of trying to survive I should be trying to destroy myself instead, but the drive to survive is much stronger than to die.”
As the Pharaoh listened to him the thoughts that were running through his head was that Seto was being selfish, condemning someone who he says he cares for to the same existence that was forced upon him.
END FLASHBACK
I went through a lot of pain that night, but over the years we have managed to prefect it to the point where it doesn’t last that long. He thought about his first feeding about feeling repulsed and exited at the same time.
FLASHBACK
“We have to leave the palace. If we feed here all it will do is trigger suspicion and the last thing we need is for someone to find out what is going on.” The Pharaoh looked at his High Priest and agreed. “Yes that would be best. Why am I in so much pain though?” Seto looked at him and told him “You’re hungry and the feeding will help the pain go away.” Seto and the Pharaoh left the palace and sought out the first of many victims that the Pharaoh needed to complete the change.
We came upon a caravan at a nearby oasis that had just left the city, Seto knew these people would be perfect and wouldn’t be missed for awhile. Figuring they had fallen victim to desert bandits like Bakura and his men. I didn’t feel right but the smell of their blood was too much; I had to taste it.
END FLASHBACK
I can still remember my first feeding I relished the taste of the fear that came off of them. It was overpowering. To know I could control life and death in this way was exhilarating. Granted as Pharaoh I could do the same thing but not like this. My life and Seto’s changed after that. We didn’t return to the palace but found a safe haven from the sun and came out at night looking for our next meal. Towns weren’t safe from us. We didn’t destroy them like the one that had changed Seto. We looked for him but never found him. If we had we would destroy him for destroying our lives as well as countless others. I don’t regret doing it though; it has kept me alive.
Yami was brought out of his thoughts by his soon to be mate and eternal partner. “Quiet it will be all right.” He whispered to Yugi. “Honda, Otogi bring him that old man and young girl.”
“What have you done to him?” The young brunette screamed.
Yami looked at her and smirked “I made him mine. I turned him into what I am.”
The young girl started to fight and scream “Yugi it’s me Anzu and your grandfather. Please listen to me.” She said. Yugi didn’t hear her through the pain and grabbed her. Yami showed him what to do. Anzu felt the fangs sink into her neck and as she screamed she too died at the hands of the Vampires. Yugi’s grandfather was next and also a couple of young girls who knew their fate was sealed and accepted what was going to happen.
After Yugi’s first feeding was over they to retired to Yami’s room so he could finish claiming him even though Jou and Yugi had already been technically claimed.
Bakura watched Yami and Seto leave smirking remembering watching their first feeding.
