Author's Note: This drabbles are made in no particular order, I am just writing them as they come. But if I do end up doing a theme I will make a note of which ones came first for easier reading.

Drabble 1: Door

You already had apologizes in your head, ready to make them as you fidgeted with your keys to unlock your dorm bedroom. The rooms were not exactly big to begin with and you were pretty sure you had left laundry and God know what else thrown around your room this morning in your dash to make it to class. Not exactly something you want your – boyfriend? Companion you still were not sure what to call the relationship you had – friend to see the first time he came over. After all the college was a long way from Domino.

You glanced back over your shoulder (and a few inches up) to look back at your sliver-haired companion who only raised an eyebrow at your sheepish smile before you finally managing to get the door to open. “Sorry about the mess …” You said as you stepped in, pausing a moment to put your books on the overflowing desk by the door before darting to pick some of the clothes from the floor and only then did you turn to try to catch his reaction.

He looked over the room before he stepped in, noting any way in or out of the room as well as anywhere someone could hide, you knew it was an old habit that had served him well in his pervious life. He then took a better look at jammed room, from where you had books and papers laying beside your laptop on the desk across to the corner you had managed to stash your dorm ferg and microwave. His lips drew back slightly, into what could have been the beginning of a sneer before his eyes drew up to you finally. You were never used to the violet coloring of his eyes, so different from his former ‘host’ or the cool way they seem to watch everything.

After a moment, he shrugged with the barest of nods before shutting the door behind him as he drew to sit on the edge of your bed, which was probably the cleanest thing in your room at the moment. And secretly you smiled, feeling like you had just gained a major victory as you dumped your dirty clothes in basket where they belonged and began about your classes here. Knowing he was listening by the feeling of his glaze on your back, and the unopened door.
