Chapter 1: Back to Domino *Shizuka's POV*
It's been a long time sice I've been to Domino. I left shortly after the Battle
City finals. My brother has talked me into coming back one again to meet his
newly found love. I wonder who it could be? He sounded so happy about
whoever it is. I hope it's Mai. She's very beautiful and strong-willed. Or maybe
it is Anzu. She seemed more of what my brother really wants. But then again,
how about Isis? I love the mysterious aura that surrounds her.
"Five minutes until we reach Domino Station. Please have your ticket stubs
ready when we stop. And once again, thank you for travelling with us." the
hostess says.
I will be glad to get off this damn train.

"Please exit in an orderly manor." the hostess says over the PA system.
I gather my belongings and my ticket stub and exit the cabin. One of the
other hostesses approve it. Now where is Jou?
"EEK! It's Mai Kujaku and Ishizu Ishtar!" I hear someone scream.
Suddenly a hoard of people run past me and to the two females where are
standing next to a concession booth.
"I wonder what's so great about them all of a sudden." I say aloud.
"Don't you know ma'm?" someone asks me.
"Umm...know what?" I reply.
"About Mai and Ishizu. Mai is currently the highest ranked female duelist in
the world at #4 and Ishizu, the owner of Domino Museum and world famous
archaeologist is ranked #6 in the world."
"They're really popular now."
"Nah, and that's not all about them. They're a couple! And they look so great
together!"
A what?! There's no way they could be! I mean...when did this...? I know I've
been away for over 3 years, and I've missed out on a lot, but this...I know
that Jounouchi knows! He could have told me!
"Wow. A lot's been going on since I was last here." I say to the girl.
When I turn around, I see her mixed in the crowd that's surrounded Mai and
Isis.
"Shizuka!" I hear someone call my name.
When I turn around, I see Jou looked at me, smiling, with tears of joy covering
his face.
I run to him and we give each other the biggest hug we've ever given. Now, I
truly feel back at home.
"How are ya sis?"
"I'm doing great big-bro! I've missed you so much!"
"I've missed you too sis!"
"So what's been going on with Mai and Isis and why haven't you told me?"
"Uhhh...ummmm...sorry."
"I'm waiting Katsuya."
"Well...ya see...it's like this. Shortly after you left, Mai and Isis became very close
friends. They already had flocks of fans already, but when they got togetha, it was
like icing on their cake. So really, they're the city's hottest couple."
Well, that elimates those two. Could his lover be Anzu?
He leads me outside the station and into a limo and sit across from each other.
When did Jou become THIS rich?!
"Wow, did you get this limo today, just for us?" I say looking around at the
micro-fridge, coolers, tvs, etc.
I look at him. He's all squirmish and nervous...for what reason though? Is he hiding
something?
"Where to Mr. Jounouchi? Would you like to go back to Kaiba Manor or should we go
and get Mr. Kaiba?" the driver asks him.
'...back to Kaiba Manor?' What did he man by that? The driver must have said
something embarassing...his face is all red now.
"Hey big-bro, have you been hiding something from me? About Mr. Kaiba?"
He takes a deep sigh and lookes down to the floor.
"I gotta come clean wit ya sis. I ain't exactly been tellin ya everything about what's
been goin on. Me and Se...I mean...Kaiba are another one of Domino's hot couples..."
I'm just speechless. Where did my words go? How could my brother not tell me
something like this?! Maybe...maybe he's just ashamed because maybe I wanted him
to be with Isis, Mai, or Anzu.
"It's nothing to be ashamed of big bro. If he makes you happy, then I'm happy."
He looks up and smiles.
"Thank you sis."
The limo stops in front of a huge building. I think it's Kaiba Corp. The driver gets
out and opens one of the back doors. A minute or so later, Seto Kaiba gets in
and sits next to Jou. I can tell, just by his loks that he's changed. For the 1st time
ever, in my life, he's an overall happy.
"Hello Shizuka! Glad to see you again!" he says happily.
"Hi...Mr...Kaiba..." I say nervously.
"You can call me Seto if you wish. How do you like Paris?"
"I'm enjoying it there."
Seto and Jou share a quick kiss. And of course, I'm kind of repulsed by it.
"What's wrong Shizuka?" Seto asks. "You seem disgusted by our kiss."
"No...it's not that. I just haven't seen 2 guys kiss before, and then to say that one
of them is my brother.
"It's I unI understand." he says to me.
Well...it looks like I have a LOT to adjust to in to just being back in Domino City. I
wonder...what else could have changed?

me. I hope that everyone likes it as much as my other 2 fics. I'm looking forward to
