While this goes on the gang is still looking for Yugi not to drunk to be worried for him. They search and search. Looking in the bathroom 10 times, the dance floor 12 times, the girls room twice, and even the kitchen a couple of times. Finally Joey says to just ask the bartender but Marik says why would he know.

Yami says it’s a plan so they walk to the bar tender who is doing an order for someone. Once he is done he looks at them and frowns.

“Yes how may I help you?” He asks knowing that these people are probably the people that are looking for the guy Kisha was talking about.

“Have you seen…” Yami starts to ask very worried but Jeffrey interrupts him from talking.

“He is in the back. Room 7 probably on the bed. I say you hurry. I don’t know what happened to him and he looked pretty beat up the last time I saw him.” Jeffrey says now going back to the customers.

Yami stands there for a moment wide-eyed about why his little Yugi would be in the back rooms. Then reality hit Yami and he dashes to the back room pushing everyone out of his way.

Once Yami gets to the said room he opens it to reveal a beat up still bleeding Yugi on this king size bed unconscious.

They walk out of the bar as Seto calls his limo threatening that if the driver doesn’t get here as soon as possible that he’ll be fired.

The driver finally shows up at the bar in 5 minutes about to get out but Seto says to stay in the damn limo as they all rush inside. Seto yells at the driver to hurry to the nearest hospital.

The drive there is horrible. Serenity is crying on Tristan not understanding how or why this happened to poor Yugi. Joey is almost doing the same thing. Once they arrive at the hospital Seto demands the finest doctor right away. In fear they search for the doctor and once she sees Yugi she calls for a stretcher to put Yugi on.

Yugi is then quickly taken to an emergency room to be given more blood from the one he lost. He also needs stitches from deep cuts he has on his arms and some on his chest.

Yami paces back and forth in the waiting room scared for his little lover’s life. He has never seen his lover in such bad condition and for the first time he is terrified.

It feels like an eternity until they finally see Dr. Tienn come out of the room. She has a comforting smile on her face.

“Ok now who is, Yugi Mutou’s relatives?” Miss Tienn asks looking over the list of Yugi’s profiles in her hand.

“Please, Doctor. I’m his boyfriend.” Yami says walking up to her not trying to hide his worry for Yugi. Miss Tienn looks at him and nods making him walk with her down the hall.

“Now, sir. Yugi will be fine. He lost a lot of blood but it was easy to replace. And ha has a slight concussion and is unconscious bur he should wake up. We stitched him up and did the best we can. He might feel a little dizzy for awhile but for the most part he should make a complete recovery in a couple of days. We ask that you keep him in a wheelchair or some crutches. He is really lucky, Sir. If you didn’t get him here so quickly he probably would’ve died from blood loss.” Miss Tienn says walking to the front desk leaving Yami in shock.

Yami doesn’t even want to think about Yugi dying. How dare she tell him that? Does she think it’s cute to tell him that his lover could’ve died if he hadn’t found him?

Yami walks back to the group looking ghostly pale. He is happy that Yugi is ok but he is terrified at the thought that Yugi might’ve died.

Looking at their friend’s face they all got the wrong impression and start to freak out. Asking over and over if Yugi is ok. Yami finally sighs trying to get the image out of his head allowing him to give his friends reassuring smile.

“Yugi is going to be fine. Thank god.” Yami says in a hoarse voice from his fear. Serenity gives Yami a comforting hug trying to calm him.

“Can we see him?” Duke asks looking at the room’s door.

“I don’t know. I didn’t ask. I was to relieved to hear my Aibou is going to be ok,” Yami takes a deep breath trying to calm himself more from the days fear. This wasn’t supposed to happen. (Yuji: Actually it really wasn’t)

A bunch of nurses come out of Yugi’s room chatting away about the poor boy in there and how he must have been cut in several areas.

“Excuse me. But do you know if Yugi can see visitors.” Mai asks as the nurses at pat pass them.

“Um well. We don’t see why not. But he is still unconscious so don’t expect an answer.” They say leaving the gang to do what they want.

“Yami it is late. The hospital will take care of Yugi don’t worry. We have to go.” Seto says sadly. He doesn’t want to make Yami leave but there are rules.

“Please Seto. Please do something to let me stay with Yugi.” Yami asks his voice full of sorrow. Seto sighs putting his hand in his hair brushing some strand away from his eyes.

“Sorry, Yami. I can’t do that.” Seto says regretfully. He can’t really use his powers to disturb any of the doctors and their patients.

“But I promise we all will visit him tomorrow.” Seto adds putting a hand on Yami’s shoulder trying to pull him to the door with everyone else. Yami kisses Yugi’s forehead before leaving practically limp.

They all walk into the limo trying to cheer up Yami from his sorrow. Serenity and Joey are still confused of why any human would want to do this. And they will definitely ask Seto once they get home.

“Yami it’ll be ok. You know we care about Yugi and make sure he gets treated well.” Joey says. Yami just shakes his head ashamed of himself.

“Wanna stay at the mansion guys? It’ll be quicker to visit Yugi.” Serenity asks innocently not even asking Seto for permission.

“Can we?” Ryou asks looking a Seto who just nods knowing that his pup would insist anyway.

The limo drives them to the mansion and Seto leads the gang into separate rooms. Checking on his little brother seeing he is still asleep. Seto then goes to his room to find Joey already there tucked under the covers waiting for him.

“Um Mr. Kaiba can I speak with you.” Dr Tienn comes up holding Yugi’s file. Seto nods walking down a hall with the doctor who seems a little pale.

“What is it?” Seto asks after Dr. Tienn asks if he is paying for Yugi’s medical bill and Seto nods in response.

“Guys I’m sorry and I don’t want to seem heartless but I have to go to work.” Seto says kissing Joey on the cheek as everyone nods. He walks out of the hospital waving good-bye.

Seto walks into one of his company’s buildings where his office is. Some of the employees and some that try to make a good impression greet him.

He finally gets to the floor his office is in and walks up to his secretary’s desk to find a new woman that he hasn’t seen before. She looks up at him and smiles kindly.

“Hellr. Kr. Kaiba. It’s very nice to meet you.” Jo says cheerfully. Seto nods confused about who this woman is but for some reason she seems familiar.

“I’m your new secretary, Jo Wheel.” Jo says in a matter-a-fact voice. Seto nods in shock. ‘It’s that girl who killed Joey from my dream. But…I thought it was only a dream?’ Seto thinks trying to bring this into some reality point. Finally giving up he asks for any messages and finds out that his rival company called. He has to make a strategy for whatever they throw at him.

“I want to be alone, ok.” Seto tells Jo as he goes into his office. Jo nods smiling until Seto in inside his office before letting out her grin.

“Of course, my darling Seto. I won’t let no one disturb you. You need this time to get richer for you……and me.” She whispers to herself writing on her paper notebook ‘Mrs. Jo Seto Kaiba’ repeatedly.
