Holy shit, that was fucking awesome!! Second chapter maybe? Did Jou like.. Kill himself or something? I hope not.. but tht was an awesome fic, as usual! ^^ Sayonara!!

This is the kind of story that hurts to read and leaves a filthy, nasty aftertaste in my mind. This is something that has forced its way past my short attention span and bura coa comfortable little nest for the next few hours. Damn good writing. No fancy tricks or manipulations of language or theme. Just a stark, sterile portrayal that somehow still manages to sting like hell. You've taken a tried and tired cliche in ygo yaoi fandom and made into something gritty and real and hurting. The pattern has been etched into Jou's mind and made part of his routine.

I'm not quite sure how you could follow up this chapter, but it begs (or rather, we the rea beg beg) for it to come to a complete circle. As it is now, "Routine" more than stands on its own. Could it be possible for Jou to be healed, though? For some sort of hope to shine through this? If you could write that and make it work... Hn. You've already got the makings of professional talent. A second working chapter to this story would only drive home the point.
