Poor Joey, I hope Yugi and Yami can help him, at least, control his other; if not banish him. He is going to stay with Mai for a while and that is good. He needs to be away from his dad. Seto better get him a phone soon.

I don't think these chapters are boring at all. :3 You do need to get the plot on and a major part of that is Jou's development. I do think that when Yuugi mentioned keeping that the Other Jou under control, all readers where like 'hell, no, let him be!'. xDD

Even though it was a PG chapter It was still enjoyable since its moving the plot along. I'm glad Joey was able to at least come out to YUGI, even if he still isn't comfortable saying who he's being sexually involved with. I also like how open minded and supportive Yugi was so its good to know he and Yami can help Joey with controlling and even accepting the "other" him. I'm so curious to see how Mai will respond and if Joey might leak more info to her since she's a older woman with sexual experience under her belt.

Woot! So many updates! The story is going great! You don't have to worry about living up to the readers expectations. This story is your baby and you are allowed to raise it however you want. I look forward to more updates!

I appreciate your try to get yourself out of the wet-paint-cliché-corner, that's what makes this story worth reading, even though the concept, as previously staten, is overused. But I laughed out loud when you did that on-purpose scene-shift from Joey calling Kaiba a stone cold psycho to Seto bringing home bananasplits for Mokuba. Nice contrast ;) . Our poor Joey is becoming slightly schitzophrenic, wrestling with all that guilt and denial and anger.. Nicely done.

Yay! An update! I was hoping for a 2 part update but beggars can't be choosers I suppose. At first I was worried this chapter would turn ridiculously AU when Jou entered his soul chamber, but then I realized quickly what you were aiming for in this chapter. Jou doesn't have a "Yami" per se as he has a side to him he's been keeping locked up deep inside. I found it extremely interesting that he got a chance to face this other side to him in addition to seeing how much he's changed on the inside as a person. While I'm sure all of this scared the living daylights outta him, I hope Jou's internal struggles when dealing with Kaiba sexually will be met with less anguish and regrets. As usual I look forward to new chapters and hope we'll get to read a new chapter soon!

I guess I spoke too soon about not getting a 2 part update. LOL. This chapter seemed more like a "filler episode" but that can't be helped I guess. I take it things will progressed further once Joey can get some more solid advice from Yugi and Mai. Oh, and I almost died from laughing from "there's a nympho twink in my brain that can't stop jerking off". Joey can be so hard on himself sometimes. Haha. Also I hope Tea (or Tristan) doesn't turn to be a bitch if they learn about Joey's secret arrangement with Kaiba.

Anyway, looking forward to another update!

I am totally in LOVE with your portrayal of Joey and Seto in this fic! It doesn't feel like a ridiculously far reach for my mind to imagine them this way. I've read some really awful fanfics about them recently, and almost gave up hope on finding something worthwhile to read. Then I found your story, and man am I glad I did! :) I've been a silent reader from the beginning of your fic, but I wanted to let you know that you're doing a wonderful job. I loved the most recent chapter about Joey's lustful persona. They way you describe the "other" Joey is just so sensual! I love it!
Anyway, I'm greatly anticipating what's to come in the next chapter!
