Just found this story and I've been reading it non stop. Literally would sneak into the bathroom at work to read just a bit more.
I hope your still working on this story cause I really wanna see where it goes from here and why on earth he shot seto.
Anyway great story!

Wow, what a cliffhanger! I'm glad you updated for this, but at the same time it's painful to read in the sense that we get the impression you're running at the end of your steam, struggling to keep writing this. But I do appreciate the fact that you're not giving up! It's so easy to just set a WIP aside and never come back to it.

Hopefully you'll be able to untangle all the emotional (and professional) intrigues and come back to developing the actual puppyshipping soon! You sure got a lot on your plate :)

After smacking myself 100 times repeatedly for not reviewing your stories to the point of forgetting the reason why I was smacking myself (a viscious cycle I know) I've finally remembered to actually post a review for once. I don't know why I don't do this more often especially with all the delicious stories you've written and I can only beg and prostrate on the floor for forgiveness. But anyway, this story is twisted. I mean it, it's twisted, Kaiba's twisted, Jounouchi's twisted. Everything's twisted and I love it. (laughs evilly). There is so much chemistry between the characters here that I feel like everything is going to blow up. Wait, maybe it already did but I digress. I love Lynn/Collin and the cats. Those adorable little furballs and you killed them. *wails* T____T (you can tell that I'm a cat lover and one of those weird and sad, sad people that actually spend hours browsing YouTube for kitty videos). At any rate, I am on the verge of tearing away all my hair of what hell is Jou's problem at the end. I know good things come to those who wait so i will wait for your next installment. In the mean time I think I'll just give myself amnesia of ever reading this story just so I can read it all over again then hopefully by the time I do you'll have updated. *proceeds to smack herself*

N- no- what?? so... what really happened? what the heck was Jou thinking? and Kaiba not being able to shut up i n a situation like this.. sometimes he does let his mouth run away from him as much as Jou used to when they were younger. but jesus christ, that was one nasty way of killing those cats, really really disgusting.. poor cats :(. but you're god damn efficient. I thought I had drowned ou in emails XD

Jesus Christ. I'm completely at your mercy, it's crazy XD. I'm self-centered enough right now to actually consider if all of that flirting between those three is just for my benefit, because I was laughing and smiling like a mad-man all the way through, behaving like a raving fan-girl (I don't know how else to describe it, though I hate that word) and then aawww-ing at Seto trying to follow Lynn's advice and that cute snuggly moment and the books and... awww.. But I'm nervous about what'll happen next with Dominic and everything, but also really curious.. I'm not even copmlaining that there's no sex between Jou and Seto, all that UST (as my happy warped brain sees it) between those three are enough to please me. And I trust you. I know that you will make everything worthwhile, and honestly, those scenes are far more entertaining than sex-scenes. I'm a sucker for all that playing around. Oh well. Looking forward to the next chapter!

Oh hey it's me! I'm glad that LJ entry made your day, lol - those two unusually fast updates totally made my week! I love this story, definitely my fave after Fixation.

Last chapter still managed to be entertaining despite the 10k of NOTHING like you say, but it did provide good char dev and exposition, so there's that! I loved that last chapter and how you're coming to some sort of balance with everything and for every character. Seto is definitely very humane next to Joey and Collin (whom I've grown very fond of, by the way. on the other hand, the cats, those friggin cats - what the frac, seriously? xD I don't mind that they're dear to Joey and all, but I could use them having less screen time than they're already getting xD)

Mokuba and Temari make a cute couple. Only, her badassness is sort of overshadowed by Lynn's... That's too bad, but it can't be helped! I'm really curious to see how the relationship between Jou and Kaiba will develop, and how Kaiba might at some point get it through his head that he doesn't own the entire planet! xD

I love this story, please keep updating!

Oh my god. you do realize that when those two were sandwiched around kaiba, i almost thought you were going to indulge me XD. i was practically squeeling and jumping around. felt 15 again. but wow, jou is really on edge right now. is it because he is so close to kaiba or? i wonder. so, lynn has a wife and daughter in the states? and he is in his forties? i thought thirties, but maybe i am merely wishfully thinking or embarrasingly not paying attention if you've already said so earlier. mokuba realizing how dangerous they are was kind of entertaining.. though i still know that they are all mental, i still like them. why are dangerous guys attractive? pft.... really looking forward to the next chapter! hope you're doing well :)

I didn't notice it was long. I just started reading and a few moments later it was over all too soon, as always :) Don't worry, it's awesome even if there's not much going on.

P.S. I loved Jou assessing the scene and potential threats!
