There is not much I can say excapt that this is a really good piece of art. The writing style was first a bit ... different for me to read but now by the seventh chapter I find it highly formidable.
You leave a lot of questions which will hopefully revealed by the end of it; already did part ways.You said you could not think as them because they are not your favourit pair but you did a great job so far. You're perfectly right that he takes his losses hardly but when it comes to his lightit's almost unbearable. He's one of not talking much and it's hard for someone to get to know him when he's not telling you anything while Yuugi so simply read, he always talks, especially when he's nervous.
To my shame I don't know about the myth of Eros and Psyche but your style of telling the story is awesome.
Please keep updating, I'd really would like to see how things go on.

I really liked this chapter and I don't think that Atem was TOO out of character, he was angry and hurt, and Atem like you said when it involves someone close to him (particularly Yugi) doesn't always internalize it. He also showed emotion after Marik had 'killed' Jou during his duel, right before his match with Kaiba. Anyway, wonder what the next challenge is going to be? And if Yugi is able to call Atem, what will he say? Anyway, update soon.

Curiosity killed the cat... And satisfaction brought him back. Oh Yugi, a flashlight would have worked just as well, but nuuuuu you needed a camera... silly boy, now you've got one hell of a mess to clean up. This should be very interesting to see pan out.

Oh poor Yugi now he must make amends. I love this story and look for it with great anticipation. And I look forward to Yugi's tasks.

It's brilliant how you make the story of Eros and Psyche work for the YGO characters ad I really like your brat!Yami/Atem. People tend to make him way too perfect. =)

*scratches head* you know, the tasks that psyche was assigned wouldn't really make much sense in the modern age. I mean, a mountain of seeds to sort, collecting golden fleece, fetching a pitcher of water from the Styx, and collecting some of Persephone's beauty... none of those are plausible in the modern day, so this should be quite interesting to see what you come up with. I'll be waiting patiently. ^_^ ... kinda

I have to say that when I saw that you had another chapter up I was very excited. I really like how this story is progressing and I really like how you are making Yami and Yugi. And I do look forward to another chapter. Thank you for a very good chapter.
