Meh. It wasn't bad, not bad at all. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that it was so long horizontally, that I had to use the damn scroll bar. That always annoys me. Otherwise, it was fine! I would love to see another update soon.

I don't think it sucked. I think even though Yugi thinks he is a coward; he is really very brave. He cares more ablut his friends and people than he does about his own life. I think he would be a very nice acquisition for Atemu. I hope they find out who is really behind these attacks. Solomon could serve as Regent for the land and take care of it for Atemu. At least, he can once he comes back.

My, my! I just got done with the first chapter. Very well written! I'm hooked already! Poor Otogi and Shizuka. They didn't last long, did they? And all the villagers, especially that poor, brave child who walked miles with a sword wound in the stomach. Whoever is responsible for this should just be totally skinned. I think what I like best about this story so far is how human you've made Atemu. That's the hardest part about writing, I think. And here you have him thinking about his childhood antics with Otogi (ugh, 12-year-olds at a brothel?), his irritation with his bickering council, and especially his aching for his father in times of stress. Very human, very deep. I love it. I did skim the second chapter and hope to read it in detail later when I have time. Poor Yugi! Just a device in the plot of the real killer. And, aw, all of his subjects willing saying that they're the king, so they can save him. That's very nice of them, very loyal. I am so totally looking forward to more of this story, especially when we get to the romance between Yugi and Atemu, though I'm also really looking forward to the up-and-down, tension-filled path to that distant end. I love this story, hon. Please keep writing it. Why do you sound so apathetic? I hope you're okay. I'll look forward to reading more. Let me know if you need anything, okay? Jaa!

Poor Yugi. I hope Atem doesn't hurt him. Hopefully, they will figure this out without more innocent bloodshed.
