Ryou's experience with Marik reminds me of my bf who promised to take me away from my abusive mother, which was a very sweet notion. Of course, the outcome of our relationship was fruitful, not like Marik ending up committing suicide and all that. Love your story! I almost cried! I would've if I weren't reading the entire 16 chaps in the office! Keep up the good work!

Gasp. It's over. I'm gonna miss this fic, but at least Ryou ended up happy! A happy Ryou makes the rest of the world happy, and a side of happy Seto just adds to the charm.
