If you're going to have Kaiba use a song...why not pick one of Eric Stuart's songs? It would have added something fairly cool.
(Not that there's anything wrong with Nickleback or that song. I happen to like both. I just don't get why people seem to ignore Eric Stuart when writing Kaiba song fics.)
