Interesting chapter. Who sired who was great. Now where are Ryou and Malik. It also sounds like Yami has a vendetta out for whoever changed him. It would be funny if it was Pegasus. I like that idea Pegasus. It also sounds like the slayers are in for one hell of a fight. You have 3 5000+ year old Vampires who have seen everything there is to see. That makes them strong. Update soon.

This is a great beginning. Sounds a little like Buffy the Vampire Slayer in the last season. As for the next chapter the history of the vampires would be great. I liked Joey as a glimps into what is to come. Yami being the leader is great. Now to round out the group bring in Seto, Bakura and Ryou, Malik and Marik, and Honda and Otogi, and Yugi. You can make them all Vampires or a combination. I would love to see Seto as a vampire that turned Joey. So update soon.
