I keep rereading this and hoping you will continue it. I have read it many times. Yugioh slash seems to be gone so I keep looking on here. I do hope you continue but 3 years is a long time.

The parts that are your own story are really well written, the re-telling of episodes however doesn't work so well at all.
I suggest that if there's nothing important at it you don't mention it at all; the preliminary duels for example could have been summed up as just that, without describing duels. If something is important, describe it in detail, even if it's the same as it was in the anime; try to be creative about it, give it a new touch. You created a world with slavery, it is a different world altogether, right? Let it show.

And maybe explain WHY Kaiba treats Yugi like that, and not like his slave. Is there a good reason for his behavior? His thoughts being set on Mokuba is hardly enough of an explanation. How much of a difference does Kaiba see between the Spirit and Yugi himself?

Good stoy, could use improvement though.
