Did you watch any part of season three? Specifically, the episode in which Seto (Or a virtual representation of himself) smacked Mokuba hard enough to send him a good distance across the room, and make the poor kid fall on his ass.
Consdering Mokuba's not much older than he is on the show, I have a hard time seeing him go up and say "Heyy Big bro, I want to rape you, so let me slap on a collar and let's fuck because I say so!"
I also can't believe Seto turns into a love slave uke from non-consensual sex, either. Yes, that's what it is. More likely, he'd throw Mokuba in therapy with the best shrinks money can buy if he started acting like that.

Uke Seto is just the super-hawtness... I love how you always manage to pull it off, it's hard for most writers to capture him in a submissive manner without doing it the wrong way. Always love reading your stories!
