A very good story, I loved every part of it!!!!!! i can't wait to see what happens next!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello! I've just had the IMMENSE pleasure of reading Memories of Shadow and Light. I doubt that you know who I am, and that's fine, just know that I have been on a YGO romance rampage for the past few months and I have read many a fanfic on the topic. Let me just say this: this has been one of the single BEST stories I've EVER read. The sheer emotions I experienced while reading this were so extreme - I haven't had that kind of experience in a LONG time. This is a fabulous fic, and though I can usually find numerous things to harp on and little details to pick at, I just can't find anything here! Everything is explained so beautifully! I can't even find inconsistencies in the plot, logic, sequence of events, or reasons why people react the way they do, and I am at a loss to find things that simply moved too fast. (Those kinds of things are my personal pet peeve, and I can usually find them everywhere I go! Not here! ^_^) The only thing that comes to mind is that maybe, when Yugi was dancing for Atemu and he realized that he loves him, the whole lap-dance thing could have gone a little slower. I mean, Atemu has been so hesitant, and a simple look in someone's eye can't tell you that much. Regardless, I enjoyed it thoroughly!

You have crafted a glorious piece here that is worthy of the highest praise. You have presented everything as a new idea for something to happen with Yugi and Yami/Atemu, but everything fits like clockwork and there are absolutely NO inconsistencies. And they are so much more in character here than I've seen almost anywhere, even in the best of stories, and it only increases the value of this story!

Overall, I just love this fic! I swear, I had to stop every little while during the last chapter there to take a break because the emotions were getting too intense! You are a fabulous writer, and this fic has given me a whole new insight and depth to the Yami/Yugi relationship! Thank you so much, and I'll be keeping an eye on this fic, so you'd better update! ^_^

Can't wait for the next chapter! (Yugi'd better get back and start up his relationship with Yami now...^_^)

This was such a good and sad chapter. I was crying as I read the part about Yugi's death and Yami's reactions to it. I hope Yami can recover but I think only Yugi's return will do that.
I don't think they will have much trouble admitting their feeling to each other now. Yami just needs his own body.

Heartbreaking

Oh, so sad! I almost cried (and trust me, it takes a LOT to get me to cry, so that's quite an achievement) especially nearer the end, and Atemu's reaction. I sincerly hope you'll make this story have a happy ending, since it would practically destroy me if it didn't. Oh, and I think it's good that you made Yugi deny he was gay at first, since it makes for better reading and it's more realistic then: 'Hey, I think I'm gay! Oh well' that seems to occur in a lot of fanfiction (my own included, I fear.) The plotline can be a little hard to follow at times, but I think it actually makes more sense than some of plotlines in the actual show!

Pass the tissues *sniff* Poor Yugi, sooo where is he then hmmm? That was a twist, and what about poor Yami? I hope he gets back his Yugi soon...I can't wait to find out! More please.

Now that that is out of the way... I have to say you are probably one of my favorite authors so far. I'm not good at keeping up with stories on aff.net, so if there's a way I could be notified when the next chapter comes out that's be great.such as do you have a website or an account on ff.net. Love your stories hate the evil cliffies, good job and good luck. Ja!
