crap...you had me choked up in the chapters when yugi was with Shigure's family ><;; from beginning to this chapter...it took me all of 2 hours to read....that's counting breaks in between. This is amazing! Can't wait for another chapter^^

The last one of these I've read was far to short... but cute nontheless.

Actually, one of the things I thought when I found this story is that it would work *better* as an original story; because, while no-one is blatantly ooc, it also never really seems necessarily for the characters to be Yugi and Yami instead of someone else; and the main focus seems to be creating an interesting AU-setting, and well-though OCs, rather than staying as close as possible to Yugi’s and Yami’s character.
And anyway, not much of an advice maybe, but – just go for it, and try to get it published?

I loved the way Marik, Bakura, Malik and Ryou were introduced in the last chapter; it made me think that Yami really is an idiot – making things way more complicated than they would have to be.^^
