anyway, I got the e-mail in regards to this fic, and have read it myself. And I say keep writing. It's a good start, and I will be following this fic. It isn't THAT much like mine. It has a few common elements here and there, but from what I have been told this fic will be quite different, and as I said before, I will be following it. And yes, there ARE a lot of vampire fics out there.... I am curently writing one myself.

Yes, this IS similar to Burning Sea SO FAR--though that certainly doesn't make you a plagarist (after all, 'Dark Magician' is the obvious name for a ship captained by Yami or Yugi)--and if you've e-mailed the author of Burning Sea I'm sure things will be ironed out and you'll be able to continue. As for me, after reading Burning Sea I'm curious to see where you will take your story. I look forward to more.

Well I read the other pirate fic and the beggining was completely different from this one except the fact that the name of the ship is the same. So I think that you should keep this up...well if the name of the ship gives problems, change to other name. Please keep this going. Ja ne
