Ooh, a good chapter indeed! I like the way you described the inside of the ruins (they were ruins, right?), very, very creepy, freaked me out. And dude, that park ranger seems sketchy to me too... Probably just me being paranoid though. Anyway, update again soon! Is there going to be a Ryou/Bakura lemon in the near future?

Um... Malik doesn't like meat. He is not vegan/vegetarian, he just like red meat! He'll eat fish and chicken, but not beef.

Look, Ryoko...you're obsessed. Seriously. If you want Malik to be 100%, totally, in every way, shape and form in character, WATCH THE FUCKING ANIME! This is FICTION! Sheesh! And do NOT bother replying to this, no one cares, ok? She is NOT going to change the fic just because you don't like it, so don't waste our precious time. I say woot for me, and I feel sorry for you, Ryoko! You obviously don't understand the concept of artistic license and creativity! Fanficdom is a place for people to read and write their greatest fantasies regarding their favorite stories and characters. It's not supposed to cater to the reader's every whim, it's supposed to reveal the writer's ability to share their ideas, which in this case, Phantom_Panther has done a wonderful job! And because the characters of this story are not exactly like they are in the series, it gives us a chance to see how else they can be interpreted. As long as the writing flows beautifully, it makes for a good story. This story overflows with good dialogue, an intriguing plot, and amusing characters who seem real to life in our world and time. If nothing else, the characters in the actual series are unbelieveable! Not that I'm saying they're not f*@#ing awesome, they're just too dramatic and showy...they're not like real people! Phantom_Panther has made them real people, with real personalities!
And honestly, you have to admit Marik calling Bakura a sad fuck is amusing!
Keep your mind open, buddy, and just wait till someone flames you and see how you feel. Remember, not everyone thinks the same way you do.

Aw, Ryoko....How could you? *sniffle* How dare you bash my sweets! (authoress) *sniff sniff, cry cry* Well, i'm not gonna get on your ass or any thing, I can't get mad at you for flaming and then flame too, so...I just personally think that the characters SHOULD be OOC in this type of fic. I mean, if Yami went ooon and ooon and oon about the heart of the cards while he's pounding Yugi into the mattress, it would just kill the fic, neh? and if Marik did that freaky stretchy thingy just when he leans in to kiss Malik...*shudders*. Well, the point is, my dear friend has worked hard on this fic and it's turned out quite nicely, so no need to bash it. It's one thing to flame when some one writes some retarded Mary Sue fic and hooks up just about every character with an OC, or writes just to bash yaoi, but if you simply don't like the way she's made the characters, please, Pleas just stop reading.
